I am doing a remodel in one of my bathrooms and needed to coordinate with a plumber during the process. Could not have asked for better service. I first contacted Central Oregon Heating and Cooling in March and had an excellent experience with Leon. He came back in November to replace a part and to keep trouble shooting two "wacky" mini splits. Again just outstanding service. December now and still the two units are not working as they should. When I called Jocelyn answerd. She had empathy and dealt with us and this ongoing issue with professionalism and understanding. She assured us that Austin would be thorough in his diagnostics and would help us to make an informed decision as to the next steps to take. Jocelyn deferred the cost for this. This was their offer without us asking. Austin came the next day, was early and although he was aware of the mini split issue asked that I tell him the entire saga. It all started with an install of a new system in 2022. Which was upgraded during an addition in 2024. All done by another company. He asked questions, communicated his trouble shooting, brain stormed with me, and carefully evaluated possible next steps. We are grateful for his knowledge and his careful handywork! I will absolutely recomed COHC. The level of customer support and service has simply been outstanding. Special thanks this time to Jocelyn and Austin for their commitment to problem solving and outstanding customer service.

Leon Joseph did a great job cleaning and inspecting my fireplace

Tyce and Clay came to my house when my furnace's condensation pipe started to leak. Because the pan below the furnace had holes in it, my laundry room had a leak in the ceiling. (furnace is in the attic) They lifted the furnace to allow the water remediation people to dry things out then came right over to work on the furnace once they could put it back in place. They took photos to show me and the insurance company what the conditions were and how they were repaired. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why. They were absolutely wonderful to work with, and I'm so thankful to them and their company! I'd give them 10 stars!!

Gus was very prompt, called ahead of his scheduled appointment time to confirm his arrival. There was a part that needed to be ordered and he took the extra effort and time to insure he was ordering the correct valve.

Another great job by them! Jeremy really knew his stuff and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! Our humidifier condensate pump is upgraded and the plumbing installed correctly.

Just had mini split installed by Austin from Central Oregon heating between he and Eric they have us totally covered. Eric came by today to address some issues we had and stayed over an hour and half to make sure everything was working as it should. We highly recommend this company

We woke up to our furnace not working. We called Central Oregon Heating and Cooling and THAT DAY they sent a heating professional. Buddy C arrived on time with a pre call. He quickly evaluated problems and made the repairs. He was thorough and explained each issue clearly. And he has a great sense of humor! It was an easy repair and I could not be more thankful.

I love the monthly plan that reminds me to service all the things in my home. Clayton came out yesterday to service my AC before summer and updated me on how old the system was, how well it was working and gave me some tips to keep it running smoothly through the season. Central Oregon Heating and Cooling did a great job at our house! They diagnosed our furnace issue, and were able to get a replacement and install it same day! Jesse Gray was the technician who worked at our house and was courteous and professional.

Lyle came this morning to do the furnace repair work . He thoroughly explained everything he was going to fix and kept us updated as he was working on the repair. Lyle is very professional and takes the time to explain things to us. He definitely deserves the 5 star review.

Really like this team/company. We've hired them before to replace a water heater. This time, our AprilAire Humidifier went into a strange "fail" state. Couldn't be turned off except at the fusebox. Gave them a call, and they had a local cancellation that very afternoon so slotted us in. Spencer came round, and while the presentation of the problem initially flummoxed him he took a very structured and logical approach to diagnosis, and had fixed it in about 20 minutes, and identified an additional issue we needed to take care of. Overall I've found the company to be very easy to deal with, clear in their communications, responsive, happy to explain all aspects of what they are doing, and appropriately priced. Highly recommended.

They showed up on time and fixed the issue quickly. We will use them again.

Matt did a thorough inspection of my furnace, taking extra care to inspect it with a scope because it is over 20 years old.

Norm and the staff at COHC was awesome! Our water heater went out after hours, the on-call was very helpful, but unfortunately we couldn't get the unit to work. The next day, the team made sure that we got fit into the schedule and were earlier than we were originally told. Friendly, professional, and explained everything that he performed during our repair appointment. Thank you!

Gus Bansch did a large amount of plumbing work on my home in Bend including installing a new kitchen sink with faucet and disposal, installing a Moen Flo leak detection shutoff valve, and installing a new hot water recirculating pump. Gus was a pleasure to work with and is very knowledgeable. Gus is my plumber going forward and I will call him whenever I need something. Highly recommend!

Six month HVAC Tune-up: Technician Matt was excellent and is listed now as our “preferred” tech (though we’ve had the same great service from other COH techs for other issues). Not only was he thorough, but took the time to explain several things to me. We are also using Matt to clean and check our gas FP (first time after 2 years in new home).

Brian and Cutter did the removal/installation in 2 1/2 days.They did an excellent job -- I love my shower! Brian came back to fix a couple very minor repairs immediately after I called. Buddy C did our Fall HVAC check yesterday. He took several photos of the equipment with his phone and reviewed the photos to show current loads vs normal values, as well as the general condition of components. The results were reassuring and also identified areas to watch in future. He was both thorough and knowledgeable about our systems and greatly helped ensure their reliability. We had our old HVAC gas furnace replaced with a new 2-stage gas furnace. We love the new way the new filter system works and it is also quieter. Fred our installer was a great guy and did an amazing job.

I recently did utilized your company for plumbing issues and by telling me that, it reduced my level of embarrassment greatly. Benjamin was just as understanding and gentle with me.
