Brian, Lance, and Dom were excellent techs. I appreciate their honesty; they found an antique revolver in a holster, where my elderly father had " misplaced it" on top of the furnace ductwork. They could have kept quiet and no one would have known they took it. But they showed their true character and gave it to Dad. (He's an 89 year old veteran.) Dad was so happy to have it back, because it had belonged to his father! You have some quality guys working for you! Thank you!

We had water dripping out of our ac pan. The problem was easily fixed quickly as well as some great education provided. We only call central Oregon heating and cooling for our needs.

Martin did a great job. He came promptly and was very thorough in inspecting our heat pump. He was knowledgeable and communicated well. Later, Eric looked in our attic and saw a ton of problems with the ductwork (undersized and uninsulated) from our original contractor. Dom then came the next day and ran all new duct work. These guys were punctual, knowledgeable, and hard working, spending a whole day in a hot attic! They did a great job and our system isn’t freezing up anymore . I won’t tell you who the original contractor was, but boy, what a mess he left up there!

Max came and told us what we needed for our kitchen sink and set us up for other services very helpful

I was very pleased with the work Central Oregon Heating, & Plumbing did on our heating unit. It was not heating our home, so I called them as a new customer and they sent someone the same day. The two technicians fixed the problem and also serviced our air conditioning unit in anticipation of summer. I really appreciated their kind manner, proficient work and reasonable charge. I will definitely keep them as our regular service technicians!

Heating/Cooling System tuneup. Trevor confirmed his arrival time via phone call. He was very thorough in his inspection and cleaning and quickly identified the source of a problem I described. We’ve used CO Heating in the past for minor repairs and continue to be very pleased with their service.

Did some rewiring of pump house so if power goes out, the generator can be used to power the well.

Great service. Just started the one year maintenence program. Technician Ryan did a great job on our first visit and was very thorough.

Martin was fantastic. Such a pleasure to work with. Extremely competent at solving our air conditioning problem. He worked quickly and with a sense of urgency. Explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix it so I could understand. I will definitely be using Martin again.

Richard was very professional and thorough. I had been calling various companies to come out and check our A/C system for a couple of days and every company I spoke with stated it’d be 3-4 days. Richard was out in a couple hours and fixed our problem. I am so grateful for his prompt service. It was very hot in our home and my 90 yr old father just had surgery the day before. Cutter did an outstanding job of diagnosing a very tricky leak outside my condo at Eagle Crest. He is focused on making sure all avenues were looked at before he came to his conclusion. He was extremely thorough and an excellent communicator. I highly recommend Cutter to service any plumbing needs!

Travis was very knowledgeable and walked through the issue I was having and was most helpful.

We had excellent service from Central Oregon Heating! Leon came out late in the day to diagnose our furnace the same day it quit on us! He spent about 2 hours working on it and it was beyond repair. It was found that we needed a new furnace. That evening about 8pm Nick came out and helped us figure out which furnace would work best for us. At 8am the next morning Brian and Harley arrived to install our new furnace. This expedience was greatly appreciated as we were experiencing an extremely cold spell here in Bend! The price was right too. Thank you to Travis and all the guys at CO Heating and Cooling!
