I called to either service or repair my HVAC unit. The call was answered very quickly and professionally. After discussing my problems, the guy that answered the phone consulted with other techs and determined that a service call was needed. He immediately scheduled a technician that came out that same afternoon. Chad was very professional and friendly. Chad is an expert in his line of work, after going through my system, resetting it it now works like it should have since installation 2 yrs ago. Thanks Chad for making my day! If I could give more stars, I certainly would.

Huge, thanks to Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical for another great experience! Blayke handled my HVAC maintenance and was outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable and a true professional. I’m still impressed that he managed to keep a straight face while politely informing me that I had installed my brand new furnace filter upside down and off the tracks. Apparently, HVAC maintenance is a team sport and I clearly play a very important role in keeping technicians employed, thanks for the great service, Blayke, it really does take a village.

I really appreciated Trevor helping us get our mini split HVAC system running on relatively short notice.

Matthew did a great job explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it in great detail. He showed us things on our thermostat that we weren’t aware We highly recommend him.

Tyce was on time, very knowledgeable, fixed the issue with our AC quickly, and gave me all the pointers to ensure longevity of my system. Truly appreciated!!! Highly recommended!

Cutter is the best Plumber there is . He tells it like it is no sugar coating . Then works diligently to solve the problem. When he is done you can rest assured problem is fixed . Polite courteous well mannered young man . Thank you Cutter.

Great service, they dispatched Gus out to us on 4th of July last minute and he was fast, friendly and efficient.

I am a COH&C member and have found the service A+. Their techs (Buddy & Martin in particular) are knowledgeable and polite (easy to have in your home) and their admin staff juggled things to get me seen faster due to broken AC on a hot day.

Spencer did a very good job explaining the condition of the heating and cooling elements in the house. He explained what conditions needed addressing and gave me several options with scenarios that allowed me to make a very informed decision. I felt comfortable with the decision I made mostly because Spencer laid out very clearly what was needed and the timeline that it looked like.

Dylan was professional and knowledgeable. Had no problem answering any question. Would have him back here next year.
