Highly recommend Central Oregon Heating… Tech Leon J. completed our annual AC and heating inspection and maintenance. Leon was very thorough and took the time to explain and show pictures of the process. Great job Leon and thank you Central Oregon heating cooling plumbing and electrical!

Ryan and Tyce arrived promptly. Ryan explained what his plan was and reviewed his findings when finished. Tyce followed up with some recommendations for helping to lengthen the system's longevity.

Martin is awesome.

Central Oregon Heating and Cooling did an outstanding job replacing our furnace. Jim was punctual, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home throughout the process. The installation was smooth, the communication was clear, and the system is running beautifully. We’re very impressed and highly recommend their team.

Lyle has been servicing our heat pump for 6 years now. He does a very thorough job each time he comes. If I have questions he is very knowledgeable about heating and cooling and can answer them. By the way, at the last service call we had to change to a new service contract. It was reassuring that Lyle was able to fully explain the different options and made it easy to choose the plan we did. Lyle is very personable and is another reason I always request him.

Jim Lovett came at the time he was supposed to and did a great job checking out my furnace.. very pleased with the service I received.

We have tried just about all of the HVAC companies around and today we actually had the best experience yet. Buddy was here to perform our annual maintenance and he was GREAT. Very impressed with his knowledge and customer service. He was the first technician that understood what I was trying to convey. Great attitude and very energetic. He will be back!

Adam did a great job quickly solving a plumbing issue in our rental’s wash room. He was professional and courteous. This is the second excellent experience I have had from Central Oregon Heating & Cooling. The first was buying a mini-split. From the sales person to the workers, this company has been excellent to work with.

Spencer and Chad came to our home to service our furnace, heat pump and added a new thermostat. Both men were professional, polite and knowledgeable. We contacted you on Tuesday(right before closing) regarding our thermostat being in locked mode. You made sure we had an alternate heat source and put us first on Wednesday schedule. Thank you for taking care of us. We do not have a google account to tell everyone how wonderful you are but thought we should thank you.

Professional & informative

Had a furnace and A/C installed and am very happy with the new units. Fred and Jordan did the installation. They were very courteous and knowledgeable and did a great job of walking me through the new system. The installation is very neat and clean up was outstanding. Overall I’m very satisfied.

Central Oregon HVaC were awesome.
I went online schedule same meeting and this amazing tech, Matthew, this guy was friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful.
Because of, Matthew, I signed up the for their membership program because I want him to service our HVAC system.
The membership also gives access to plumbing and electrical too. Again Matthew was amazing. No pressure just great customer service that was done with a smile.

Jim Lovett came out to help diagnose a mini split issue. Unfortunately we will have to get a new unit but it was nice as he wrote up a detailed report to send to the company.

Jorge came to check on items an inspection tagged. He was knowledgeable and gave good advice. I love the service and support!

Jeremy G and Daniel W just came out last minute for HVAC issues. They found a leak and got me on the books for repairs first thing Monday. They were extremely professional and very kind! Appreciate their promptness and thorough work!

I called your company and was able to speak to a professional, courteous and pleasant person who had great listening skills and got me scheduled same day for a service call to inspect and perform a routine maintenance on our heating and air-conditioning system here in Bend. Our technician was Trevor. He showed up on time with a courtesy phone call. He was pleasant and professional, and gave us a thorough inspection. Our system needed a few minor adjustments, such as an air filter and capacitor. He explained his discovery and gave us an option to replace These items in real time on the spot with an inventory he had on his service van. I will recommend Trevor to any homeowner who was courteous, informative, friendly, and professional. Thank you for great service and immediate billing and report status of our system. In January when it was so cold, our HVAC went out. We had two service technicians out to the house. Buddy was thorough with his investigation but could not find the problem. We still had no heat the next week so Dylan came out to troubleshoot. It was a complex issue that took a lot of investigation to get to the root of the problem but Dylan was tenacious. The company was very flexible with refunding the thermostat that it turned out we did not need. Cannot say enough about Dylan's excellent service!

Leon was a great technician. He came to replace some temporary pressure switches that were on backorder. I greatly appreciate how efficient it was plus my dog loved the attention he got from Leon! Thank you so much 😊

I think Travis is the best technician that I’ve ever experienced, especially since we’ve been in Sisters and have had problems with our heating and air-conditioning, which he is so efficient and knowledgeable about and gets us on the right track every time

Dylan was very conscientious. He cleaned the inner fan wheel filter. It was full of lint, grease, build up! I am sure it was like that for the last several cleanings.

I was afraid of the cost because of other services from them but called because the furnace was out. Same day service, reasonable rate, customer education for the future

A number of years ago, Central Oregon Heating, Cooling installed a new HVAC system in our manufactured home. As I specialize in procrastination, I finally contacted about them about reconfiguring some hard-coded thermostat settings. Trevor was prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable and quickly modified the settings: and without charge I should add.

Last week Leon came to my house to service our furnace and inspect the ductwork, the ductwork was installed poorly. I already knew this as I have a construction background. Leon suggested that Eric come out and give us a quote. Eric was very professional and created a drawing to fully explain why the house wasn't heating properly and how the ductwork should look. Literally the following day Dominic and Harley came out and completed the job in one day. They were also polite and professional laying down mats and tarps to protect the wood flooring. They also made sure that all of the mess and demo materials were cleaned up. We have hired COHC multiple times and each experience has been exceptional.

Clay showed up promptly and was very professional in servicing our heat pump.

The technicians Austin and William were absolutely the best. Knowledgeable, quick and clean not to mention super personalities. We're very pleased with the work they did.

Excellent service! Thank you! I had my precast tub/shower replaced with a walk-in shower, and had a higher toilet installed. David came to the house to talk about it and sent me an estimate. Brian and Cutter did the removal/installation in 2 1/2 days.They did an excellent job -- I love my shower! Brian came back to fix a couple very minor repairs immediately after I called. These folks are reliable, knowlgeable, and professional. Thank you for everything!

FAST, FRIENDLY, COMPETENT

Buddy C did our Fall HVAC check yesterday. He took several photos of the equipment with his phone and reviewed the photos to show current loads vs normal values, as well as the general condition of components. The results were reassuring and also identified areas to watch in future. He was both thorough and knowledgeable about our systems and greatly helped ensure their reliability. We had our old HVAC gas furnace replaced with a new 2-stage gas furnace. We love the new way the new filter system works and it is also quieter. Fred our installer was a great guy and did an amazing job.

We like and trust Central Oregon Heating and Cooling so much that we had them here for 3 new installs this year....New Split-AC, a switch from a gas water heater to an electric water heater and now this new HVAC.
