Polite efficient and informative.

Our technician Ryan was courteous, professional, thorough, and explained all the details of our maintenance. He even pointed out a couple registers that were installed incorrectly by our contractor. This is our third visit, over the years, by Central Oregon Heating, and everyone has always given A+ service!

The service guys did a great job fixing my plumbing problem. They were knowledgeable, courteous and had great personalities...and ask John and Cody P I will definitely call them again. Leon Joseph was courteous and knowledgeable. I’m very pleased with his service.

I've used this company for plumbing and HVAV several times and it's always been a pleasure. Everyone that shows up is courteous, professional, and very helpful when answering questions or concerns. They're my go to company for plumbing and HVAC. Kion Pryce came out and replaced by broken water heater in 2 hours flat.

Cutter is very professional. He clearly explains what he is doing, and makes sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend him. There was no charge because of a service protection plan.

We finally decided to update and replace out 25 yr old water heater. So Notm came out and did a great job Very nice and efficient. I asked questions and he replied with answers that I understood! Thank you Norm!!!

Leon was personable. he explained how the system worked. Had documentation to support his recommendations. Good experience. only complaint is the mark up for the furnace filter. i subscribe to the semi annual inspections. seems like tge filter should be at cost. CO Heating has to get a better price than Home Depot. Don’t up charge.

Jax installed an EV charger for us in our garage. This is the second time he has done electrical work for us. He provides timely, detailed, quality service!

Jim was great, called when he was on his way and showed promptly on time. After he did the service he walked me through everything. Highly recommend Jim as service technician!

Kion and his assistant arrived first thing in the morning to install my water softener (and remove the old ineffective one). They were neat and polite. They worked efficiently and carefully to install a new drain for the system. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves and put everything back. A pleasant experience!

Great service

Martin just did a thorough check of my furnace, AC, and gas fireplace. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I appreciate the customer service I received from Cental Oregon Heating and Cooling. 5 stars!

We had a great experience with Jim. He was kind, thorough and informative. He checked our system out for a moving inspection and made sure everything was running well and swapped out our filter. He explained the report thoroughly, provided some notes that we needed for our realtor, and gave us his card to provide if they had questions. Really appreciate the professionalism and kindness!

Kion was superb. Arrived early. Very engaging. Fixed a problem in 15 minutes that other plumbers were not able to solve. Cannot recommend him and Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing more highly.
