We appreciated having Steven come to our house for a plumbing inspection. He was thorough in his inspection and made some important discoveries that will help us bypass potential problems in the future. We have been in our home for about 20 years and some of the fixtures are original to our home. Steven was helpful and respectful as we made decisions about our home needs. Mike was outstanding to work with today. He checked our HVAC system and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. He is very knowledgeable and provided us great information on heat pumps and furnaces to help us solve our problem and get AC back to running in the heat of summer. Would highly recommend him.

Lyle B - came to service my mini split and found a very hidden leak. Thank goodness my unit was under warranty- since I had only purchased 14 months prior- Lyle was also great at explaining functions and cleaning to help me maintain my unit better. Our hot water heater went out. We called Central Oregon Heating and Cooling. Kyle arrived with his apprentice, Cody. Kyle guided me through some options and I opted for a new water heater. Now here is the good part, once I went with a new water heater it was installed and done 2 hours later. Kyle was very professional and took the time to explain everything. The speed at which this happened was like nothing I have experienced before with any tradesman. COHCPE will now be our first call when we need work done. Maybe work on the name…Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical is a mouthful.

Jeremy was so knowledgeable and helpful. He solved a problem we were having and was super efficient!

Austin was wonderful

Martin & Patrick were able to trouble shoot the problems with our HVAC and luckily had one of the parts we needed on their truck to get us back in the comfort zone!

Dylan did great! Knowledgeable and personable. Thought $700 was a little steep for a 10 minute plastic pipe repair.

Customer service was awesome, you could not ask for nicer people from the girls in the office to the men that come to yr house ....they were knowledgeable with our pellet stove ..only people we call to service our stove ...

Travis was great to have working on the furnace. He came earlier than he said and was very thorough with the inspection and recommended a good plan going forward to keep our system in good working condition
