Tyce and Ryan came out to check on some problems we were having with our hvac and they were super nice and knowledgeable. They fixed the issue and gave us lots of information about our hvac system in general. Very helpful!

We have had semi-annual maintenance for a number of years with COH&C and are extremely happy. They follow through on their sales calls, do an excellent job, suggest but never sell. We are extremely happy with them after using another firm in town. Brian was knowledgable and answered all questions. This company is one of the good guys. Today Austin and William installed a new heat pump and air filter along with a new thermostat. I cannot say enough about these two men. They were cordial. efficient,
knowledgeable and really nice guys. They spent time showing us. They also left our garage as clean as they found it after working here all day. These men follow their bosses, Ben and the GM, Travis, in giving their customers a great value in both product and service. 5 stars doesn’t see high enough. I highly recommend this company!!!!

Norm was very knowledgeable on every aspect of our water heater, with great recommendations. Nice to have a technician with his experience checking out your system.

Leon Joseph came out to give us a second opinion on our heat pump. Even though we’d had the other estimate months before, it was free. Gave me much more accurate info than the other guys. Changed my filter while he was there.

I had my HVAC system inspected per routine. It turned out that $4,000 would replace worn down parts like a bandaid. It was recommended to get a new system. I reached out to CO Heating and Cooling for a second opinion and that is when I met Eric. Eric was very informative, answered every question and actually learned some things about my system that I was not aware of. I had known that eventually I needed to update my 2007 HVAC system. The decision was made to replace my system so the installers Austin and William arrived. They were very respectful, quiet, tidy and had a new system installed by the end of the day. They reviewed the new thermostat with me and showed me the upgrades. They disposed my old system and by the end of the day there was no evidence that they were here except for my new HVAC system which was a huge improvement from my old system.
After a week Eric reached out and wanted to stop by to see how things turned out. He reviewed the new thermostat with me and the different features it included. What a cool system this is! I'm very happy about the choice to go with Central Oregon Heating and Cooling. These guys really care about having happy customers, they are easy to talk to, educated on the system and how it works in each home. Every question I had was answered with patience and was educational to help me understand how this system works. I really respect the professionalism and politeness of these gentlemen. Our service Tech Mike was great! Unfortunately, he had to give me bad news about my heater, but he did it in a very friendly manner. I had some one call and set up a time same day to go over my options for a replacement, before Mike even left. Anytime I have issues with my heater I call my friends at COHC. Always fast and reliable!

Buddy was outstanding and very informative in educating us on the appropriate care/maintenance of our heating and a/c unit. We’ll definitely request Buddy for any future needs regarding our heating and a/c unit.

Jeremy showed up 30 minutes after I called to say the furnace was not working again. He identified the problem and got it working until ordered parts arrive. The service makes up for the furnace that keeps having problems.

Had our service tech Jim come out to the house to deal with a heater concern we had. He was very professional and knowledgeable about our system and helped me to better understand it's components and operation. Replaced a filter and checked to see the system was operating as intended. Happy to have piece of mind going into the new year.

Great experience from beginning to end. Easy and quick to schedule - they actually reached out the next morning after I started (but did not ultimately finish/submit) a request online, and they were able to get an appointment within 2 days for a non-emergency during the holidays. They were totally reasonable on price and lower than others I called.

Derek (plumber) was awesome - he was on time, super friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions while offering helpful advice without making me feel rushed. He fixed the issue quickly and took extra precaution to ensure everything was in good shape to avoid it recurring.

This was my first time using COHCPE but certainly will not be the last.

Never using another company again! Jeremy and Ryan came in the day after new years and caught issues that were caused by another company that probably saved my furnace motor! They were professional and kind and all the things. I signed up for the service without hesitation!

I thought my furnace shit the bed but Leon was great and fixed it in no time.

When you find a quality company you stick with them. This is at least the third time COHC has come to my home. This time it was a simple maintenance on the furnace and inspection of some duct work. Leon Joseph, the technician arrived early and was very respectful and professional. Another 5 star rating from this customer.

