Just wanted to let you know that Travis did a great job he was professional and friendly, did his job in an efficient manner it was a good experience thank you and our heater/cooler is working great.

I have used them to replace our furnace add in AC and an air purification system and now just used them to put in zoning for our house so we can control the upstairs temperature better during the extreme temperatures of Central Oregon!

Gus was a very pleasant and knowledgeable young man. The installation went great. We have also had a good experience with Adam. Nice company to deal with.

Dominic did an excellent job in upgrading our HVAC system, modifying the air flow and installing new a new filter system. Highly recommend his work.

The service was great, clean up was good. The guys all worked hard and were very professional, but friendly. They worked hard to problem solve the issues that came up and called in a specialist in solar hot water heaters to make sure they did everything correctly. I was very happy with their work. Gus worked 11- 12 hours in one day just to finish the job. Central Oregon Heating and Cooling is a good company to hire. Thank you to all the guys that came to help me with all the various things that were challenging me. There were 4 other days that they were working on equipment here during the summer and each day their professionalism and friendliness shinned through to me. They are all good, honest, kind and fine young men working for this company. I was always impressed with that the most!!! Thanks again!!

Was having problems with a fairly new heat pump, he came out and did an inspection. Gave an assessment of the likely issue, but also noted a likely compressor problem that would still be under warranty. Will be coming out soon for a further diagnostic and repair.

Spencer was awesome! He was efficient and friendly and took care of my fireplace maintenance perfectly. I would highly recommend him.

Just had mini split installed by Austin from Central Oregon heating between he and Eric they have us totally covered. Eric came by today to address some issues we had and stayed over an hour and half to make sure everything was working as it should. We highly recommend this company

He showed up for a diagnostic on our furnace, Richard was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! on a scale of 1 to 10...I give him an 11!! He was thorough and patient in explaining everything to us. We love central Oregon heating and cooling.

Tech was excellent, showed us all the details of the inspection, cleaned components. Repaired worn wire connections. Very thorough a professional. Everything covered on our maintenance plan. Highly recommend these guys and especiallythe tech who did our service.

On 10/15/25 Martin came by to check the furnace on an annual visit. He was very helpful and pleasant in explaining what he checked and it was a pleasure to have him here. We were having difficulty with our thermostat and Matthew came by today and got it sent to the right temperature. Great service!!

This service visit was the semi annual HVAC system check to ensure that all was good going into the winter season. Benjamin Joseph, the technician doing the work, was friendly and easy to work with. This service is included as part of the Green Shield Maintenance program offered by COHCPE.

Blayke checked both of our systems and said we are doing great, everything checked out well. We're ready for winter.

Highly recommend Buddy C. At central Oregon heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical. He Conducted very thorough review of my furnace and the air conditioner. Showed me photos of each part of the furnace, and all was well. I would highly recommend.

Matthew was great! He provided education and set up our ecobee thermostat and was very helpful in setting up our best case scenario. He verified proper installation of dip switches and wiring to our heat pump and set our line voltage monitor to +/- 5% of 240v. We highly recommend Matthew as your preferred technician!

Excellent service! Thank you! I had my precast tub/shower replaced with a walk-in shower, and had a higher toilet installed. David came to the house to talk about it and sent me an estimate. Brian and Cutter did the removal/installation in 2 1/2 days.They did an excellent job -- I love my shower! Brian came back to fix a couple very minor repairs immediately after I called. These folks are reliable, knowlgeable, and professional. Thank you for everything!

Lyle came this morning to do the furnace and HVAC maintenance. He called before he came to let us know how soon he would arrive. He used booties before he walked around the house. Buddy was our service technician. We capitalized on the $99 furnace check up special (normally $200+). Buddy was courteous and thorough in explaining his findings. We was aware of service done on our AC cooling coils, based on review of prior service records. He compiled a number of pics and provided them along with his checklist and invoice. Great service as usual and as expected.

He took several photos of the equipment with his phone and reviewed the photos to show current loads vs normal values, as well as the general condition of components. The results were reassuring and also identified areas to watch in future. He was both thorough and knowledgeable about our systems and greatly helped ensure their reliability. Great guy, very helpful.

I had three projects completed, replaced expansion tank on hot water heater; replacement of faucet/drain in the main bathroom; replacement of thermocupaler for gas fireplace. Both technicians, Adam, umber and Martin, technician for gas fireplace completed their Joba in a timely manner. Both are personable and professional. I have been working with COHC for a number of years and participate in their Green Shield program. I highly recommend this company and their Green Shield program.

We had our old HVAC gas furnace replaced with a new 2-stage gas furnace. We love the new way the new filter system works and it is also quieter. Fred our installer was a great guy and did an amazing job.

We like and trust Central Oregon Heating and Cooling so much that we had them here for 3 new installs this year....New Split-AC, a switch from a gas water heater to an electric water heater and now this new HVAC.

I recently did utilized your company for plumbing issues and by telling me that, it reduced my level of embarrassment greatly. Benjamin was just as understanding and gentle with me. His kind demeanor meant a lot to me. I promise to be more diligent in the future in requesting a service and hope and pray that Leon and Benjamin come.

Cordial, capable, efficient, on task, and great attention to detail. Our last payment had not been logged and showed we were behind. I found the canceled check, and the technician made the correction. He was very polite, considerate, and listened very intently.

Spencer called immediately upon his arrival, was courteous and knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed and resolved our HVAC issue, restoring our A/C during a hot August day.

We are very thankful for Spencer and his company’s efforts and won’t hesitate to use them again. They were great to work with.

Both technicians were friendly knowledgeable. The drain was cleared quickly and they continue to flush the lines to ensure problem was resolved, not just pack up and leave immediately. They also took great care to clean up after themselves.

Technician Leon Joseph performed a maintainence check up on our furnace. He also cleaned an electronic filter & reviewed our HVAC duct work system with us. I highly recommend his service!

Fantastic communication to technician Dan, who also performed courtesy call out as requested. Arrived on time with friendly and personable nature. Receiving extra attention as in attendance for my appointment was new to the company but not industry was Buddy. Dan and Buddy introduced themselves and explained what to expect from their visit. I understand how in some "customer service" positions, can be annoying to have a customer stand over them as the work is being done.. not these 2. Welcoming my questions AND answering in a manner that me, a simple homeowner could understand:) I really appreciated that extra energy of just not being their job to answer or even better, no evidence of being annoyed by being asked. GREAT SERVICE!! Confidence and comfort knowing that I will continue enjoying the temperatures that I choose. THANKS GUYS !!!
