We recently replaced our 20+ year HVAC system and water heater. They also have been servicing our system for the past 3 years. We find that this company is truly professional in the way they conduct themselves. From the front desk people, to the field employees they are courteous in the way they conduct themselves. This major installation was no different. The installations went smoothly and was professionally performed! A special shout out for Eric, their Home Solutions Advisor!! He walked us through our options, without the all to often, up- selling that is so common today. He was also able to secure us 24 month interest free financing! A truly professional company, that I highly recommend. April 14, 25….i will always use Central Oregon H, C, P, E. They are all so knowledgeable, friendly, and get the work done!! I especially want to give out a big thumbs up to Martin. He was extremely wonderful.

Travis quickly diagnosed the problem, retrieved a part, installed it, and I have hot water again! Yay! He was quick, professional, friendly, gave me instructions on what to watch for over the weekend, and told me to start saving for a new water heater as mine is 20 years old. Perhaps it will last a few more months (or years 🤞) before i have to replace it. I set up the appointment with Lauretta who was quite helpful early today and it is already fixed. Thank you!

LEON JOSEPH WAS WONDERFUL!! Because there was an issue with my credit card, I called Central Oregon Heating.....and it was already solved. BUT, the gentleman that answered the phone suggested doing maintenance before everyone else got on board. I scheduled an appointment for 9/2. Leon arrived on schedule. And went to work. He found an electrical component that started to melt!!!! Praise God with the way everything turned out!!! He fix everything and gave us a good report! He was very professional and yook care of business! Thank you Leon!