Two years ago we had COHC come out to replace some ductwork that had collapsed. It was a very difficult job and they made multiple trips to make sure everything was working correctly. The young man Nick was even prepared to come back on Thanksgiving Day, but we have a gas stove/fireplace that heats our home well and I asked him to stay home with his family.
They sent an email recently with an amazing offer and we had our furnace replaced along with adding an A/C unit. The field crew was excellent and had everything installed and cleaned up in less than 8 hours.
Central Oregon Heating and Cooling gets a 5 Star rating from this customer.

Benjamin was thoughtful, courteous and a delightful young man. He was ADDITIONALLY helpful in moving a bunch of junk out of the way to make room for the pull-down steps, in order to gain access to the attic where the furnace is located.

Great experience with Derek- he got right to the problem, found the need for septic tank to be pumped and explained how the full septic tank is causing odors indoors and gas buildup. I was very happy with his service and how he explained it to me. Thank you!

He did a great job

Gus Bansch was our technician. We had a leak from our laundry room going into the garage and Gus went above and beyond to isolate the source of the leak. He went upstairs to ensure that the upstairs bathroom wasn’t causing it, and even went into our crawlspace to assess the situation. We are very happy with central Oregon heating and cooling.

Blayke was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained and showed pictures of everything of concern of my furnace system.

We were having issues with our gas fireplace. The pilot would not stay lit and we had exhausted our do-it-yourself techniques so we called Central Oregon heating and cooling and they literally were at our house in about an hour and had it fixed very quickly. Really great really prompt service.

Dylan has been a pleasure to work with. His professionalism and attitude was above and beyond any expectations.

We are very pleased with Matt from Central OR Heating and Cooling. Our whole experience with COHC was an educational and enlightening experience.
Sending texts or emails to keep us informed of when a tech would be available to assess our situation. It was offered to have the tech come by that evening as soon as he was available. Matt, their technician called and informed us that it would be after approximately 7pm even though he had been working since early that morning or he offered to come by first thing in the next morning, whatever we wished. We quickly decided that a fresh mind first thing in the morning would be best as the problem we were having would be better evaluated in the morning, plus we believed that he should rest up from a very long day. This was beneficial to all of us as Matt was able to test our cooling system while it was warmer in the morning.
As Matt evaluated each test in the whole system, he reassured us that we have a great system installed and that for one item he found was that I had installed an air filter that was restricting air flow too much and replaced that with our approval, then as he continued through the testing and evaluation he noticed that our refrigerant was not charged enough. So then he tested for leaks and after finding no leaks he explained that upon installation someone must not have calculated the need for additional refrigerant to fill the lines from the condenser to the interior of the house unit, thus the low refrigerant level (2 lbs). So after we approved adding refrigerant, Matt added the 2 lbs of refrigerant bringing the pressure up to the manufacturer recommended level. This solved the problem of the condenser freezing up while trying to cool the house.
We are so pleased with the education and service given to us by Matt and the maintenance program made available to us by COHC, that we signed up to have them help to keep our system running smoothly and stable at a much reduced price of servicing our system for less per month than most television apps charge per month.

I had a long standing issue with a water softener system (brine tank). I contacted Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical (COHCPE) to assess the system. Kion Pryce, Plumber, quickly diagnosed the problem area within the brine tank, made the necessary corrections/repairs and ran the regeneration program several times to ensure a successful outcome. Kion was extremely professional, leaving the job site as clean and neat as it was before he came. Thank you COHCPE for the positive results!

Prompt and efficient service call to assess a leak, resolved it in less than two hours. Jorge also provided me with a goog reminder of insulating value of dirt over the top of rocks previously in place. Buddy C did our Fall HVAC check yesterday. He took several photos of the equipment with his phone and reviewed the photos to show current loads vs normal values, as well as the general condition of components. The results were reassuring and also identified areas to watch in future. He was both thorough and knowledgeable about our systems and greatly helped ensure their reliability. We had our old HVAC gas furnace replaced with a new 2-stage gas furnace. We love the new way the new filter system works and it is also quieter. Fred our installer was a great guy and did an amazing job.

Cordial, capable, efficient, on task, and great attention to detail. Our last payment had not been logged and showed we were behind. I found the canceled check, and the technician made the correction. He was very polite, considerate, and listened very intently.

Both technicians were friendly knowledgeable. The drain was cleared quickly and they continue to flush the lines to ensure problem was resolved, not just pack up and leave immediately. They also took great care to clean up after themselves.
