Everyone at Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical were wonderful to work with. Alex was our project manager and talked me through the different aspects of replacing our furnace and AC units, including the pros and cons of different options. Their estimate was lower than another company, which was also nice to work with, but we got better equipment, so more bang for the buck. Brian and Lance were there early on the installation day and worked hard all day. They explained what was going on throughout the day as we were in and out of the house. They left the house nice and clean. Brian helped explain our new Ecobee smart thermostat. Spencer was the electrician whom I met briefly as he was hard at work. I look forward to working with Central Oregon Heating & Cooling for our future needs.
