“We had to replace our heating and cooling system after our annual maintenance inspection. The very next day, after the inspection, the new furnace and air conditioner was installed! Thank you to the professional and courteous team at Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical in solving our issues on such short notice. You cannot ask for better service!!”

“Our experience was all very positive. Our 30+ year old furnace finally gave out in February with snow on the ground. CO Heating was very responsive to our predicament and my desire to get the right new system for our home and our preferences. We looked at one and two stage furnaces with various fan options and some different heat pump systems. I was able to get my plethora of questions answered and felt confident with our choice.
The installers were excellent. They repaired the ductwork and added necessary electrical, plumbing and ducting for the high efficiency system. They also replaced our 30 year old air conditioner, which required redoing the condensate lines that had been originally installed incorrectly.
We woke up to a cold house on a Tuesday morning not knowing the furnace was irrepairable or what the best replacement might be, and the new system was completely installed and blowing warm air by Thursday evening. My highest accolades to Nick and the crew at CO Heating.”

“Chris is awesome! He has been to my home prior in the winter. Always professional, knowledgeable, and quick. I was surprised they could come out so soon when my air conditioner stopped blowing cold air during the heat wave. He and his partner assessed the outside unit and knew immediately what the problem was on it. I approved the repair and was quickly on my way to work. Thanks so much Chris and please thank your partner. I didn’t catch his name. Love having you as our local heat and ac repair tech! Plus, Maverick always loves getting pets from you.”

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should HVAC systems be serviced?

Most heating and cooling systems should receive professional maintenance once per year. Many homeowners schedule service before the heating and cooling seasons begin.

What should I do during a plumbing emergency?

If possible, shut off the water supply to the affected area and contact a licensed plumber immediately to minimize damage.

What are the signs I may need electrical repairs?

Flickering lights, frequently tripped breakers, warm outlets, burning odors, and power interruptions can all indicate electrical issues that should be inspected.

Should I repair or replace my HVAC system?

The answer depends on the system’s age, condition, repair history, and efficiency. Our technicians help you evaluate the most cost-effective option.

Why are my energy bills increasing?

Higher utility bills can result from aging HVAC equipment, poor insulation, duct leaks, plumbing issues, or electrical inefficiencies. A professional inspection helps identify the cause.

We moved into a new house and discovered there was a water leak in our high efficiency heater in our garage. We called Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical and got great service. Reached a live human who was nice and professional. Got us scheduled right away. A service tech (Jim) came out and diagnosed the problem and tried to fix it with the parts that were in place. We paid for the consultation and the repair (not cheap) but the repair didn't work. Jim told me he half suspected it may not work and to call if it started to leak again. I called back, told them it was leaking again. They were nice about it. No pushback. They sent another tech out who diagnosed it and told me it would cost an additional $260 to come out and repair it again. That didn't really seem fair to me and i was expecting to to have to fight with the service manager over whether I should have to pay for the second visit. The nice office lady could sense my dissatisfaction with the quote and additional fees. She said she would talk to the service manager on my behalf. I thanked her, rolled my eyes, and waited for the callback explaining, so sorry, but my service manager says we have to charge you for the second repair. To my surprise, she called me back and told me the service manager agreed with her that I should not be charged for the second repair and that they would be out right away to fix it for free. Jim came out and fixed it. Works great. No more leak. The service techs were prompt, professional and friendly and called prior to arriving. They cleaned up after themselves, discussed the repair with me and promptly sent me an email with an invoice and summary of the repairs. Great experience overall. Fair price. Not cheap, but I didn't mind paying for great service and prompt, quality work. I would recommend them and use them again.
