Austin is an exceptional service tech. He delivered quality service, showed me photographs of all the issues, and was able to complete installation and verification of parts that needed to be replaced same day. He’s very trustworthy and never tried to upsell me anything. I’ll be using this company in the future for all my HVAC needs.

Quick service! Travis immediately thought our light issue was the light itself and not the electric wiring, so he suggested we get a new light and that was that. No fee for his suggestion. Will definitely use them for any future electric issues!

We had a great experience with Trevor. He was kind, thorough and informative. He checked our system out to find out why we had an error come up and was able to find and get the parts quickly for me. He also explained to me what the issue was in detail and what we could do to fix it. Really appreciated the extra effort and professionalism!

When I heard that Leon J was going to do the spring tune up I was thrilled. Last year a tech from another HVAC company did the fall tune up and he spent less than 15 minutes doing it. Less than one month later the furnace died. Leon J came out to fix it and it was clear Leon J cared, he did a comprehensive job, he explained everything, he was polite and professional. Cutter called ahead of arrival that he was early for appointment. We had a small leak in toilet. After diagnosis, supply line was replaced and area cleaned up. Cutter provided Excellent professional service and will call again with any future services needed. Good communication and prompt response goes a long way!

CO Heating, Cooling, Plumbing were great to work with! All the staff (Chris who was our original contact/project lead to Spencer? Carlos? and the other four or five techs whom I'm sorry I can't remember names) were were on time, no hard sell, info was always clearly communicated and everyone was so pleasant and professional. They installed a heat pump system for our house, scheduled us in in less than a week and did the whole job in less than a day. They also made permits, financing and follow up incredibly easy. Austin came to our house for our HVAC system service. He was thorough and spent quite a bit of time cleaning and checking the system. He answered my questions. I was very pleased with the service that Austin provided. I am signed up with the monthly service payment so my twice a year maintenance is covered. It is reasonable and worth it. They have email and text reminders so you don't miss a service.

We had Benjamin arrive promptly on-time (with a prior phone call as arranged) to complete our Spring HVAC system maintenance. He was cordial, professional and interactive communicating with us about his progress, findings and recommendations. He left us with his maintenance checklist, business card and updates to our Annual GreenShield Membership Plan!

Austin was on time, very thorough with explanations I had regarding the process. He referred us to a duct cleaning service, we have lived in our home for 10.5 years and never had the ducts cleaned. Asked him for a tutorial on thermostat I installed, learned how to adjust.

Leon came out for a HVAC maintenance check yesterday. He has been here on previous calls, as usual, he was efficient, knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant! In addition to checking out the system, Leon helped us get our Eco Bee thermostat set up more efficiently and effectively for our household. It heats and cools great now. I asked COH, C, P, and E to inspect my sump pump just to be sure it seemed to have no issues. The inspection was done. The pump passed with clean results. No charge! This is not the first time COH, C, P, and E has met my needs with exceptional service. I highly recommend them.

I had booked an annual service appointment for the HVAC system for our summer cabin on the one Friday this month that I could take off from work and made the 3 hour drive the night before. When they called that morning to tell me the scheduled technician had an emergency and they needed to rebook on a later date, I explained the situation. They quickly found another tech nearby and he worked me into his already full schedule. Lyle did a skillful job, working quickly and efficiently, and was quite knowledgeable and friendly. In addition to the tune-up service, he found and fixed a minor leak in the condensation drain line, and even readjusted it to make it easier to remove the access door screws for future service calls. I have had excellent service overall from COHC. They are always professional and courteous, and I highly recommend them without hesitation. They are the first resource I will contact if needed for any of the many services they offer.

As a retired single woman I have appreciated being on the GreenShield program. It gives me peace of mind to have a technician checking the heating and cooling systems before the heavy use seasons. Amazing service! Working with Nick, he provided a competitive estimate within 24 hours for a heat pump and mini-splits, and the work was completed within a week, passing inspections. The two technicians were very polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Central Oregon Heating and Cooling.

In January when it was so cold, our HVAC went out. We had two service technicians out to the house. Buddy was thorough with his investigation but could not find the problem. We still had no heat the next week so Dylan came out to troubleshoot. It was a complex issue that took a lot of investigation to get to the root of the problem but Dylan was tenacious. The company was very flexible with refunding the thermostat that it turned out we did not need. Cannot say enough about Dylan's excellent service!

Leon was a great technician. He came to replace some temporary pressure switches that were on backorder. I greatly appreciate how efficient it was plus my dog loved the attention he got from Leon! Thank you so much 😊

Electricians Jax and Josh came out and ran wiring to give us the ability to turn our garage lights on from either end of both garages. No more stumbling through in the dark. Dylan was very conscientious. He cleaned the inner fan wheel filter. It was full of lint, grease, build up! I am sure it was like that for the last several cleanings.

A number of years ago, Central Oregon Heating, Cooling installed a new HVAC system in our manufactured home. As I specialize in procrastination, I finally contacted about them about reconfiguring some hard-coded thermostat settings. Trevor was prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable and quickly modified the settings: and without charge I should add.
