Johnny the service tech was great He figured out what was wrong with the generator, got the parts and fixed it in a timely manner He seemed to have fun while he was doing it Pleasure to work with him and I hope I get him the next time something breaks

Thank you Central Oregon Heating and Cooling for sending out Benjamin to do my yearly HVAC tune up. He was prompt and courteous. I had a question about my thermostat and was able to help me. All in all a good experience!

Cutter came and did a diagnostic on our gas hook up for our gas range and made sure everything looked good for a new range to be put in. He was friendly and super helpful. He answered all my questions and gave some helpful tips and advice. I know it doesn’t always work out this way, but he was able to come earlier than expected and gave me a heads up before just arriving and he was super quick with his diagnostic. Thank you, Cutter!

Lyle was very professional , thorough , patient and found the cause of my problem. I would expect nothing less as this has been my consistent experience with Central Oregon Heating and Cooling.

Our AC stopped working on a Saturday during terrible fires and a heatwave. Thanks to your 24/7 service line I called at 2:30 a.m. Jeff greeted me politely and promptly. He arranged for Lyle to come out and service our HVAC. I cannot say enough how impressed we are with Lyle’s work ethic, thoroughness, friendly demeanor, politeness, knowledge, cleanliness and professionalism. We are so grateful. Cutter did an outstanding job of diagnosing a very tricky leak outside my condo at Eagle Crest. He is focused on making sure all avenues were looked at before he came to his conclusion.
