Our thermostat completely went dead in the middle of the afternoon. I called Central Oregon Heating and they were able to add us to the end of a technician’s schedule. Jeremy showed up mid evening and quickly found the issue and had our HVAC system back up and working. Jeremy was very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. This is the third time we have had COHC out to fix an issue and I couldn’t be happier with their service.

Leon was great - very helpful, very honest, very friendly.

Been using COHCPE for a few years. Always efficient & professional. During their last visit they had a bad day as anyone can. The test was how would they correct their mistake? They handled correcting their mistake as efficiently as their excellent service has been over the years. Jesse and his crew went the extra mile to make sure the ship was righted. COHCPE is an excellent company with an excellent staff.

We've called Central Oregon Heating & Cooling for a variety of issues from leaky sinks, toilet repairs, AC servicing and every time I am confident that we will receive quality workmanship and a fair price. Big thanks to John who recently came out to fix a leaky sink.

This past week we had several jobs done by COHCPE. Our technicians were Adam, Kion, and Justin. Customer Service was excellent; all three took extra time to ensure we understood the problems and the solutions; Billing was also explained and was fair; clean-up afterward was excellent; all three technicians were pleasant and professional. We recommend COHCPE and their employees highly!

Could not recommend these guys enough! Amazing customer service, and they got someone out here to look at my AC unit right away. Once they decided I needed electrician instead of an HVAC guy, they were able to send an electrician out here within a couple days.

I ran into trouble installing my Nest thermostat, so called Central Oregon heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical. Leon came and was able to fix the wiring, and now my furnace and AC are working again! I have used the company before for various problems, and have always been very happy with my results. Everyone I've interacted with has been very professional, and they are very good at keeping you informed with arrival times. I will use them again, and highly recommend the company.

Martin in HVAC did our annual inspection on September 4th 2024 he was a pleasure to work with if he didn't have the answer to my question he knew someone who might and got a hold of them for me great young man. I worked for Norco in a upper management and customer service for 40 years so I know what a good and a great customer service person is and that is Martin thank you very much hang on to this one.

Jeremy was very professional in every aspect of the service he provided for our heating & cooling systems. Great personality, very thorough in explaining systems. Provided advice for possible surge protection for our home which we never thought about.

Mike came to service my ductless heating system. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Very sweet. Checked my filter and confirmed it had been changed then gave me an explanation why my thermostat may have sent a reminder to change my filter. It seemed reasonable. He went in and changed my setting. Very nice and courteous!

Had the best service call experience late last evening when Leon Joesph showed up to check out why our hvac unit was not working on AC? After doing multiple tests he discovered that the 2 bladed connector to the ( slider switch?) located in the heat pump was loose!

Leon was a pleasure to have come to our rescue. The price on the AC capacitor (all we needed) was mind-boggling, but I don't blame Leon for that, not really even the company either .When local distributors won't sell to private parties, prices go up. Leon was professional, courteous, and efficient.

Cutter the lead plumber with nathan and steve came out to do a complete repipe . I was so impressed how cutter fully went over every inch of the house to evaluate the situation. . He was clean matriculas and thorough. Cutter made sure that the drywall repair would be minimal . I am so thankful that he was the one leading this project . We had an amazing experience with this company. We called about needing a new thermostat and a general diagnostics done on our system and had one of their technicians Lyle out the same day. He was efficient, very knowledgeable and made sure everything was done right and doubled checked everything. Couldn’t be happier with this company and their staff!

Richard G. and the team at Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical were a lifesaver! My system broke down during a heatwave, and they got someone out quickly to diagnose the problem. The technician was very calm, collective, and professional. He took the time to go over all of my available options with me without any pressure.He also informed me about their monthly service plan, which has a small payment plan, but it also gave me a discount on my bill and ended up saving me a bunch of money for my repair. I was completely unaware that I could even have my unit serviced continuously like that! Having someone so calm and knowledgeable handle the issue made a stressful situation much easier. Amazing service!! Leon Joseph was the best!!

Trevor did a great job troubleshooting. Time to replace. Later on the same day (Wednesday), DJ, one of the project managers came out to look at the system and give us a quote. He did a thorough job and gave us a quote in under an hour. I did get a second quote but Central Oregon Heating and Cooling was significantly less, and we had used them a number of times before and were very happy with their services. Plus they were able to install a complete HVAC system two days later (Friday). Their crew arrived at 8am and had it tested and running before 4pm. The crew of Dustin and Manny did a marvelous job. They replaced most of the system base and built a new upper plenum for the major connections. This was not an easy install. Dustin also fixed an original install problem showing his high level of experience and system understanding. Manny had the difficult task of replacing the outside condenser/compressor unit. The new unit was larger and needed to be completely replumbed. His plumbing runs and details to mounting and locations quickly showed his remarkable skills. Overall we are very happy with this new equipment and the attention to detail in the installation this team showed. So much cleaner and easier to service in the future. Since the install on Friday the 12th to today, Monday the 15th of June, I had set the thermostat at 73 degrees and the system held the temperature steady through these hot days. Impressive. Leon Joseph came over from Central Oregon Heating and Cooling on the hottest day of the year when my system had given out. Called in the morning and he was here in the early afternoon - same day service! He was very through and by cleaning, tightening up screws, and changing the air filter, he got a 29 yr old unit running again. I know I need a new air conditioner, but was glad today wasn’t the day. Only $119. I would defiantly recommend Leon.

