Central Oregon Heating and Cooling: came out as discussed and the tech was here less than 5 minutes; diagnosed my HVAC unit issue I was having and he did it with a smile and kindness! I wish I remembered the young mans name but honestly NO JOKE; Top notch service all around! From the office staff scheduling the service call to the technician! We’re so happy! We just moved here, and the project house we bought needed a new 240 volt dryer outlet, new cable and new circuit breaker. I made the appointment online on Saturday afternoon for Monday morning, and it’s already fixed! Ken was great, even when he realized he was going to have to climb up into the attic. We’re so appreciative!

Communication was excellent, service was quick and trouble free, and service tech was easy to interact with, so overall a good experience.

Matt was great. He is very knowledgeable and explained to us everything he did and how the system operates. We will definitely make sure he is notified if we have any problems in the future since he is now familiar with the system and knows how to troubleshoot it.

Leon and Benjamin were just here to seal a leak in the gas line to our furnace. They could not have been more friendly and quickly fixed the leak despite having really restricted access to the joints. Nice job!

Mike was on time and quick to exam the furnace/air conditioning for a second opinion. Thorough and provided photos of rusted parts. Great job. Within an hour he had an advisor to provide a bid on replacing the heating and cooling system.

Reliable and trustworthy. Always well trained and customer service is the priority. Carrier products seem to be quite dependable. Haven't had any problems with equipment in over 12 years. Recently had concern regarding a possible residential pipe leak. As a Green Shield client I called Central Oregon heating. Chris came out the next day, listened to my experience and did an assessment including crawl space access. I was fortunate there was no leak. As expected Chris was timely and professional.

Trevor carefully inspected and serviced our heat pump. He is professional, efficient and addressed my questions regarding the pump’s efficiency. Trevor is a credit to your company reputation, and is welcome back here any time our heat pump needs service.

Travis came out and cleaned our hot water heater, and did an amazing job. Very professional kind and courteous. We are happy customers.

The company that originally installed my ductless system told me they couldn’t fix my 7-year-old unit and wanted to charge a huge fee just to check for leaks. I called Central Oregon Heating and Cooling, and they came out the very next day. They took the time to actually inspect the system, found the refrigerant leak, and submitted the issue under warranty to get the part covered.

The technicians were incredibly knowledgeable, clearly understood what was going on, and provided me with a quote right away so I could schedule the repair. They answered all my questions and addressed my concerns with patience and professionalism. Not only did they know what they were doing—they were also genuinely kind. Highly recommend!

Martin called giving me an ETA, I like that. He did an excellent service call & very complete with his checking out everything. Pleasant young man. Shared some thoughts about the furnace & whole system I didn’t know about, appreciated learning the new info.

Mike from COHC was great. He gave me a call ahead of time to let me know when to expect him, and showed up exactly on time. He was friendly and professional, and didn’t mind me asking questions and trying to learn from him. On the contrary, he offered helpful tips for our systems, serviced everything, and now our HVAC and whole house humidifer are running smoothly. I’ve tried three other heating and cooling companies in Bend over the past four years and this company has the best employees and approach to service.

Travis was absolutely amazing! He came to our house after hours because we had a water leak and stayed until the whole thing was fixed. He had a wonderful attitude and could not have been nicer. He was so knowledgeable and did a fantastic job.

I scheduled a maintenance for my heat unit and Martin came out and did a fantastic job. He made sure everything was working correctly and went above and beyond on the job.

Clay came out this week to perform my 6-month maintenance and filter change on my heating unit and also checked on my air conditioner. Both were replaced/installed 2 summers ago. I have been happy ever since. both units do their job with quiet efficiency (I didn't know every corner of my house could have the same temp - summer and winter!). Clay called when he was 20 minutes en-route and was as professional as any of the staff from C.O. Heating who have kept the house toasty in the winter and cool on the hot summer days. That's all I need!

Mike did a great job today with my mini-split maintenance. He called when he was 10 minutes out, explained what he was going to do and why, and followed up with me to make sure I didn’t have any additional questions when he finished. He even gave me some tips for how often and how best to clean my filters. I’m pleased with the service and signed up for the annual maintenance plan.

We used the plumbing service at CO Heating and Cooling from the time it was first offered. Each time the plumber has been knowledgeable, friendly and on time. Other plumbing services try to push unnecessary parts or services. Not so with COH&C and plumbing. For plumbing service, I will continue to call CO Heating Cooling and Plumbing first.

Trevor came out to service Hvac system. He went above and beyond to make sure the inspection would pass. He was quick, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable.

Nathan was prompt,, efficient, and professional while assessing and fixing our plumbing problem. We had some clogged pipes and flooding of the back bathroom. He went above and beyond to clear the problems. I highly recommend him…and Central Oregon Heating and Cooling.

Had an outlet start sparking in the middle of the day and had to shut down my office till it was fixed, and couldn’t get any other company in town out in a timely manner to fix the fire hazard but these guys were able to get out to my place within 2 hours and had the issue fixed in no time! Having one company who does it all has been extremely convenient when looking for work to be done on our duplex. Highly recommend these guys!

DJ Wilson came to our home today to talk to us about replacing our heating and cooling system. First of all he was right on time! Very impressed with response from Central Oregon Heating and Cooling. From the front desk to the technicians, (Austin, William), installers, electrician, (Jared) and project manager (Alex). All personnel were courteous, professional, dedicated, arrived on time, and thoroughly cleaned work site area. Installing our A/C Heating system took approximately 6-7 hrs to complete. The ladies at the office were helpful with answering our questions, arranging scheduling and returning our calls. Thanks to all that responded.

Very professional and courteous experience. We took advantage of a special heater tuneup offer. We realize sometimes with companies they use special offers get them in the door and they try to sell you stuff. The Central Oregon Heating & Cooling & Plumbing team did not try to upsell us. Colin was the service tech. He showed up exactly on time. He did make a call a few minutes ahead so I could put our dogs away. Colin showed me how and where to put in the filters. He checked the thermostat, the inside furnace, and the outside heat pump. He used his blower machine to clean it all up and make sure everything was working ok. He said our equipment is old but working great. He charged my card and emailed me the receipt. Everything went well during this experience. I definitely recommend Central Oregon Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. They are on time, professional, very knowledgeable, and have outstanding customer service. They treat you like family. They care.

Cameron checked out our electrical outlets for outside after us noticing the snow heating cables were not working and kept tripping the plugs. He checked out all of our outside plugs and verified bad cables. Because we subscribed to Central Heating and Cooling yearly we were able to use that for the electrical needs we had. First time using the electrician part of this company Yay. Cameron was efficient and thorough. Thank you Cameron with the cold conditions present we are happy we have a good source to call.
