Wayne always does a great job!

I called Central Oregon Heating and Cooling and wanted an estimate on a heating and cooling unit for my garage. I needed information on the best way forward on this project. Nick Todd was the tech that came over the very next day. It was clear that a Carrier mini split was the best choice. He walked me through every aspect of what this unit would do for me. It is exactly what I needed. Then Austin came over with the unit and installed it (with an electrician) one day later. The professionalism of this company and employees is stunning. I have never been so relaxed with a project like this.

Time from job estimate to completion of hardwired electric car charger was 3 days!! Simply cannot ask for more than that. Jax did both the estimate and installation for us, and we are quite satisfied with the overall job, plus, he has a great personality! Also, did a very thorough cleanup of the work area.

Austin came out to do our 1/2 year service today. He was on time and serviced all 3 of our systems in an hour. Very pleasant young man.

Lyle B is always a pleasure to have over to inspect my HVAC system. Kind, informative, and experienced. Give that man a raise! lol 10/10 for COHC really recommend the 25 dollar a month maintenance subscription service! It saves alot of headache.

Our Air Conditioner unit broke on a hot day. Mike was able to come out same day and assess the situation. He was very friendly and polite and they ended up installing a new unit for us the next day! We are very satisfied and would highly recommend.

The quote for my tankless water heater was not the cheapest, but I wanted to go with an outfit that could supply an electrician if needed, and who understood HVAC systems since the water heater system had to connect into that. The installation was done as attractively as possible by John M. and Cutter P., who could not have been nicer or tidier. Very pleased about my decision eight-plus months later. So, I called back and asked them to service my AC, which I had neglected to do for years. Again, the tech, Jeremy G. could not have been nicer, more knowledgeable or more helpful. I'm a fan.

Serviced water heater

2026 update: Dylan was very fast and professional for my coil cleaning on my HVAC. He kept the area completely tidy and the unit shined after. He identified some areas for improvement in my plumbing when using the hose and promptly scheduled a free checkup and water heater flush through my plan that I forgot I needed to do. The next day, John came out to address my plumbing needs and was able to save me over $400 through honestly assessing the issue and repairing it (a quick tightening of parts) vs proposing replacement. 2025 Update:Jeremy G came out to check my furnace and was great. He was friendly, helpful, and efficient. I think the maintenance plan is a great value. Frank and Jax were great. They installed 12 fixtures in 8 rooms for us. They were thorough and considerate of our house. The fan installs were especially great because they took the time to balance them and they run so silently. One fan was already installed by someone else and we had it moved to another room. It runs significantly quieter in there and I know it's because it was done right this time! Jax came back out to install a specialized fan controller switch for the master bedrooms new fan. He was quick, efficient, and thoughtful.

Very responsive and on-time for appointment

Jeremy came by today to do a blower wheel cleaning on our mini split. He took care of everything beautifully and left us with a system so clean it looks brand new. Thanks, Jeremy.
