I've been using these guys for a few years now and service is consistently top notch. We've had our entire system replaced by them and have regular maintenance done and we're always so happy with the results. Our most recent maintenance inspection was done by Tyce and he was great - clearly knew his stuff and so friendly.

Just had mini split installed by Austin from Central Oregon heating between he and Eric they have us totally covered. Eric came by today to address some issues we had and stayed over an hour and half to make sure everything was working as it should. We highly recommend this company

We have been fortunate with consistently great service for heating and cooling. Benjamin Joseph was great to work with. He notified us ahead of time when he was on his way and was very thorough. He took the time to answer questions and managed to notice we had a duct that detached from a vent. Super helpful!

Jim was very personable, looked at my hot water heater which was having issues with the pressure relief valve and it's old age. Else, great job with the AC unit and found a faulty start up capacitor, shocking cost, but did the work and helped keeping the cost down as much as possible. Helped me with the annual service service offer. You have a gem in Jim.

Martin came out same day as we were concerned about a chemical smell from recent install of a heat pump system. Martin quickly found the culprit, a sealant that just hadn't finished curing, and relieved our concern. Martin was so friendly, professional and thorough, much appreciated!

Jim Lovett was efficient and informative as he checked my HVAC system and replaced filter. He answered my questions and helped with my thermostat questions. He informed me of an additional filter for my system which I was very impressed and interested and asked for a quote which he sent on the spot. thanks again

Heat pump service

Austin is an exceptional service tech. He delivered quality service, showed me photographs of all the issues, and was able to complete installation and verification of parts that needed to be replaced same day. He’s very trustworthy and never tried to upsell me anything. I’ll be using this company in the future for all my HVAC needs.

Quick service! Travis immediately thought our light issue was the light itself and not the electric wiring, so he suggested we get a new light and that was that. No fee for his suggestion. Will definitely use them for any future electric issues!

We had a great experience with Trevor. He was kind, thorough and informative. He checked our system out to find out why we had an error come up and was able to find and get the parts quickly for me. He also explained to me what the issue was in detail and what we could do to fix it. Really appreciated the extra effort and professionalism!

When I heard that Leon J was going to do the spring tune up I was thrilled. Last year a tech from another HVAC company did the fall tune up and he spent less than 15 minutes doing it. Less than one month later the furnace died. Leon J came out to fix it and it was clear Leon J cared, he did a comprehensive job, he explained everything, he was polite and professional. Austin came to our house for our HVAC system service. He was thorough and spent quite a bit of time cleaning and checking the system. He answered my questions. I was very pleased with the service that Austin provided. I am signed up with the monthly service payment so my twice a year maintenance is covered. It is reasonable and worth it. They have email and text reminders so you don't miss a service.

We had Benjamin arrive promptly on-time (with a prior phone call as arranged) to complete our Spring HVAC system maintenance. He was cordial, professional and interactive communicating with us about his progress, findings and recommendations. He left us with his maintenance checklist, business card and updates to our Annual GreenShield Membership Plan!

Gave a quick estimate, follow-up, and dropped their price even more to beat the competition. From beginning to final inspection, we had a new ac unit and furnace installed. Very professional, knowledgeable, and payment plans that fit the budget. Will recommend to the neighbors!

Leon came out for a HVAC maintenance check yesterday. He has been here on previous calls, as usual, he was efficient, knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant! In addition to checking out the system, Leon helped us get our Eco Bee thermostat set up more efficiently and effectively for our household. It heats and cools great now. I had booked an annual service appointment for the HVAC system for our summer cabin on the one Friday this month that I could take off from work and made the 3 hour drive the night before. When they called that morning to tell me the scheduled technician had an emergency and they needed to rebook on a later date, I explained the situation. They quickly found another tech nearby and he worked me into his already full schedule. Lyle did a skillful job, working quickly and efficiently, and was quite knowledgeable and friendly. In addition to the tune-up service, he found and fixed a minor leak in the condensation drain line, and even readjusted it to make it easier to remove the access door screws for future service calls. I have had excellent service overall from COHC. They are always professional and courteous, and I highly recommend them without hesitation. They are the first resource I will contact if needed for any of the many services they offer.

As a retired single woman I have appreciated being on the GreenShield program. It gives me peace of mind to have a technician checking the heating and cooling systems before the heavy use seasons. In January when it was so cold, our HVAC went out. We had two service technicians out to the house. Buddy was thorough with his investigation but could not find the problem. We still had no heat the next week so Dylan came out to troubleshoot. It was a complex issue that took a lot of investigation to get to the root of the problem but Dylan was tenacious. The company was very flexible with refunding the thermostat that it turned out we did not need. Cannot say enough about Dylan's excellent service!

Electricians Jax and Josh came out and ran wiring to give us the ability to turn our garage lights on from either end of both garages. No more stumbling through in the dark. Dylan was very conscientious. He cleaned the inner fan wheel filter. It was full of lint, grease, build up! I am sure it was like that for the last several cleanings.
