We were scheduled same day repair service with Richard G and Jeremy. Both were amazingly thorough, took the time to explain what they were seeing while testing, and got our system up and running! I'm so impressed with the service I received, we will be making Central Oregon Heating and Cooling our new service provider!

Amazing service from Leon Joseph. I called the office around noon today about an AC problem and they had Leon out within a couple hours to fix the problem.

COHC has been servicing and maintaining my system for several years and I have appreciated the knowledge and skills of the service crew. Service technician Ryan performed my semi-annual maintenance, and he was polite, friendly, easygoing, competent and efficient. He noticed some temperature differences between the floors of the house and made a suggestion for improving air circulation which I appreciated. He reviewed the check-up results which were organized clearly on a checklist and answered any questions I had. Very happy with COHC and with Ryan’s service.

I can’t recommend Travis and Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical enough. I called on a Saturday, and Travis came out almost immediately. Within about 30 minutes, he diagnosed and fixed a problem that another company had spent nearly three hours trying to figure out before ultimately giving up and leaving. Travis was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and a had great sense of humor too. It was such a relief to have someone show up, quickly figure out what was wrong, and get everything working again without making it complicated. My only regret is that I didn’t call them first! I’ll absolutely be using Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical—and requesting Travis—for any HVAC needs in the future.

Our service technician, Jorge was on time, courteous, knowledgeable & fast. He did an excellent job helping us with some items found during a home inspection. We are also green shield members & are happy with your services.

Cutter was professional, diligent, and incredibly resourceful throughout the entire process. He was proactive about securing the necessary parts, friendly, and demonstrated expert knowledge while working on our water line. He handled the necessary repairs and expertly installed the water line for the refrigerator. We are very pleased with his service and will specifically request him for any future projects.

Called on a Saturday morning with AC trouble. Dispatch was pleasant and thorough. Jim L. arrived promptly, had everything up and running in under 2 hours from initial call to dispatch.

Jim was great! He came and replaced our capacitor and got our system back up and running very quickly!
