The technician, Mike, arrived on time as scheduled, was very professional, knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. Also, Mike had good customer interface/interaction skills.

Our HVAC went out in the middle of summer and once I came to the realization that the repair was beyond my skillset, I made an appointment with the HVAC company we use to service our system. However they couldn’t fit us in for over a week. So on the recommendation of my neighbor, I gave Central Oregon a call. They were able to send a technician out that same day! Dan H. showed up, was super friendly, very knowledgeable, professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He got our AC back up and running in no time and gave us some recommendations on what to keep an eye on going forward. Needless to say, we’ll be switching to Central Oregon for our annual servicing and any future repairs!

I stopped by CO Heating today and they immediately accommodated my requests. Blayke was the representative. He was very much a gentleman and professional. I am very pleased with how this went.

He showed up ahead of time and listened to my description of the problem. He crawled under the house and promptly found the problem and explained it to me. He was able to temporarily fix it and explain to me what needs to be done to have a permanent fix. Very happy with his service.

Sales and crew at Central Oregon H&C were very helpful and answered my laundry list of questions. They showed up right on time (very prompt) and didn’t waste any time on the job. They are very respectful and courteous. I asked if I could watch and learn and they were very accommodating. I was involved throughout the installation process. They came prepared with all the extra parts needed (they didn’t need any) and had a thermostat ready in case mine didn’t work. We worked together to use the Nest thermostat I had and I learned from them in the process. The install area was clean and tidy afterward. Overall, highly recommend COH&C.

Martin was exceptional. We caught a leak in our ceiling due to an issue with our HVAC, right before we were leaving for a little trip. He came within two hours, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it in the highest heat in our attic, while answering questions, explaining and going above and beyond to hurry and get it resolved so we could still leave. He also wanted to come back to make sure he had fully resolved the problem. Martin is professional, kind, and goes above and beyond. We are so grateful to him!

We arrived at our vacation home on a very hot Friday and our air conditioning /heat pump was having a problem with cooling! With in a very short time on same day after calling them, the tech Mike, was on his way to troubleshoot and was able to remedy the situation very quickly! This company has never let us down!

Mike came out today to fix our thermostats and a faulty motherboard, and he was everything you'd hope for in a technician—punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He diagnosed the issue quickly last visit, quickly ordered the parts and today he returned. He had everything up and running in no time.

His friendly demeanor and clear communication made the whole process stress-free. You can tell he truly cares about doing the job right the first time.

Mike and Blake went above and beyond servicing my mini-split AC unit in my ADU. I have had issues with that since installation with it leaking water out the front of it and had the same installers servicing it. These two found the issue and made the repair to correct it for good! I knew in my gut it wasn’t just dirty filters. And sure enough it was a poor installation. Mike also explained to me their maintenance program which for me makes sense as I live on a busy street and more dirt and debris gets kicked into my yard than most. I’m signed up with peace of mind. Super grateful!

Huge thank you to the whole team at Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical. When our air conditioning stopped working they had a technician at our house that very day. He discovered that the heat pump had failed. A sales rep made it out the next morning and did an awesome job of walking us through all of our options and provided guidance to choose a replacement. The installation crew showed up two days later and were able to get the new system installed. Our interaction with each and every person was awesome. The installation team was open to all of our questions and very helpful and knowledgeable. The installation was timely and very clean. The whole team personified customer service and were a pleasure to work with. Customer for life here.

Alex and Kion were GREAT! They diagnosed my plumbing issue immediately and tried calling several septic tank pumping companies and got me set up for service this afternoon.
I will be contacting Central Oregon for any plumbing work needed after the tank is pumped.

Central Oregon Heating has been my go-to HVAC company for a couple of years. Heater repair and inspection and a water heater and now a new thermostat. Jeremy is the best! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. When my 9 year old thermostat gave up on a day with Temps over 90 degrees, Jeremy came to my rescue and now I have a new space-age thermostat!

