Technician was very prompt and thorough clean both of my inside units checked all the outside units and offered me some options for a deep cleaning and a replacement part for the outside unit. He was very courteous and did an excellent job.

Buddy called and texted on his way to our house. Was courteous, clean and courteous with the job. Showed us fotos of his work and used them to show good status of equipment. nice guy, good company.

The technician was thorough and professional.

He also provided info and training for our specific systems.

He checked all of the wiring and sequencing to make sure furnace was running properly. Found that one element was not working and fixed the problem

Really like this team/company. We've hired them before to replace a water heater. This time, our AprilAire Humidifier went into a strange "fail" state. Couldn't be turned off except at the fusebox. Gave them a call, and they had a local cancellation that very afternoon so slotted us in. Spencer came round, and while the presentation of the problem initially flummoxed him he took a very structured and logical approach to diagnosis, and had fixed it in about 20 minutes, and identified an additional issue we needed to take care of. Overall I've found the company to be very easy to deal with, clear in their communications, responsive, happy to explain all aspects of what they are doing, and appropriately priced. Highly recommended.

They showed up on time and fixed the issue quickly. We will use them again.

Leon Joseph was here today for general maintenance check on the furnace. He was informative and helpful. I’ve also called a plumber in there past months from same company due to a water leak under kitchen sink. Scheduling is easy. I received reminder emails and was informed the day about estimated time of arrival. Technician arrived at the expected time. I decided to join membership for annual fee which covers multiple inspections for furnace, the homes plumbing and electrical. Technicians each time were friendly and knowledgeable.

Chris conducted our annual furnance and heat pump maintenance. He was courteous, professional and was able to answer all of my questions. Chris went above and beyond by applying some metal tape to areas of my furnace that were possibliy "leaky" around the door. I appreciate that level of thoroughness. Thanks Chris!

Our water heater failed. COHCP was on site within 24 hours. Alex diagnosed the problem in two minutes and a short time later determined that the unit needed to be replaced. We ended up with a new water heater under warranty claim we did not know existed. Alex did all the work in one hour and 50 minutes start to finish. We are very satisfied with the response and the work.

We love CO heating and cooling! We had them out this week for regular maintenance on our water heater and furnace (included in green shield program). They were super efficient and as always, willing to answer any questions. While they were wrapping up they noticed we have a gas fireplace in our living room and informed me that they also maintain those. I was able to get on the schedule for maintenance the next day and they even installed a blower, which we’ve been wanting for awhile. Always pleased with their service and love that it’s a one stop shop! Shout out to Martin! He’s the best!

Jim was great . Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Was here for a winter inspection of our furnace. This is a great company to work with, and Jim is a great representation of that.

Our AC wasn't working well on a 70 degree day, so we called to get it serviced. Jeremy found an issue that he called his supervisor for some additional support in getting it resolved at the lowest cost to us and got us taken care of right away. Jeremy was friendly, had great rapport with my wife and myself, and made sure everything was in place before he left. Very happy with Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electric, and whatever other services they've added. Jeremy was awesome.

Update on 11/20/25: Buddy C came through and went through our furnace and mini split. Did a great job taking care of everything, and was very good at communicating how both appliances were working. Clearly identifying potential problem areas and explaining there were no issues with our units!

Looking forward to our next service.

Matt did a thorough inspection of my furnace, taking extra care to inspect it with a scope because it is over 20 years old.

Norm and the staff at COHC was awesome! Our water heater went out after hours, the on-call was very helpful, but unfortunately we couldn't get the unit to work. The next day, the team made sure that we got fit into the schedule and were earlier than we were originally told. Gus Bansch did a large amount of plumbing work on my home in Bend including installing a new kitchen sink with faucet and disposal, installing a Moen Flo leak detection shutoff valve, and installing a new hot water recirculating pump. Gus was a pleasure to work with and is very knowledgeable. Gus is my plumber going forward and I will call him whenever I need something. Highly recommend!

Six month HVAC Tune-up: Technician Matt was excellent and is listed now as our “preferred” tech (though we’ve had the same great service from other COH techs for other issues). Not only was he thorough, but took the time to explain several things to me. We are also using Matt to clean and check our gas FP (first time after 2 years in new home).

Brian and Cutter did the removal/installation in 2 1/2 days.They did an excellent job -- I love my shower! Brian came back to fix a couple very minor repairs immediately after I called. FAST, FRIENDLY, COMPETENT

Buddy C did our Fall HVAC check yesterday. He took several photos of the equipment with his phone and reviewed the photos to show current loads vs normal values, as well as the general condition of components. The results were reassuring and also identified areas to watch in future. He was both thorough and knowledgeable about our systems and greatly helped ensure their reliability. Great guy, very helpful.

There was a loose wire I couldn’t see making my furnace blower lose power. Ben fixed it within a few minutes and it was done. Great service overall.

We had our old HVAC gas furnace replaced with a new 2-stage gas furnace. We love the new way the new filter system works and it is also quieter. Fred our installer was a great guy and did an amazing job.

We like and trust Central Oregon Heating and Cooling so much that we had them here for 3 new installs this year....New Split-AC, a switch from a gas water heater to an electric water heater and now this new HVAC.

I recently did utilized your company for plumbing issues and by telling me that, it reduced my level of embarrassment greatly. Benjamin was just as understanding and gentle with me. Cordial, capable, efficient, on task, and great attention to detail. Our last payment had not been logged and showed we were behind. I found the canceled check, and the technician made the correction. He was very polite, considerate, and listened very intently.

Spencer from Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing arrived at our home shortly after we initiated the service call.

Spencer called immediately upon his arrival, was courteous and knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed and resolved our HVAC issue, restoring our A/C during a hot August day.

We are very thankful for Spencer and his company’s efforts and won’t hesitate to use them again. They were great to work with.

Both technicians were friendly knowledgeable. The drain was cleared quickly and they continue to flush the lines to ensure problem was resolved, not just pack up and leave immediately. They also took great care to clean up after themselves.

Technician Leon Joseph performed a maintainence check up on our furnace. He also cleaned an electronic filter & reviewed our HVAC duct work system with us. I highly recommend his service!
