Leon Joseph came to service our house regarding a possible issue with our gas lines. The call was late at night and he arrived very quickly. He did an extremely thorough examination of our house and explained his findings in a clear manner. He educated us on what to look out for and what actions to take if this were to happen again. I would highly recommend Leon for any HVAC needs!

I was able to call the office on Saturday and schedule my service for Tuesday. The communication was very good and the service technician was on time and thorough. Buddy was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend him and was very pleased with the job done.

Buddy C did a fantastic job with our recent inspection and tune up. He explained everything and was very thorough, including photos of the inside of our system. His approach was low pressure and we didn't feel at any point that he was trying to upsell us or talk us into paying for unnecessary services. He couldn't have been more friendly, personable or informative.

Arrived on time and was very efficient in his diagnosis. Made a good first impression for your company.

Kion and his assistant arrived first thing in the morning to install my water softener (and remove the old ineffective one). They were neat and polite. They worked efficiently and carefully to install a new drain for the system. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves and put everything back. A pleasant experience!

Ben was on time, thorough and professional in all aspects of the service.

I called Central Oregon heating & cooling at 4:30 pm when I discovered the furnace was not working. I was told they would have a technician over that evening. Leon Joseph arrived around 6:35 pm. He was polite and efficient: discovering the problem, replacing the broken part, and everything in working order within an hour. Well done!

DJ came out on a Monday and measured our house for an HVAC system replacement. Based on our expressed needs, he sized, configured, and generated an estimate while he was here. And confirmed later that that they had the right equipment available. And then told us there was a team available the next day AND they would get everything done in a day.
And that's what happened!
Jordan and Fred did an awesome job of replacing our failing heat pump and air handling systems with a new heat pump, air handler, and thermostat. All work, including final power connection by a licensed electrician, cleanup, and new thermostat instruction, was completed in less than 8 hrs.
Just amazing level of professional energy by the team helping us get to a new level of winter comfort and electrical savings.

Service was for a commercial heater replacement. Dominic & Manny let me know arrival time, work was completed very professionally, timely, workspace was cleaned up. Workplace is now toasty warm!

Martin is an amazing young man. Both personable and knowledgeable in his trade. He diagnosed the problem, explained the repair and lucky for us had the part in his truck. Said it’s a pretty common repair. After installation, he performed maintenance and cleaned the unit.

Excellent experience. My heating furnace went into safety mode due to exhaust problems. On-call tech Leon Joseph showed up on a Sunday and identified the problem in less than five minutes and addressed the issue immediately. Thanks for the prompt service. No charge for the service as the problem was an oversight from a recent maintenance service.

From my first call until the service was complete, everyone was friendly and helpful. León was especially helpful and thorough when he came out on a Saturday morning.

Leon Joseph was the technician who came to my house when I called for someone to come and see why my HVAC system was not coming on. He was at my house within about 20 minutes of my call. Who is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and took care of the problem in a very timely manner. Manner. He recommended I get the service plan so my system would be maintained twice a year which I did indeed purchase. I paid nothing for this visit because my system was still under warranty.

We had a new furnace and AC unit installed.
The technicians Austin and William were absolutely the best. Knowledgeable, quick and clean not to mention super personalities. We're very pleased with the work they did.

I was very impressed with his Work because he took the time to explain every detail to me so that I could understand it as a new homeowner. Which most people in today’s world. Don’t take the time to explain anything. So I was very impressed with him!

I am doing a remodel in one of my bathrooms and needed to coordinate with a plumber during the process. Gus from Central Oregon Heating,Cooling and Plumbing came out and did an amazing job getting me going on my project and for a reasonable price with quality work beyond my expectations. Could not have asked for better service. I first contacted Central Oregon Heating and Cooling in March and had an excellent experience with Leon. He came back in November to replace a part and to keep trouble shooting two "wacky" mini splits. Again just outstanding service. December now and still the two units are not working as they should. When I called Jocelyn answerd. She had empathy and dealt with us and this ongoing issue with professionalism and understanding. She assured us that Austin would be thorough in his diagnostics and would help us to make an informed decision as to the next steps to take. Jocelyn deferred the cost for this. This was their offer without us asking. Austin came the next day, was early and although he was aware of the mini split issue asked that I tell him the entire saga. It all started with an install of a new system in 2022. Which was upgraded during an addition in 2024. All done by another company. He asked questions, communicated his trouble shooting, brain stormed with me, and carefully evaluated possible next steps. We are grateful for his knowledge and his careful handywork! I will absolutely recomed COHC. The level of customer support and service has simply been outstanding. Special thanks this time to Jocelyn and Austin for their commitment to problem solving and outstanding customer service.

Just had mini split installed by Austin from Central Oregon heating between he and Eric they have us totally covered. Eric came by today to address some issues we had and stayed over an hour and half to make sure everything was working as it should. We highly recommend this company

CO Heating sent someone to address the problem I was having in an appropriate timeframe. Chad was friendly and professional. He communicated what he found and what he did to fix the issue. The job was completed quickly. I can't think of a thing they could have done better.

I love the monthly plan that reminds me to service all the things in my home. Buddy C did our Fall HVAC check yesterday. He took several photos of the equipment with his phone and reviewed the photos to show current loads vs normal values, as well as the general condition of components. The results were reassuring and also identified areas to watch in future. He was both thorough and knowledgeable about our systems and greatly helped ensure their reliability. We had our old HVAC gas furnace replaced with a new 2-stage gas furnace. We love the new way the new filter system works and it is also quieter. Fred our installer was a great guy and did an amazing job.

I recently did utilized your company for plumbing issues and by telling me that, it reduced my level of embarrassment greatly. Benjamin was just as understanding and gentle with me. Spencer called immediately upon his arrival, was courteous and knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed and resolved our HVAC issue, restoring our A/C during a hot August day.

We are very thankful for Spencer and his company’s efforts and won’t hesitate to use them again. They were great to work with.

Both technicians were friendly knowledgeable. The drain was cleared quickly and they continue to flush the lines to ensure problem was resolved, not just pack up and leave immediately. They also took great care to clean up after themselves.
