Tyce Fuller came to our home today for a service call on our HVAC thermostat. Tyce called and sent us a text letting us know he was on his way. We appreciate this because we have two dogs. He was prompt, friendly, polite, personable, clean and extremely knowledgeable. He explained our system and what needed to be done in a way we could understand. He was wonderful with our dogs. Our system is working perfectly now and we couldn’t be happier. Tyce is a credit to his profession!! Thank you! -Marie Gilbert

Our technician, Benjamin, did a great job checking out our HVAC and making sure it was ready for the next season. He was communicative, arriving on time, and spent time explaining things about my system to me (we recently moved in and didn't know much about our own house!). Really appreciated his attention to detail.

Great job and just have gave me some information on what to look for.

Leon and Ryan fixed a furnace problem which was undiagnosed and an on and off concern. Both are excellent representatives of Central Oregon Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. I recommend both them and CO HVAC.

Tyce was here for heating system maintenance. He was very helpful and was also a nice guy.

We are on a maintenance plan so I only paid for the filter he installed.

Came into our house at the heat was dead. Tyce showed up within hours and quickly assessed the situation. Sadly our heatpump compressor was shot, but Tyce was able to bootstrap the system and get us heat. Just as importantly, he explained the details and outlined the steps he would take to get a replacement compressor and permanently correct the problem. Overall Tyce was great. If I could give 6 stars I would.

My heat went out and needed a new furnace and central Oregon heating and cooling were able to have a new furnace installed by noon the next day! They are the best

Chris did a good job inspecting my HVAC heater and air conditioner. Found a couple of heat strips on my furnace not working, checked my thermostat and replaced my filter. Also recommended an advanced thermostat I might consider installing. Thank you. Great job Chris.

Got an appointment the next day for a routine maintenance visit and Buddy C. showed up on time. He checked our furnace, heat pump, and whole house humidifier. When talking with him he had a good working knowledge of all of them. He had been to training or school for HVAC servicing - a plus for him!
Very helpful, gave me several suggestions that were helpful.

I recently got a new high efficiency furnace and zoning system installed by Central Oregon Heating after having them do my annual maintenance for a few years prior. The whole process was very easy and professional. They were accommodating in my request to split the install into two separate days. My installers Brian, Jessy, and Harley were respectful and professional. My sales point of contact Chris was really awesome too, made me feel at ease about doing the install the day before a holiday party (where I couldn't go without heat!). The system is functioning perfectly and I feel good about the quality of installation. Would highly recommend these guys!

Mike came out and fixed our AC unit the day after it went out. He did an outstanding job and gave me additional info on how to keep my heating and cooling system working efficiently. Will definitely use them for all my heating and cooling needs.

Clayton was very helpful and quick! He helped me figure out some problems going on with my Google nest. He was super sweet with our dogs too. Definitely plan on using Central Oregon Heating and Cooling for future services.

I had a long standing issue with a water softener system (brine tank). I contacted Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical (COHCPE) to assess the system. Kion Pryce, Plumber, quickly diagnosed the problem area within the brine tank, made the necessary corrections/repairs and ran the regeneration program several times to ensure a successful outcome. Kion was extremely professional, leaving the job site as clean and neat as it was before he came. Thank you COHCPE for the positive results!

Prompt and efficient service call to assess a leak, resolved it in less than two hours. Jorge also provided me with a goog reminder of insulating value of dirt over the top of rocks previously in place. Having this fixed before winter, when things would have turned worse, greatly appreciated Jorge! Thank you.

We had a thermostat issue, Buddy was very thorough and efficient. He checked the connections on the furnace, which is in the attic, then worked backward to the thermostats. He figured this was the problem from the start. But wanted to make sure the entire system was OK. Along the way he cked our in line airfilter and recommended a new one, which needed. He is ordering a new thermostats from the manufacturer and ha dieing the warranty issues as well. We have always had great service from this company and Buddy continued to keep up their quality and promt service.

Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have used them for quite a while. Gonna have them do some plumbing work for me. Highly recommend.

I was able to call the office on Saturday and schedule my service for Tuesday. The communication was very good and the service technician was on time and thorough. Buddy was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend him and was very pleased with the job done.

CO Heating sent someone to address the problem I was having in an appropriate timeframe. Chad was friendly and professional. He communicated what he found and what he did to fix the issue. The job was completed quickly. I can't think of a thing they could have done better.

I love the monthly plan that reminds me to service all the things in my home. Clayton came out yesterday to service my AC before summer and updated me on how old the system was, how well it was working and gave me some tips to keep it running smoothly through the season. I appreciate the honest information and quality work, so thank you! 12/1/25 Cameron assessed my electric system and taught me a lot too. He was very informative and helpful. I appreciate buying this package so my whole house is well looked after. It gives me peace of mind for sure!

Great service over many years. Have utilized the consistent maintenance over the time I've been in my home and had a few "emergencies" over the years that you have taken care of. Excellent service! Thank you! I had my precast tub/shower replaced with a walk-in shower, and had a higher toilet installed. David came to the house to talk about it and sent me an estimate. Brian and Cutter did the removal/installation in 2 1/2 days.They did an excellent job -- I love my shower! Brian came back to fix a couple very minor repairs immediately after I called. These folks are reliable, knowlgeable, and professional. Thank you for everything!

FAST, FRIENDLY, COMPETENT

Buddy C did our Fall HVAC check yesterday. He took several photos of the equipment with his phone and reviewed the photos to show current loads vs normal values, as well as the general condition of components. The results were reassuring and also identified areas to watch in future. He was both thorough and knowledgeable about our systems and greatly helped ensure their reliability. Great guy, very helpful.

There was a loose wire I couldn’t see making my furnace blower lose power. Ben fixed it within a few minutes and it was done. Great service overall.

We had our old HVAC gas furnace replaced with a new 2-stage gas furnace. We love the new way the new filter system works and it is also quieter. Fred our installer was a great guy and did an amazing job.

We like and trust Central Oregon Heating and Cooling so much that we had them here for 3 new installs this year....New Split-AC, a switch from a gas water heater to an electric water heater and now this new HVAC.

I recently did utilized your company for plumbing issues and by telling me that, it reduced my level of embarrassment greatly. Benjamin was just as understanding and gentle with me. His kind demeanor meant a lot to me. I promise to be more diligent in the future in requesting a service and hope and pray that Leon and Benjamin come.

Cordial, capable, efficient, on task, and great attention to detail. Our last payment had not been logged and showed we were behind. I found the canceled check, and the technician made the correction. He was very polite, considerate, and listened very intently.

John and his apprentice did an excellent job in replacing our old faucets. They were courteous and professional. They double checked everything and made sure we were satisfied with the work they did. They did an awesome job 👏.

Spencer from Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing arrived at our home shortly after we initiated the service call.

Spencer called immediately upon his arrival, was courteous and knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed and resolved our HVAC issue, restoring our A/C during a hot August day.

We are very thankful for Spencer and his company’s efforts and won’t hesitate to use them again. They were great to work with.

Both technicians were friendly knowledgeable. The drain was cleared quickly and they continue to flush the lines to ensure problem was resolved, not just pack up and leave immediately. They also took great care to clean up after themselves.

Technician Leon Joseph performed a maintainence check up on our furnace. He also cleaned an electronic filter & reviewed our HVAC duct work system with us. I highly recommend his service!
