Our AC wasn't working well on a 70 degree day, so we called to get it serviced. Jeremy found an issue that he called his supervisor for some additional support in getting it resolved at the lowest cost to us and got us taken care of right away. Jeremy was friendly, had great rapport with my wife and myself, and made sure everything was in place before he left. Very happy with Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electric, and whatever other services they've added. Jeremy was awesome.

Update on 11/20/25: Buddy C came through and went through our furnace and mini split. Did a great job taking care of everything, and was very good at communicating how both appliances were working. Clearly identifying potential problem areas and explaining there were no issues with our units!

Looking forward to our next service.

We had Jeremy out to perform maintenance and do a repair on our HVAC system, he was great to work with and very thorough with his inspection.

Leon came by today and got our furnace all tuned up for winter. He was on time, friendly, and professional!

Travis came to do my furnace tune up, and replaced the filter.
He's a nice, polite young man that knows his job well. He informed me about the GreenShield Maintenance Plan while he was here, asked if I had any questions and said to call if any questions or problems arise. I was very pleased with hie service.

Tyce did a great job diagnosing and explaining my furnace problem. He was friendly, helpful, and worked fast.

He fixed my 2 issues promptly and professionally.

Matt did a thorough inspection of my furnace, taking extra care to inspect it with a scope because it is over 20 years old.

'Buddy' (Nicolas) performed the bi-annual inspection and maintenance of our furnace and air conditioning unit. He is the best technician we've ever had--professional, courteous and extremely thorough!

Norm and the staff at COHC was awesome! Our water heater went out after hours, the on-call was very helpful, but unfortunately we couldn't get the unit to work. The next day, the team made sure that we got fit into the schedule and were earlier than we were originally told. Friendly, professional, and explained everything that he performed during our repair appointment. Thank you!

He was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. I had a fan installed for the fireplace, the furnace maintenance done and he also checked and cleaned the fireplace window. I was very pleased with his work.

The installers, Austin and William were 5 minutes early on expected arrival time to begin installation of a new HVAC system. They completed the expert installation in approximately 6 hours. We were very comfortable with them being in our home. Nick gave us a quote that was better than competition and we got next day service. Good job Central Oregon Heating, Cooling.

Richard completed our regular maintenance for HVAC this year and always does a great job, as does Wayne when he is here. They are the technicians for our area, always professional, honest and kind.

Picked up the needed parts. Drained and replaced heating element. Water heater works well.

Gus and Ethan did a fabulous job installing a new American Standard toilet, replacing a much older one, even after we hit a huge roadblock as the tank that was shipped directly to us was incorrect size for the base, so we had to interrupt the install, and scramble to get the right one swapped in same day - which miraculously we were able to do with the help of Ferguson’s. Gus and Ethan returned late in the day. All done, looks great! And they were courteous, skilled and cheerful to work with. kudos to Gus and Ethan! We appreciate you!

Called this company in the morning, Dylan came out that afternoon right on time. Did some troubleshooting and figured out what we needed and got us taken care of!! Super friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable.

Gus Bansch did a large amount of plumbing work on my home in Bend including installing a new kitchen sink with faucet and disposal, installing a Moen Flo leak detection shutoff valve, and installing a new hot water recirculating pump. Gus was a pleasure to work with and is very knowledgeable. Gus is my plumber going forward and I will call him whenever I need something. Highly recommend!

Six month HVAC Tune-up: Technician Matt was excellent and is listed now as our “preferred” tech (though we’ve had the same great service from other COH techs for other issues). Not only was he thorough, but took the time to explain several things to me. We are also using Matt to clean and check our gas FP (first time after 2 years in new home).

Brian and Cutter did the removal/installation in 2 1/2 days.They did an excellent job -- I love my shower! Brian came back to fix a couple very minor repairs immediately after I called. FAST, FRIENDLY, COMPETENT

Buddy C did our Fall HVAC check yesterday. He took several photos of the equipment with his phone and reviewed the photos to show current loads vs normal values, as well as the general condition of components. The results were reassuring and also identified areas to watch in future. He was both thorough and knowledgeable about our systems and greatly helped ensure their reliability. Great guy, very helpful.

There was a loose wire I couldn’t see making my furnace blower lose power. Ben fixed it within a few minutes and it was done. Great service overall.

We had our old HVAC gas furnace replaced with a new 2-stage gas furnace. We love the new way the new filter system works and it is also quieter. Fred our installer was a great guy and did an amazing job.

We like and trust Central Oregon Heating and Cooling so much that we had them here for 3 new installs this year....New Split-AC, a switch from a gas water heater to an electric water heater and now this new HVAC.

I recently did utilized your company for plumbing issues and by telling me that, it reduced my level of embarrassment greatly. Benjamin was just as understanding and gentle with me. His kind demeanor meant a lot to me. I promise to be more diligent in the future in requesting a service and hope and pray that Leon and Benjamin come.

Cordial, capable, efficient, on task, and great attention to detail. Our last payment had not been logged and showed we were behind. I found the canceled check, and the technician made the correction. He was very polite, considerate, and listened very intently.

Spencer called immediately upon his arrival, was courteous and knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed and resolved our HVAC issue, restoring our A/C during a hot August day.

We are very thankful for Spencer and his company’s efforts and won’t hesitate to use them again. They were great to work with.

Both technicians were friendly knowledgeable. The drain was cleared quickly and they continue to flush the lines to ensure problem was resolved, not just pack up and leave immediately. They also took great care to clean up after themselves.

Technician Leon Joseph performed a maintainence check up on our furnace. He also cleaned an electronic filter & reviewed our HVAC duct work system with us. I highly recommend his service!
