Leon J was fantastic in identifying an odd issue with our ducting that occurred and creating a plan of attack to get it fixed and ensure we had all the information to clean up other items he noticed. Heater shut down over night….Brrrr! Called Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Electrical & Plumbing in the morning and they had someone over within a few hours. Tyce and Ryan took the time to answer all my questions and were quick to revolve the issue. Took pics to walk me through as well. I’d recommend COHCE!

We have been using Central Oregon Heating and Cooling for our home and vacation rental for several years. So when it became clear that we need a new furnace in our home, we called them first. They helped us get a new hot water heater on a cold holiday evening a few years ago and we know their customer service is amazing. On the new furnace, we give lots of credit to Eric (who laid out great option for us) and Brian, Clay and Lance for the install. Clay and Eric came back after to check on everything and help us with the smart thermostat set up. They are all wonderful! Price is very reasonable and customer service is ‘over the top’!

Clay was very thorough testing both the furnace and air conditioning systems. Friendly and shared a lot of good information about my units.

Excellent experience with Central Oregon Heating and Cooling since we had our equipment replaced. We recently had an issue and technician Leon Joseph came out. He did a thorough evaluation and discovered that an internal connection on the thermostat was the issue. Leon did an excellent job explaining and demonstrating the problem. He offered several options and left information for us to discuss and make a decision for moving forward.

Spencer did the checkup on our hvac system and recommended a voltage regulator. Matthew installed the voltage regulator. Both people were polite, informative and thorough.

We scheduled an HVAC tune up with their ongoing promotion and Blayke was great to work with. Buddy and Austin came out for a follow up visit to check a few additional things and were also very kind, professional, and helpful. Plan to continue using COHC going forward.

Blayke did the annual maintenance on our furnace today, and it was a positive experience from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, clear, kind, and professional.

After he inspected the furnace, he explained the results to me. He shared photos of the inside of the furnace so I understood his observations and advice on our 20-year-old unit and what to expect in the future. He also gave us the completed tune-up checklist and notes on everything he inspected. Our furnace had no immediate issues, so Blayke shared advice and options, including a maintenance membership that we can opt into at any time.

There was no pressure to spend money beyond the cost I’d anticipated for the annual maintenance, and I appreciate the printed checklist and maintenance membership info he gave us. I also appreciate that the technicians (who focus on repairs) are separate from the sales team (who’d focus on replacement), which allows us to focus on the reason for the visit and increases trust because the technician’s job is not upselling.

We trust Blayke and Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical to give us the best service, repair, and (eventually) replacement of the systems that are important to the comfort of our home.

Martin was great - he walked me through everything and was super helpful and knowledgeable. Also very eager to help us with whatever issues we had.

We woke up to our furnace not working. We called Central Oregon Heating and Cooling and THAT DAY they sent a heating professional. Buddy C arrived on time with a pre call. He quickly evaluated problems and made the repairs. He was thorough and explained each issue clearly. And he has a great sense of humor! It was an easy repair and I could not be more thankful.

Nick our sales person was helpful and informative. William and Austin the installers were great.

Our heat stopped working on a Thursday evening, I called Central Oregon Heating and they were able to schedule an appointment first thing Friday morning.

Buddy was the tech that came out. He was very professional. This is my first house and I wasn’t entirely sure how the whole furnace system worked. He explained in detail how everything functions and what to look for if there are any issues in the future. He was very informative. Buddy quickly found the issue in our pressure switch and was able to fix the issue and get the heat working in no time.

The pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely call Central Oregon Heating in the future for any issues we may have.

Blake came to our house today to do the annual inspection on our HVAC system - very pleasant, personable, and efficient guy. Took time to explain everything he was doing and his findings. Felt the inspection was thorough and well done, and I appreciated his excellent service.

Wayne explained how the system works in the winter and how it goes into defrost mode which is the valve sound I’ve heard.
He also suggested to keep it on Heat mode during the winter and Cool mode in the summer. I burn a wood stove, so if the system was in Auto mode, it would try to cool down the room temperature

I have always enjoyed working with this company and once again extremely pleased. There was a bit of a mishap in the guest bathroom where the water supply line and turnoff valve meet and 'Ken' fixed the problem within a few minutes. Thanks to you once again at Central Oregon Heating and Cooling!

Matthew came out to do our service and was amazingly friendly and professional. He is very knowledgeable and loves making sure that I as the customer clearly understood what he was checking and anything I needed to know for maintenance of my system. He identified that the error and issue with the system was simply caused by very dirty filters. He was able to provide great information and helped me with the easy fix of cleaning the filters and reinstalling. Because of Matthew I will definitely be recommending the customers to other people in the local area!! Amazing service!

A number of years ago, Central Oregon Heating, Cooling installed a new HVAC system in our manufactured home. As I specialize in procrastination, I finally contacted about them about reconfiguring some hard-coded thermostat settings. Trevor was prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable and quickly modified the settings: and without charge I should add.

Last week Leon came to my house to service our furnace and inspect the ductwork, the ductwork was installed poorly. I already knew this as I have a construction background. Leon suggested that Eric come out and give us a quote. Eric was very professional and created a drawing to fully explain why the house wasn't heating properly and how the ductwork should look. Literally the following day Dominic and Harley came out and completed the job in one day. They were also polite and professional laying down mats and tarps to protect the wood flooring. They also made sure that all of the mess and demo materials were cleaned up. We have hired COHC multiple times and each experience has been exceptional.

Brian and Cutter did the removal/installation in 2 1/2 days.They did an excellent job -- I love my shower! Brian came back to fix a couple very minor repairs immediately after I called. Buddy C did our Fall HVAC check yesterday. He took several photos of the equipment with his phone and reviewed the photos to show current loads vs normal values, as well as the general condition of components. The results were reassuring and also identified areas to watch in future. He was both thorough and knowledgeable about our systems and greatly helped ensure their reliability. We had our old HVAC gas furnace replaced with a new 2-stage gas furnace. We love the new way the new filter system works and it is also quieter. Fred our installer was a great guy and did an amazing job.

We like and trust Central Oregon Heating and Cooling so much that we had them here for 3 new installs this year....New Split-AC, a switch from a gas water heater to an electric water heater and now this new HVAC.
