I asked COH, C, P, and E to inspect my sump pump just to be sure it seemed to have no issues. The inspection was done. The pump passed with clean results. No charge! This is not the first time COH, C, P, and E has met my needs with exceptional service. I highly recommend them.

Matthew was personable, professional, and respectful from the beginning of the visit. It was immediately clear that he was genuine and sincerely committed to providing excellent customer service. Although I informed him that I could change the filter myself, he insisted on completing the service to ensure everything was handled properly. At the conclusion of the visit, he took the time to recommend additional services that could improve the performance of my HVAC system and provided helpful maintenance tips to help extend the life of the equipment. Based on this experience, I would personally request Matthew as the technician for any future work on my system.

Just had our our annual maintenance on our air conditioner. Buddy, who was the service tech, spent a lot of time thoroughly going everything and then showing pictures of what he did. We had to replace one part that was wearing out and that was it. Thank you.

They did a great job of explaining what they had to fix. Did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. Also explained another issue that I was having a prob with so could understand why it’s important to fix.

Thanks to Benjamin for finding the gas leak on our furnace and successfully completing the repair. He discovered it while doing a routine maintenance check. So glad we had the routine check done — this could have been disastrous.

Semi-annual system check up and service, if needed. No issues found. Technician Mike was great. Very professional and efficient and answered a couple of questions about our propane stove unrelated to the HVAC. Explained what was causing the problem and when to call them for a simple fix.

Brian,Lance and DJ did a fantastic job on the installation of my new heating and air conditioning system. They are very courteous and helpful with all of my questions and concerns and their work was amazing. they left everything clean. It was hassle free. They even made a special trip to Medford to pick up my new heat pump so that the installation could be done in one day.

Cutter and his apprentice were very knowledgeable and professional in diagnosing and repairing my leaking bathtub faucet. I had booked an annual service appointment for the HVAC system for our summer cabin on the one Friday this month that I could take off from work and made the 3 hour drive the night before. When they called that morning to tell me the scheduled technician had an emergency and they needed to rebook on a later date, I explained the situation. They quickly found another tech nearby and he worked me into his already full schedule. Lyle did a skillful job, working quickly and efficiently, and was quite knowledgeable and friendly. In addition to the tune-up service, he found and fixed a minor leak in the condensation drain line, and even readjusted it to make it easier to remove the access door screws for future service calls. I have had excellent service overall from COHC. They are always professional and courteous, and I highly recommend them without hesitation. They are the first resource I will contact if needed for any of the many services they offer.

Great installation team, Dustin and Carlos with help from electrician Spencer. They had our old equipmet out and new Carrier HVAC system up and running in 6 hours. Impressive. Thanx guys.

Chris was prompt and knowledgeable - he diagnosed our issue (rodent damage) and didn’t judge when it was discovered that my husband hadn’t reset the timer on the filter clock 😆. (At least not out loud) Definite points for that! He was able to do a temporary fix until parts could be obtained - gave us options on additional repairs and was appropriately attentive to our aging Yellow Lab… exceeded expectations !!

****This is a MUST READ*** We used Central Oregon Heating and Cooling because of the great reviews they received, and we are so very HAPPY we did. We had a heat pump with hospital filtration system installed with Central Oregon Heating and Cooling in our craftsman home. We were a bit worried that it would be overwhelming with the unit and all of the hardware it would take. Our home has never had a heat pump, so all the pluming had to be installed. What incredible work they did, were just amazed the care they took to our home. This was a three-day job with five guys out here working hard to complete this installment. My wife and I are very happy with the work and care but the unit itself is phenomenal. My breathing issues and both our sinus issues went away almost immanently. We have been sleeping straight through the night without snoring and most important no more sinus migraines. I would recommend this company 100% without hesitation! Prior to Central Oregon heating we got several companies out with bids, they seemed like they would do a decent job, however we did have some minor concerns with each of them. When Eric from Central Oregon Heating came out it was a whole different bid and idea with detail on the heat pump, humidifier and the air sanitizing UV lights. No other heating and cooling company offered us this. We also receive twice a year maintenance on it and included was maintenance on the hot water heater. What a deal! We are so glad we did our research and comparisons. We sleep through-out the night, no snoring (no longer need my c-pap), no dry nose, no headaches, no more dry eyes and not to mentions we are in better moods with more energy. Wish we knew this years ago, we would not have hesitated. Thank you, Central Oregon Heating and Cooling. You guys are the BEST!!!

As a retired single woman I have appreciated being on the GreenShield program. It gives me peace of mind to have a technician checking the heating and cooling systems before the heavy use seasons. I’ve never had a negative experience with anyone and today Blayke was really good. Excellent explanations, very professional and courteous and my dog endorses him too.

Amazing service! Working with Nick, he provided a competitive estimate within 24 hours for a heat pump and mini-splits, and the work was completed within a week, passing inspections. The two technicians were very polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Central Oregon Heating and Cooling.

In January when it was so cold, our HVAC went out. We had two service technicians out to the house. Buddy was thorough with his investigation but could not find the problem. We still had no heat the next week so Dylan came out to troubleshoot. It was a complex issue that took a lot of investigation to get to the root of the problem but Dylan was tenacious. The company was very flexible with refunding the thermostat that it turned out we did not need. Cannot say enough about Dylan's excellent service!

Leon was a great technician. He came to replace some temporary pressure switches that were on backorder. I greatly appreciate how efficient it was plus my dog loved the attention he got from Leon! Thank you so much 😊

Electricians Jax and Josh came out and ran wiring to give us the ability to turn our garage lights on from either end of both garages. No more stumbling through in the dark. Dylan was very conscientious. He cleaned the inner fan wheel filter. It was full of lint, grease, build up! I am sure it was like that for the last several cleanings.

A number of years ago, Central Oregon Heating, Cooling installed a new HVAC system in our manufactured home. As I specialize in procrastination, I finally contacted about them about reconfiguring some hard-coded thermostat settings. Trevor was prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable and quickly modified the settings: and without charge I should add.

Last week Leon came to my house to service our furnace and inspect the ductwork, the ductwork was installed poorly. I already knew this as I have a construction background. Leon suggested that Eric come out and give us a quote. Eric was very professional and created a drawing to fully explain why the house wasn't heating properly and how the ductwork should look. Literally the following day Dominic and Harley came out and completed the job in one day. They were also polite and professional laying down mats and tarps to protect the wood flooring. They also made sure that all of the mess and demo materials were cleaned up. We have hired COHC multiple times and each experience has been exceptional.

Clay showed up promptly and was very professional in servicing our heat pump.
