Austin and William arrived at my house right on time and installed a new heat pump and air handler in one day. They were experienced and efficient. They hauled off all the old equipment and cleaned the areas beautifully. Then they tutored us on operating the new system, which works more efficiently and quieter than the old system. Their guarantees are second to none. I heartily recommend them!!

After having to reachedule my appt since the original tech got caught on a very long service call before me, I requested to be the first appt of the day for my new appt date. Austin called 30 minutes beforehand and let me know I was the first appt. I was thrilled! Thank you for making that happen!

Johnny did a great job installing the EV charger in my garage. The estimate I was given prior to the job was reasonable but it turned out that it was woefully inadequate. I paid more than double the original estimate.

We are new to Central Oregon Heating, Cooling… and we are super pleased with the service we have received in this past week. From Alex Pickles who assessed our needs and coordinated our contract to the crew of guys in 5 vans who showed up to install our system in a day. From Greg the manager to the administrator who tended to our calls to Blake who showed up after we had a minor issue and took care of things with ease. Everyone who has worked with us has help us to understand the workings of our system and guided us in next steps. Thank you!

Our hot water heater pilot light went out. We called Central Oregon heating and plumbing and they came out that day. I was told that I needed a new hot water heater and they would be able to come the next week and fix it. Alas one of the guys had a cancellation so he came out that day and told me I did not need a new hot water heater that he could replace a part and fix it. We were very happy that we didn’t need a new one and it would be repaired immediately. A while after he left we thought we could smell gas so we made a call and were told someone would call us, but they didn’t call us that afternoon. The next morning we woke up and we could still smell gas and made a call right away. The third man(Steve) showed up with a “gas sniffer“ and did resolve the problem, and found a couple of other features in our system were failing that were not detected previously by the other two repairmen. It’s a long story, but I would recommend Steve. He is the one that completely found all the problems and it’s fixed. Overall, I recommend this company, it’s too bad it took three visits to complete the problem. But STEVE is who you should ask for. He Knows the business, is efficient and kind.

Jim Lovett was amazing !! He came out fixed my A/C explained to me what was going on and was so very kind!!

Mike from OR Heating came out the same day that I called and quickly diagnosed a sticking thermal expansion valve. I was interested in the tests he performed and he was happy to explain exactly what he was doing. Two days later he came out to replace the valve which is a fairly complicated and time consuming job involving evacuating the inside coils, sealing off the coolant in the outside coils and soldering in a new valve and filter followed by a complete vacuum of lines involved to avoid contamination. Then he checked for leaks and reassembled the unit. He performed a thorough job in a very professional manner and I was glad to have him working on my HVAC system.

Had my semi-annual HVAC service with Tyce this afternoon. I appreciate that he took the time to show me how to set my thermostat to the auto setting. He offered helpful advice regarding questions I had. It was a pleasure working with Tyce! I have to also recommend the annual membership with this company - it keeps me on track and has saved me money!

Kion was great at replacing our kitchen sink and faucet. He worked efficiently, checked with supervisor when needed to make adjustments to the countertop and cleaned up and checked the system to make sure everything worked well. Very Professional!

Both Central Oregon central Heating, Cooling, plumbing and electrical AND Jax (who has now done three different jobs at my house) are truly exceptional. Quality work, efficient amount of time on each job, and just great workmanship and professionalism are the stand-outs!! . I’ve used their plumbing techs and in two weeks the air conditioning tech for new and repair work. Always consistent !I’m a loyal client for all their services.

This past week we had several jobs done by COHCPE. Our technicians were Adam, Kion, and Justin. Customer Service was excellent; all three took extra time to ensure we understood the problems and the solutions; Billing was also explained and was fair; clean-up afterward was excellent; all three technicians were pleasant and professional. We recommend COHCPE and their employees highly!

I ran into trouble installing my Nest thermostat, so called Central Oregon heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical. Leon came and was able to fix the wiring, and now my furnace and AC are working again! I have used the company before for various problems, and have always been very happy with my results. Everyone I've interacted with has been very professional, and they are very good at keeping you informed with arrival times. I will use them again, and highly recommend the company.

Martin in HVAC did our annual inspection on September 4th 2024 he was a pleasure to work with if he didn't have the answer to my question he knew someone who might and got a hold of them for me great young man. I worked for Norco in a upper management and customer service for 40 years so I know what a good and a great customer service person is and that is Martin thank you very much hang on to this one.

Had the best service call experience late last evening when Leon Joesph showed up to check out why our hvac unit was not working on AC? After doing multiple tests he discovered that the 2 bladed connector to the ( slider switch?) located in the heat pump was loose!

Leon was a pleasure to have come to our rescue. The price on the AC capacitor (all we needed) was mind-boggling, but I don't blame Leon for that, not really even the company either .When local distributors won't sell to private parties, prices go up. Leon was professional, courteous, and efficient.

I called Sunday at 5pm to make an appointment for this week for a broken garbage disposal and I was told someone would be here Monday at 10am. Kion arrived at 9:35. Kion is very professional and personable. He is incredibly knowledgeable, listened patiently to everything that I had tried to fix it and then attempted to repair it. I knew I would probably need a new disposal and I did. I was grateful Kion had one in the truck and he installed it in what seemed like record time! I learned he has 10 years experience. Kion ran the disposal and sink to ensure everything was working properly. He took his time making sure there were no back ups. He explained all the warranty information to me. Kion was amazing and if I ever have any further issues with plumbing, heating or cooling I am calling this company immediately. I’d give 6 stars to Kion and this company if I could.

I had three projects completed, replaced expansion tank on hot water heater; replacement of faucet/drain in the main bathroom; replacement of thermocupaler for gas fireplace. Both technicians, Adam, umber and Martin, technician for gas fireplace completed their Joba in a timely manner. Both are personable and professional. I have been working with COHC for a number of years and participate in their Green Shield program. I highly recommend this company and their Green Shield program.

Derek replaced the pump in my lifter station. This was no small chore since both the pump and the electrical connection to the pump were failing. Derek fixed the both problems and left me with a very clean and very well working lifter station. THANK YOU, Derek!

I had a couple of questions that he answered and when I couldn't think of a couple he went through a whole list for me and spent over a hour showing me how each thing I was interested in learning was done. And when ot was important to call in for help. I have used them for almost every service in their name. I like what they do!

I love this company. They installed a new Furnace & A/C unit in my home at the end of May so I didn't really need a full fall service, but decided to have them come out and look at the fireplace. Martin was awesome, fixed a small rattle in the furnace and did a comprehensive cleaning on my fireplace. We talked about installing a blower unit to make the fireplace more efficient, and since he had one in his truck, I authorized the installation and am very pleased with the result. He even explained how we can use the fireplace in the event of a power outage, even though there is a switch to turn it on. Every person who has come to my home has been, personable, competent

I had booked an annual service appointment for the HVAC system for our summer cabin on the one Friday this month that I could take off from work and made the 3 hour drive the night before. When they called that morning to tell me the scheduled technician had an emergency and they needed to rebook on a later date, I explained the situation. They quickly found another tech nearby and he worked me into his already full schedule. Lyle did a skillful job, working quickly and efficiently, and was quite knowledgeable and friendly. In addition to the tune-up service, he found and fixed a minor leak in the condensation drain line, and even readjusted it to make it easier to remove the access door screws for future service calls. I have had excellent service overall from COHC. They are always professional and courteous, and I highly recommend them without hesitation. They are the first resource I will contact if needed for any of the many services they offer.