I called Sunday at 5pm to make an appointment for this week for a broken garbage disposal and I was told someone would be here Monday at 10am. Kion arrived at 9:35. Kion is very professional and personable. He is incredibly knowledgeable, listened patiently to everything that I had tried to fix it and then attempted to repair it. I knew I would probably need a new disposal and I did. I was grateful Kion had one in the truck and he installed it in what seemed like record time! I learned he has 10 years experience. Kion ran the disposal and sink to ensure everything was working properly. He took his time making sure there were no back ups. He explained all the warranty information to me. Kion was amazing and if I ever have any further issues with plumbing, heating or cooling I am calling this company immediately. I’d give 6 stars to Kion and this company if I could.

I had three projects completed, replaced expansion tank on hot water heater; replacement of faucet/drain in the main bathroom; replacement of thermocupaler for gas fireplace. Both technicians, Adam, umber and Martin, technician for gas fireplace completed their Joba in a timely manner. Both are personable and professional. I have been working with COHC for a number of years and participate in their Green Shield program. I highly recommend this company and their Green Shield program.

Derek replaced the pump in my lifter station. This was no small chore since both the pump and the electrical connection to the pump were failing. Derek fixed the both problems and left me with a very clean and very well working lifter station. THANK YOU, Derek!

Furnace and heat pump

I have been a happy customer of Central Oregon Heating Cooling Plumbing and Electric for 5 years. Big thank you to Ben who came out to complete my semi-annual HVAC service. I had a couple of questions that he answered and when I couldn't think of a couple he went through a whole list for me and spent over a hour showing me how each thing I was interested in learning was done. And when ot was important to call in for help. I have used them for almost every service in their name. I like what they do!

Pricing was a little steep as seems to be the way with any home repair these days but John and Cody were great. Despite the price I still felt they and the service they provided were worth it. They explained what the issue was and what needed to be done in a professional but easy to understand manner. Would recommend and will be using their services the next time I have a plumbing issue.

I love this company. They installed a new Furnace & A/C unit in my home at the end of May so I didn't really need a full fall service, but decided to have them come out and look at the fireplace. Martin was awesome, fixed a small rattle in the furnace and did a comprehensive cleaning on my fireplace. We talked about installing a blower unit to make the fireplace more efficient, and since he had one in his truck, I authorized the installation and am very pleased with the result. He even explained how we can use the fireplace in the event of a power outage, even though there is a switch to turn it on. Every person who has come to my home has been, personable, competent

Jim was very personable, looked at my hot water heater which was having issues with the pressure relief valve and it's old age. Else, great job with the AC unit and found a faulty start up capacitor, shocking cost, but did the work and helped keeping the cost down as much as possible. Helped me with the annual service service offer. You have a gem in Jim.

Martin came out same day as we were concerned about a chemical smell from recent install of a heat pump system. Martin quickly found the culprit, a sealant that just hadn't finished curing, and relieved our concern. Martin was so friendly, professional and thorough, much appreciated!

I had booked an annual service appointment for the HVAC system for our summer cabin on the one Friday this month that I could take off from work and made the 3 hour drive the night before. When they called that morning to tell me the scheduled technician had an emergency and they needed to rebook on a later date, I explained the situation. They quickly found another tech nearby and he worked me into his already full schedule. Lyle did a skillful job, working quickly and efficiently, and was quite knowledgeable and friendly. In addition to the tune-up service, he found and fixed a minor leak in the condensation drain line, and even readjusted it to make it easier to remove the access door screws for future service calls. I have had excellent service overall from COHC. They are always professional and courteous, and I highly recommend them without hesitation. They are the first resource I will contact if needed for any of the many services they offer.

As a retired single woman I have appreciated being on the GreenShield program. It gives me peace of mind to have a technician checking the heating and cooling systems before the heavy use seasons. I’ve never had a negative experience with anyone and today Blayke was really good. Excellent explanations, very professional and courteous and my dog endorses him too.

I've only been using COHCP for the 8 years or so but every one of their staff is professional and goes the extra step to be helpful. They take their jobs personally which ensures the work they perform is done with the best practices, care to the customer and their situation and pride in their work. Amazing service! Working with Nick, he provided a competitive estimate within 24 hours for a heat pump and mini-splits, and the work was completed within a week, passing inspections. The two technicians were very polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Central Oregon Heating and Cooling.

Fantastic service. I LIKE this company and will use their services again should the need ever arise. The above comment was written after a service that I no longer remember. For that matter I no longer recall creating the comment.
