Jeremy came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. Since he already had the replacement part on the truck he was in and out in about an hour. Everything was a smooth process and we will be using Central Oregon Heating in the future!

Benjamin was knowledgeable of the systems, and had a good suggestion regarding replacing filters. The work was done quickly- and he was helpful. I will continue to use Central Oregon Heating and Cooling based on this experience.

I love this company. They installed a new Furnace & A/C unit in my home at the end of May so I didn't really need a full fall service, but decided to have them come out and look at the fireplace. Martin was awesome, fixed a small rattle in the furnace and did a comprehensive cleaning on my fireplace. We talked about installing a blower unit to make the fireplace more efficient, and since he had one in his truck, I authorized the installation and am very pleased with the result. He even explained how we can use the fireplace in the event of a power outage, even though there is a switch to turn it on. Every person who has come to my home has been, personable, competent

Norm came out and inspected my furnace, did a fantastic and thorough job…photos of the inner workings and clear professional explanation of the current condition. I couldn’t be happier with COheating and Cooling. I would recommend them 100%. I’m on the Green Sheild plan and would recommend that too….so much value!

Chris came out and provided a consultation on a new heat pump. He was professional and polite. Have you signed up for their Greenshield program? They’re going to ask that you review a service every time. For example, spring and fall HVAC maintenance, plumbing maintenance, and electrical maintenance. If you have other services then there’s more reviews for those too. If you don’t do it, they will repeatedly email you. Sometimes it’s a bit much. In reply to the “feedback about the green shield program,” the program itself is great. Haranguing someone to post yet another review is NOT great. You could choose to not request reviews again and again, as a Central Oregon business, as opposed to a large corporation that has no control over those things. Sure, request a review once, then respect that a person might not want to post 8 to 10 review reviews a year.

Dylan was great. Did routine furnace inspection and noticed when washing out a part my water was taking too long to heat up. He discovered my tankless hot water heater recirculating pump had been set to off! No wonder I never noticed a difference!

Lyle B did a great job. Thorough in his evaluation I ended up needing a new thermostat. Cheaper than a new furnace. And he showed pictures of the inside to show me what's going on. It's an old furnace so not surprised its showing its age but is in good shape considering. Would definitely recommend him!
