We had Josh out to inspect our electric panel as we were advised it was labeled wrong. He was AMAZING!! Only 2 were labeled incorrectly, however he went above and beyond what he needed to do. Plus he is an animal lover!! My furbaby tried leaving with him. She has never done that before. 5 stars to Josh and COHC for always having professional employees.

Travis is very professional and did a thourough job.

Highly recommend this company! We had a basic cleaning and check on our HVAC system as it's way overdue. Lyle was phenominal with explaining everything he recommends to upkeep our system, what could be done for replacements, very honest and informative. He even called and got us set up with someone for next day to get some accurate price quotes on everything!

Gus and Kirkland installed a water conditioner system and a utility sink. They did and excellent job. It turned out to be more complicated than originally thought. Kept me informed and finished the project in a timely manner.

The team from Central Oregon Heating and Plumbing is outstanding. The prompt reply to an early morning water valve failure was answered and responded to quickly with thorough follow ups. Kion and Ethan arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and explained everything thoroughly. After a quick trip a purchase the replacement valve, they finished the job getting our water back on. Kion is knowledgeable, friendly and very professional.

Leon J was great, we moved into a new place and during the maintenance on our furnace and a/c he found out the wiring had been wired incorrectly - he let us know and then rewired it correctly with no additional charge.

Our system is performing better and it reduced the risk of a coolant line failure.

Leon J. quickly solved the difficult task of servicing an attic furnace with the entrance through the ceiling of a small closet. He successfully removed and replaced the closet shelf to gain full access to the furnace. Leon did excellent work.

Jax was awesome when it came to replacing our ceiling fan/light in our primary bathroom! My husband and I thought we could DIY the replacement, but realized it was out of our wheelhouse once insulation and several wires came tumbling down. Jax to the rescue!! He was timely, super informative and even connected our HVAC to the fan which he totally didn’t need to do. Will always go to Central Oregon HCPE for anything and everything!

We moved into a new (to us ) house , back in April 2025 - knowing our HVAC was 25 years old - so we knew at some stage it was going to need replacing . It broke down a few days ago so we got some companies in to give us prices for a complete new system .
We called in Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical because we loved the great Google reviews they were getting and we see their company trucks around Bend all the time .
Their project manager - Alex Pickles - came to give us a quote which we thought was fair and then he said the make they used was “ Carrier” .
Well, he had me at that word because we have used Carrier before and rate it really highly.
So we accepted their quote and 2 days later in comes two of the most professional and polite installers - Jesse and Harley - to change out our old system for a new “ Carrier” one .
They worked so consistently well together and knew exactly what each other were doing from beginning to end .
We are now the proud owners of a fantastic new heating and cooling system that looks neat and tidy .
Many thanks to Alex , Jesse and Harley for their professionalism and for being such great guys to work with .
I intend to let my neighbours and friends know about this company and who to contact when their system needs replacing .
I would give this company 10/10 .

PS. So - we had a little problem with our new system .
I called up and they sent out a wonderful technician named Buddy within 24 hours to look at it for us .
Without hesitation. He talked to his manager and came back the very next day with the part and another guy to help him named Austin .
Both these young men were super polite and treated us and our home with respect .
They did great work and got the problem sorted out for us very quickly and professionally .
Thank you for your help with everything guys .
I would 100% recommend this company for their service and promptness in dealing with our problem .

Spencer and Chad came to our home to service our furnace, heat pump and added a new thermostat. Both men were professional, polite and knowledgeable. We contacted you on Tuesday(right before closing) regarding our thermostat being in locked mode. You made sure we had an alternate heat source and put us first on Wednesday schedule. Thank you for taking care of us. We do not have a google account to tell everyone how wonderful you are but thought we should thank you.

In January when it was so cold, our HVAC went out. We had two service technicians out to the house. Buddy was thorough with his investigation but could not find the problem. We still had no heat the next week so Dylan came out to troubleshoot. It was a complex issue that took a lot of investigation to get to the root of the problem but Dylan was tenacious. The company was very flexible with refunding the thermostat that it turned out we did not need. Cannot say enough about Dylan's excellent service!

Leon was a great technician. He came to replace some temporary pressure switches that were on backorder. I greatly appreciate how efficient it was plus my dog loved the attention he got from Leon! Thank you so much 😊

Electricians Jax and Josh came out and ran wiring to give us the ability to turn our garage lights on from either end of both garages. No more stumbling through in the dark. They were experienced, professional and friendly! The work was done with accuracy and care. Dylan was very conscientious. He cleaned the inner fan wheel filter. It was full of lint, grease, build up! I am sure it was like that for the last several cleanings.

A number of years ago, Central Oregon Heating, Cooling installed a new HVAC system in our manufactured home. As I specialize in procrastination, I finally contacted about them about reconfiguring some hard-coded thermostat settings. Trevor was prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable and quickly modified the settings: and without charge I should add.

Last week Leon came to my house to service our furnace and inspect the ductwork, the ductwork was installed poorly. I already knew this as I have a construction background. Leon suggested that Eric come out and give us a quote. Eric was very professional and created a drawing to fully explain why the house wasn't heating properly and how the ductwork should look. Literally the following day Dominic and Harley came out and completed the job in one day. They were also polite and professional laying down mats and tarps to protect the wood flooring. They also made sure that all of the mess and demo materials were cleaned up. We have hired COHC multiple times and each experience has been exceptional.

Clay showed up promptly and was very professional in servicing our heat pump.

The technicians Austin and William were absolutely the best. Knowledgeable, quick and clean not to mention super personalities. We're very pleased with the work they did.

Excellent service! Thank you! I had my precast tub/shower replaced with a walk-in shower, and had a higher toilet installed. David came to the house to talk about it and sent me an estimate. Brian and Cutter did the removal/installation in 2 1/2 days.They did an excellent job -- I love my shower! Brian came back to fix a couple very minor repairs immediately after I called. These folks are reliable, knowlgeable, and professional. Thank you for everything!

FAST, FRIENDLY, COMPETENT

Buddy C did our Fall HVAC check yesterday. He took several photos of the equipment with his phone and reviewed the photos to show current loads vs normal values, as well as the general condition of components. The results were reassuring and also identified areas to watch in future. He was both thorough and knowledgeable about our systems and greatly helped ensure their reliability. Great guy, very helpful.
