Matt explained the service needed and the reason the problem occurred! Recommended the filters on our mini split be cleaned every 1to 3 months. He is scheduled next week to perform the cleaning on the system!

We were completely pleased with Spencer's work on our HVAC systems. He was able to explain each thing he was doing in terms we could understand. He made excellent suggestions about future maintenance issues. He went over the Greenshield Membership Plan, answering all our questions about it, and we signed up for it. We would be glad to have Spencer service any future HVAC maintenance issues. He's a keeper!

As a retired single woman I have appreciated being on the GreenShield program. It gives me peace of mind to have a technician checking the heating and cooling systems before the heavy use seasons. I’ve never had a negative experience with anyone and today Blayke was really good. Excellent explanations, very professional and courteous and my dog endorses him too.

Benjamin recently performed our annual air conditioner maintenance. I was very pleased with the service. He called to let me know how soon he would arrive - and - he arrived when he said he would. He explained what he was doing and the findings in a way that was easy to understand. Great job!!! Servicing the splits

Norm from Central Oregon Heating and Plumbing quickly found the problem with our 20 year old water heater and fixed it. He didn’t push us to buy new as this one is working fine,. BECAUSE of that, when we need a new one , we will call COHO…a company of integrity which provides excellent service!

We live in Eagle Crest in a 4 condo unit building in Creekside Village. Residents are responsible for the care and maintenance of the sewer service line from their unit to the main line (HOA responsibility) that then feeds a septic tank (utility responsibility). We experienced a clog of our entire condo and assumed it was our service line. We called Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical. They sent out Derek very quickly.

When Derek arrived it didn’t take long for him to determine that all 4 units were backed up. The other three units were only a laundry load or shower from being in our same predicament. Derek did what any good tech would do. He went and inspected the far end of the system - the septic tanks. It appeared normal, indicating the problem was the main line. He found an access point for the main line, snaked it and solved the problem.

Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical was quick to dispatch out help and Derek was very competent and customer focused. He did what was necessary to solve the issue efficiently and had all four units back in service quickly. Now I just need to work with the HOA to reimburse me for fixing the main line.

Hats off to this business, and in particular, hats off to Derek. Job well done.

Spencer was great. He performed a thorough check on everything and gave us advice on some alternatives regarding issues we have with an aging AC system. We appreciated his advice and suggestions. As Always COHC provided excellent service.

COHC has been my go to for heating, cooling, and now plumbing. Kion diagnosed quickly and addressed the issue in barely 20 minutes. Great service, as usual.

This was my first time using Central Oregon heating and cooling. Matthew did a great job at servicing all my equipment: 2 mini splits and two heat pumps. I’ve signed up for their green shield maintenance plan in order to keep everything running smoothly.

He did a great job and very helpful and friendly

They did a great job installing an AC system in the house we just purchased. The previous owner had them install a new furnace last year but did not add AC (the home never had AC). They were very prompt, courteous, and professional with the work, had to remove and reinstall the furnace to fit in the AC evaporator - it all fit well in the tight space and works great. In addition, we had a 220V circuit added to charge our car and that installation was performed quickly and cleanly. Just what we wanted!

It took a while but you guys solved a difficult problem with our heating and cooling system. Thanks for sticking with us.

Wayne McCasland was the tech that serviced our HVAC system. I have to say, this company hires some of the nicest, most thoughtful people. And since we’re on the maintenance plan ($25 per month) the only fee I ever have to pay is for a filter, if I need one. This is a great company to work with!

"Buddy" is a very thorough technician. I have never witnessed such a detailed inspection of furnace and air conditioner.

Always use Wayne to service. He is the best, trustworthy and personable. Wayne is the reason we use CO Heating and Plumbing. However, the office staff in regards to scheduling really sucks!

Lyle came out after 10pm to fix the furnace! He was professional and fixed the furnace while we warmed ourselves on his temporary space heaters he provided while he worked. Saved our vacation! Even cleaned the furnace filters.

Martin was excellent! Our thermostat and heater weren’t working, but he quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained what was wrong. He already had the necessary part in his truck, so he was able to fix everything on the spot and get our system up and running in no time.

He was kind, professional, and communicated well throughout the entire process, including his arrival time and the repairs he made. I really appreciated his efficiency and great service.

The lights in the bedroom closet went out and Cameron was able to offer suggestions and options for replacement and getting our lights back on!

These guys are truly awesome! I called with a safety concern of an elderly clients electrical panel and they were able to get Josh out in literally 2 hours from the time I called. Josh was knowledgeable, professional and friendly and diagnosed the issue within minutes. The company sent out Rusty first thing the next day to install a new panel. Great customer service and communication.

Central Oregon Heating installed our furnace and heat pump about 4 years ago in our new house and have come out a few times since for periodic maintenance. The service has always been great, techs are always nice and knowledgeable, they're great to work with! The most recent trip was for spring maintenance and they found some warranty issues that need repairing that I wouldn't have caught so it was greatly appreciated.

The technician was courteous, thorough and informative. He reviewed everything with me in an easy to understand way.

I've only been using COHCP for the 8 years or so but every one of their staff is professional and goes the extra step to be helpful. They take their jobs personally which ensures the work they perform is done with the best practices, care to the customer and their situation and pride in their work. I highly recommend them and their yearly plans to service your equipment. Wayne, Lyle and Dillon are rockstars!

In January when it was so cold, our HVAC went out. We had two service technicians out to the house. Buddy was thorough with his investigation but could not find the problem. We still had no heat the next week so Dylan came out to troubleshoot. It was a complex issue that took a lot of investigation to get to the root of the problem but Dylan was tenacious. The company was very flexible with refunding the thermostat that it turned out we did not need. Cannot say enough about Dylan's excellent service!

Leon was a great technician. He came to replace some temporary pressure switches that were on backorder. I greatly appreciate how efficient it was plus my dog loved the attention he got from Leon! Thank you so much 😊

Electricians Jax and Josh came out and ran wiring to give us the ability to turn our garage lights on from either end of both garages. No more stumbling through in the dark. They were experienced, professional and friendly! The work was done with accuracy and care. Dylan was very conscientious. He cleaned the inner fan wheel filter. It was full of lint, grease, build up! I am sure it was like that for the last several cleanings.

A number of years ago, Central Oregon Heating, Cooling installed a new HVAC system in our manufactured home. As I specialize in procrastination, I finally contacted about them about reconfiguring some hard-coded thermostat settings. Trevor was prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable and quickly modified the settings: and without charge I should add.

Last week Leon came to my house to service our furnace and inspect the ductwork, the ductwork was installed poorly. I already knew this as I have a construction background. Leon suggested that Eric come out and give us a quote. Eric was very professional and created a drawing to fully explain why the house wasn't heating properly and how the ductwork should look. Literally the following day Dominic and Harley came out and completed the job in one day. They were also polite and professional laying down mats and tarps to protect the wood flooring. They also made sure that all of the mess and demo materials were cleaned up. We have hired COHC multiple times and each experience has been exceptional.

Clay showed up promptly and was very professional in servicing our heat pump.

Brian and Cutter did the removal/installation in 2 1/2 days.They did an excellent job -- I love my shower! Brian came back to fix a couple very minor repairs immediately after I called. FAST, FRIENDLY, COMPETENT

Buddy C did our Fall HVAC check yesterday. He took several photos of the equipment with his phone and reviewed the photos to show current loads vs normal values, as well as the general condition of components. The results were reassuring and also identified areas to watch in future. He was both thorough and knowledgeable about our systems and greatly helped ensure their reliability.
