Blayke was awesome, professional, on time and very thorough! They did the install of my ac unit , hot water tank, and also my furnace . They have been amazing. Throughout the entire process!

Had a wonderful experience with Central OR Heating & Cooling when my ancient AC finally left the chat at peak summer and wildfire season. Alex arrived within hours, did a thorough assessment of my entire system, answered all my questions and had a quote out to me before he left. Their installation team was at my door next business day for a full furnace, AC, and mini split install. Fred, Jordan, Jayden, and Spencer were super professional, handled my challenging crawl space situation, and did a careful, tidy job – I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

I have come to rely on this company without hesitation. Every single time I call, the response time is prompt and the techs are always incredibly kind, respectful and very well trained. I have complete confidence in them. Most recently, Gus was outstanding.

Jim was just out doing a service call on our HVAC system. He was so timely,polite,knowledgeable, professional,clean, friendly and explained everything in terms we could understand. I was very happy with the work that was performed by Mike from Central Oregon Heating and Cooling. The fan for our HVAC stopped working while we were out of town. Mike showed up the next day to diagnose the problem. He sent us a complete report that included pictures of the damaged parts. They had the new parts shipped overnight and were able to repair the HVAC system the next day. Their price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service as usual with all the service providers we have had - A/C, Heatiing, and now plumbing.

Wayne is "First Class." He has annually taken care of our heat pump/air conditioning on 2 systems over almost quarter of a century!! He's meticulous and detailed...always calls when headed our way.

We had a problem with the wiring for our well pump. They sent Johnny out the same day. He assessed the situation, left to get some parts and returned to fix the problem. It was fast, courteous and we are very pleased.

AC/heatpump stopped working. Condensor was the problem. It was replaced and fixed the problem.

Dylan was great! He called to let me know his arrival time. He went over the details of service. He gave me recommendations of improvements to my system. The system is 21 years old. I am now on a routine maintenance plan to make my system more efficient.

Technician Mike did a great job evaluating and resolving an issue with our heat pump system. Highly recommend.

He did a professional job, told everything that he did with the furnace plus replace a wiring to my air conditioner that needed to be replaced. Awesome job thanks for your service call you next year.

Blake gave me a heads up when he was on his way which was really helpful. He was courteous, professional and quick. He explained his diagnosis and recommendations very clearly.

Ryan made a thorough evaluation and tune up of our air con and forced air unit. I am very delighted he discovered oil leak which he recommended to fix not immediately, but next year warm season, before the problem gets worse.
