Central Oregon HVaC were awesome.
I went online schedule same meeting and this amazing tech, Matthew, this guy was friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful.
Because of, Matthew, I signed up the for their membership program because I want him to service our HVAC system.
The membership also gives access to plumbing and electrical too. Again Matthew was amazing. No pressure just great customer service that was done with a smile.

Jim Lovett came out to help diagnose a mini split issue. Unfortunately we will have to get a new unit but it was nice as he wrote up a detailed report to send to the company.

Jorge came to check on items an inspection tagged. He was knowledgeable and gave good advice. I love the service and support!

Jeremy G and Daniel W just came out last minute for HVAC issues. They found a leak and got me on the books for repairs first thing Monday. They were extremely professional and very kind! Appreciate their promptness and thorough work!

I called your company and was able to speak to a professional, courteous and pleasant person who had great listening skills and got me scheduled same day for a service call to inspect and perform a routine maintenance on our heating and air-conditioning system here in Bend. Our technician was Trevor. He showed up on time with a courtesy phone call. He was pleasant and professional, and gave us a thorough inspection. Our system needed a few minor adjustments, such as an air filter and capacitor. He explained his discovery and gave us an option to replace These items in real time on the spot with an inventory he had on his service van. Regardless of my memory shortcomings, I have called upon them again and it turns out that my old comment remains true, and I WILL use them again if /when any need(s) arise.

I really appreciated the communication. Matthew was great and I appreciated the him walking us through his HVAC philosophy to inform our options.

We moved into a new (to us ) house , back in April 2025 - knowing our HVAC was 25 years old - so we knew at some stage it was going to need replacing . It broke down a few days ago so we got some companies in to give us prices for a complete new system .
We called in Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical because we loved the great Google reviews they were getting and we see their company trucks around Bend all the time .
Their project manager - Alex Pickles - came to give us a quote which we thought was fair and then he said the make they used was “ Carrier” .
Well, he had me at that word because we have used Carrier before and rate it really highly.
So we accepted their quote and 2 days later in comes two of the most professional and polite installers - Jesse and Harley - to change out our old system for a new “ Carrier” one .
They worked so consistently well together and knew exactly what each other were doing from beginning to end .
We are now the proud owners of a fantastic new heating and cooling system that looks neat and tidy .
Many thanks to Alex , Jesse and Harley for their professionalism and for being such great guys to work with .
I intend to let my neighbours and friends know about this company and who to contact when their system needs replacing .
I would give this company 10/10 .

In January when it was so cold, our HVAC went out. We had two service technicians out to the house. Buddy was thorough with his investigation but could not find the problem. We still had no heat the next week so Dylan came out to troubleshoot. It was a complex issue that took a lot of investigation to get to the root of the problem but Dylan was tenacious. The company was very flexible with refunding the thermostat that it turned out we did not need. Cannot say enough about Dylan's excellent service!

Quick resolve, great service

I think Travis is the best technician that I’ve ever experienced, especially since we’ve been in Sisters and have had problems with our heating and air-conditioning, which he is so efficient and knowledgeable about and gets us on the right track every time

Dylan was very conscientious. He cleaned the inner fan wheel filter. It was full of lint, grease, build up! I am sure it was like that for the last several cleanings.

I was afraid of the cost because of other services from them but called because the furnace was out. Same day service, reasonable rate, customer education for the future

We had a really positive experience with Gus from Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical. Finding water where it’s not supposed to be in your house is scary and frustrating but Gus was able to come out reasonably quickly and he was kind, professional, and helpful. He communicated well and made some stellar recommendations to help us get the ball moving on restoration and repairs. We can’t thank him enough.

Blayke did the annual maintenance on our furnace today, and it was a positive experience from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, clear, kind, and professional.

After he inspected the furnace, he explained the results to me. He shared photos of the inside of the furnace so I understood his observations and advice on our 20-year-old unit and what to expect in the future. He also gave us the completed tune-up checklist and notes on everything he inspected. Our furnace had no immediate issues, so Blayke shared advice and options, including a maintenance membership that we can opt into at any time.

There was no pressure to spend money beyond the cost I’d anticipated for the annual maintenance, and I appreciate the printed checklist and maintenance membership info he gave us. I also appreciate that the technicians (who focus on repairs) are separate from the sales team (who’d focus on replacement), which allows us to focus on the reason for the visit and increases trust because the technician’s job is not upselling.

We trust Blayke and Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical to give us the best service, repair, and (eventually) replacement of the systems that are important to the comfort of our home.

COHC has been my go to for heating, cooling, and now plumbing. Kion diagnosed quickly and addressed the issue in barely 20 minutes. Great service, as usual.

Really happy with the work Jax did for us. We had some pretty modern lights and they were a bit tricky to set up the way we wanted them but Jax did a great job. He was also very punctual and courteous throughout the job. Thanks Jax.

A number of years ago, Central Oregon Heating, Cooling installed a new HVAC system in our manufactured home. As I specialize in procrastination, I finally contacted about them about reconfiguring some hard-coded thermostat settings. Trevor was prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable and quickly modified the settings: and without charge I should add.

Last week Leon came to my house to service our furnace and inspect the ductwork, the ductwork was installed poorly. I already knew this as I have a construction background. Leon suggested that Eric come out and give us a quote. Eric was very professional and created a drawing to fully explain why the house wasn't heating properly and how the ductwork should look. Literally the following day Dominic and Harley came out and completed the job in one day. They were also polite and professional laying down mats and tarps to protect the wood flooring. They also made sure that all of the mess and demo materials were cleaned up. We have hired COHC multiple times and each experience has been exceptional.

Clay showed up promptly and was very professional in servicing our heat pump.

Brian and Cutter did the removal/installation in 2 1/2 days.They did an excellent job -- I love my shower! Brian came back to fix a couple very minor repairs immediately after I called. FAST, FRIENDLY, COMPETENT

Buddy C did our Fall HVAC check yesterday. He took several photos of the equipment with his phone and reviewed the photos to show current loads vs normal values, as well as the general condition of components. The results were reassuring and also identified areas to watch in future. He was both thorough and knowledgeable about our systems and greatly helped ensure their reliability. We had our old HVAC gas furnace replaced with a new 2-stage gas furnace. We love the new way the new filter system works and it is also quieter. Fred our installer was a great guy and did an amazing job.
