Wayne McCasland was the tech that serviced our HVAC system. I have to say, this company hires some of the nicest, most thoughtful people. And since we’re on the maintenance plan ($25 per month) the only fee I ever have to pay is for a filter, if I need one. This is a great company to work with!

"Buddy" is a very thorough technician. I have never witnessed such a detailed inspection of furnace and air conditioner.

Blayke really knows his product! He was very patient and courteous as he helped a couple of "ole' seniors" better understand the enhanced functions on our new Honeywell thermostat. He taught us how to adjust our daily heating/cooling schedule until we find the one that best suits us (in keeping with the recommended temperature-range guidelines).
While here, Blayke also took the time to explain "the basics" of how our new HVAC system operates (compared to our previous 20+ year old heating & cooling system).

Installed extra outlets with a new 20 amp circuit for installation of Bidet toilet seat. Tidy job, Cameron tested all circuits and outlets to be sure everything worked. He was a pleasure to work with.

Professional and quick!

Lyle came out after 10pm to fix the furnace! He was professional and fixed the furnace while we warmed ourselves on his temporary space heaters he provided while he worked. Saved our vacation! Even cleaned the furnace filters.

We were staying at an Airbnb in sunriver and when we got there late the heater wasn't working and it was freezing in the house. Lyle came out after midnight and fixed the furnace and got the heat running when we had no other options. He saved the night!

I had a bad leak in my laundry room that needed to be repaired immediately. I called at 8:45am and by 11:00am I had Adam Brown working on the leak. He was professional and made it clear he was there to work for me. He explained everything he was doing so I could pass the information on and handled everything quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical, and Adam, to anyone who is in need to fast, excellent service. Two thumbs up!!

This is a highly efficient company, from the estmator, Kevin, to the installer Chris and his partner Ryan. On time, always explained process every step of the way. They replaced our recirc pump for instant hot water and it is a better installation than the last plumber who jnstalled 10 yrs ago. That was a different co. Highly recommend these guys.

Mike from Central Oregon Heating and Cooling came out to my house recently and serviced my old HVAC system. He had Ryan a trainee with him. Both of them were very professional and on time. They were thorough during their inspection and were able to explain and document what was happening with my system. My wife appreciated having Mikes notes to answer some of her own questions she had since she wasn’t able to be there. They charged under a $100 and left me with the knowledge and comfort of how much life my system had left and how safe it still was.

Professional, efficiently, friendly and informative.

My overall experience was great. Jim Lovett was very thorough in inspecting my HVAC system and gave me some good info on the health of my system.

Chris came to do a maintenence on our heat pump. He was friendly and courteous and knows so much about heating and cooling units. He took his time and explained every step. We also purchased a maintenence plan and a thorough cleaning of the wheel, the outside unit and a surge protector to be done the next day.

These guys are truly awesome! I called with a safety concern of an elderly clients electrical panel and they were able to get Josh out in literally 2 hours from the time I called. Josh was knowledgeable, professional and friendly and diagnosed the issue within minutes. The company sent out Rusty first thing the next day to install a new panel. Great customer service and communication.

Central Oregon Heating installed our furnace and heat pump about 4 years ago in our new house and have come out a few times since for periodic maintenance. The service has always been great, techs are always nice and knowledgeable, they're great to work with! The most recent trip was for spring maintenance and they found some warranty issues that need repairing that I wouldn't have caught so it was greatly appreciated.

The technician was courteous, thorough and informative. He reviewed everything with me in an easy to understand way.

I'm a big fan of COHC. They show up as scheduled. They are flexible. And they follow instructions. I asked them to park in the driveway in the back of the house because there's where the HVAC systems are located and they do. No one else will park in the back. He spent a lot of time inspecting both units and reported that they are in good shape with no major issues. It's nice going into the summer months knowing your AC is also ready for the hot weather.

Cutter was our plumber. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Had good all around service from Central Oregon Heating and Cooling.

In January when it was so cold, our HVAC went out. We had two service technicians out to the house. Buddy was thorough with his investigation but could not find the problem. We still had no heat the next week so Dylan came out to troubleshoot. It was a complex issue that took a lot of investigation to get to the root of the problem but Dylan was tenacious. The company was very flexible with refunding the thermostat that it turned out we did not need. Cannot say enough about Dylan's excellent service!

Leon was a great technician. He came to replace some temporary pressure switches that were on backorder. I greatly appreciate how efficient it was plus my dog loved the attention he got from Leon! Thank you so much 😊

Electricians Jax and Josh came out and ran wiring to give us the ability to turn our garage lights on from either end of both garages. No more stumbling through in the dark. They were experienced, professional and friendly! The work was done with accuracy and care. Dylan was very conscientious. He cleaned the inner fan wheel filter. It was full of lint, grease, build up! I am sure it was like that for the last several cleanings.

A number of years ago, Central Oregon Heating, Cooling installed a new HVAC system in our manufactured home. As I specialize in procrastination, I finally contacted about them about reconfiguring some hard-coded thermostat settings. Trevor was prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable and quickly modified the settings: and without charge I should add.

Last week Leon came to my house to service our furnace and inspect the ductwork, the ductwork was installed poorly. I already knew this as I have a construction background. Leon suggested that Eric come out and give us a quote. Eric was very professional and created a drawing to fully explain why the house wasn't heating properly and how the ductwork should look. Literally the following day Dominic and Harley came out and completed the job in one day. They were also polite and professional laying down mats and tarps to protect the wood flooring. They also made sure that all of the mess and demo materials were cleaned up. We have hired COHC multiple times and each experience has been exceptional.

Clay showed up promptly and was very professional in servicing our heat pump.

Brian and Cutter did the removal/installation in 2 1/2 days.They did an excellent job -- I love my shower! Brian came back to fix a couple very minor repairs immediately after I called. Buddy C did our Fall HVAC check yesterday. He took several photos of the equipment with his phone and reviewed the photos to show current loads vs normal values, as well as the general condition of components. The results were reassuring and also identified areas to watch in future. He was both thorough and knowledgeable about our systems and greatly helped ensure their reliability.