I had a sewer pipe problem at my rental property and was out of town. Kion came quickly the rescue and had it fixed in half a day. It was certainly not a pleasant job doing all the work in the crawspace. I inspected the work recently and spent time underneath the house for other issues and really appreciate the work done. I feel sorry that I couldn't thank him in person.

Friendly, hard working, flexible! This was an exceptional experience and the guys were so understanding of a torn up street, extra people in the home and a neurotic dog!

Jeremy showed up on time at 9am. Great attitude I might add. Did great job checking our heat pump out. He suggested a new capacitor on our heat pump , I agreed, I asked about surge suppression for our heat pump since power outages make me nervous he installed one for heat pump and another in garage to protect the big fan motor.

We were experiencing confusing performance by our HVAC system. Austin spent quite a bit of time sorting out the issues and identifying solutions. He was very helpful and explained everything. We plan on implementing his recommendations.

Needed GFCI outlet replaced. Cameron was on time...professional, polite and very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with.

Norm was great, took ownership of issue and resolved it to my satisfaction. I purchased a Tankless Water Heater last summer and they are fixing a tubing issue for me.

I usually don't publicly post reviews but I was so impressed with Central Oregon that I couldn't resist. They were top notch, quick and genuinely caring for our needs and not trying to make a quick sale. We replaced our old gas water heater with an electric one and we also had them install a Daikin Mini Split AC in our upstairs bedroom because it never cooled down well with the rest of the house. I LOVE how QUIET and efficient the Daikin AC is! Thank you Alex, Ben, Jason, Brian, Dominic, Sage, Jax and Spencer for all your hard work.

Lyle took the time to thoroughly clean and inspect the entire HVAC system, making sure everything was running efficiently. He explained each step of the process clearly and answered all of my questions with patience. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing top-quality service.

It’s not every day you come across someone so courteous and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be requesting Lyle B. again for future maintenance, and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for honest and reliable HVAC service!

Best HVAC company I've ever worked with, hands down. Our AC system shut off on the hottest day of the year. They had someone come out within 1.5 hours and determined the zone control board had failed. They sourced the part the next day (today) and will have it installed tomorrow. And they figured out a way to get us at least rudimentary cooling with one thermostat in the meantime, which we appreciated because it's still super hot. Highly recommended!

Just had my AC system inspected. Technician was on time and completed the task efficiently. Good discussion and explanations. I've been using COHC for maintenance services for the past few years and they always deliver...good people, knowledgeable technicians, and reasonable costs. I highly recommend COHC.

Cordial, capable, efficient, on task, and great attention to detail. Our last payment had not been logged and showed we were behind. I found the canceled check, and the technician made the correction. He was very polite, considerate, and listened very intently.

Clay came out this week to perform my 6-month maintenance and filter change on my heating unit and also checked on my air conditioner. Both were replaced/installed 2 summers ago. I have been happy ever since. both units do their job with quiet efficiency (I didn't know every corner of my house could have the same temp - summer and winter!). Clay called when he was 20 minutes en-route and was as professional as any of the staff from C.O. Heating who have kept the house toasty in the winter and cool on the hot summer days. That's all I need!

Nathan was prompt,, efficient, and professional while assessing and fixing our plumbing problem. We had some clogged pipes and flooding of the back bathroom. He went above and beyond to clear the problems. I highly recommend him…and Central Oregon Heating and Cooling.

Had an outlet start sparking in the middle of the day and had to shut down my office till it was fixed, and couldn’t get any other company in town out in a timely manner to fix the fire hazard but these guys were able to get out to my place within 2 hours and had the issue fixed in no time! Having one company who does it all has been extremely convenient when looking for work to be done on our duplex. Highly recommend these guys!

Very impressed with response from Central Oregon Heating and Cooling. From the front desk to the technicians, (Austin, William), installers, electrician, (Jared) and project manager (Alex). All personnel were courteous, professional, dedicated, arrived on time, and thoroughly cleaned work site area. Installing our A/C Heating system took approximately 6-7 hrs to complete. The ladies at the office were helpful with answering our questions, arranging scheduling and returning our calls. Thanks to all that responded.
