Best most painless process. Quality service and at such short notice. My thermostat went out and I have a newborn baby. Support was amazing, made sure I got the help my family needed this evening. The service tech Richard G was probably the nicest person I've met in years, diagnosed my problem in no time flat, made sure to check everything that he needed to and more. I appreciate the quick response time and the highest level of professionalism from not only the dispatch but from Richard G himself. A/C stopped working on Wednesday, (Not unexpected as the last service call warned of its impending demise.) Technician made temporary repairs Friday morning. Estimator showed up Monday morning, replacement completed Tuesday. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with in the company is friendly, helpful, takes the time to explain what is going on and what the options are, and seems at least to really like their job. I really like that they are very responsive and considerate of my time, calling ahead to announce they are on the way, arriving at the time of the appointment, and realistic on the amount of time they will be there. I can’t say enough good things about their service!

He fixed it and checked out the unit thoroughly. Great experience with Travis from Bend heating and cooling.

It can be hard trusting a service company to come out and do honest work. That wasn't a problem with Richard G. at Central Oregon Heating and Cooling. He gave us an honest assessment and explained all the options. Once our decision was made he finished his work in a timely manner and was on his way. I wouldn't hesitate to have Richard out to work on your property!

Ryan was really awesome! Spent time to do a thorough job cleaning out both the furnace and heat pump. Really appreciate that the employees are so pleasant and efficient!

Chad was amazing. I was not in town and communication to get into my place as easy. He quickly diagnosed the problem conveyed the information in a concise and easy way. On top of fixing the unit he did a clean and checked to make sure everything was good. My AC now works much better than before and it cooked the place to 68 in a few minutes. I was not shocked at the estimate and I really appreciated the professional service.

Wayne called to let us know he was on his way and once he arrived he just got straight to figuring out why our AC wasn't working. He explained the issue well and the solution and once he gave us the estimate and we gave the go ahead he sent in the order for the replacement part we need. Now just waiting for parts to arrive so the repair can happen but very impressed with service so far!

The whole project took only 2 days: one day to plan, take care of the paperwork and permits , and one day to get the job done. Alex on day one and Dominic and Jaden on day 2. All 3 of these guys were a pleasure to work with: professional, courteous, knowledgeable and hardworking. We are loving our new hvac heat pump thanks to this great company and crew.
