Leon and Ryan were great. They worked together well, kept us informed, and looked for and cured potential issues.

We had one bathroom sink that was plugged up and another that needed a little work and a toilet that needed repair. Derek was great. He knew exactly what to do and worked very quickly and was super positive with a great attitude and very engaging.

Blayke did the annual maintenance on our furnace today, and it was a positive experience from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, clear, kind, and professional.

After he inspected the furnace, he explained the results to me. He shared photos of the inside of the furnace so I understood his observations and advice on our 20-year-old unit and what to expect in the future. He also gave us the completed tune-up checklist and notes on everything he inspected. Our furnace had no immediate issues, so Blayke shared advice and options, including a maintenance membership that we can opt into at any time.

There was no pressure to spend money beyond the cost I’d anticipated for the annual maintenance, and I appreciate the printed checklist and maintenance membership info he gave us. I also appreciate that the technicians (who focus on repairs) are separate from the sales team (who’d focus on replacement), which allows us to focus on the reason for the visit and increases trust because the technician’s job is not upselling.

We trust Blayke and Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical to give us the best service, repair, and (eventually) replacement of the systems that are important to the comfort of our home.

Martin was great - he walked me through everything and was super helpful and knowledgeable. Also very eager to help us with whatever issues we had.

Showed up happy, did the job, left happy. The mitsubishi hyper heat mini has been primary heating colling for our 1400 sq ft house for almost 3 yrs and does exactly what asked of it. Leon showed up and got.it done , thank you all.

We woke up to our furnace not working. We called Central Oregon Heating and Cooling and THAT DAY they sent a heating professional. Buddy C arrived on time with a pre call. He quickly evaluated problems and made the repairs. He was thorough and explained each issue clearly. And he has a great sense of humor! It was an easy repair and I could not be more thankful.

Nick our sales person was helpful and informative. William and Austin the installers were great.

Our heat stopped working on a Thursday evening, I called Central Oregon Heating and they were able to schedule an appointment first thing Friday morning.

Buddy was the tech that came out. He was very professional. This is my first house and I wasn’t entirely sure how the whole furnace system worked. He explained in detail how everything functions and what to look for if there are any issues in the future. He was very informative. Buddy quickly found the issue in our pressure switch and was able to fix the issue and get the heat working in no time.

The pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely call Central Oregon Heating in the future for any issues we may have.

Blake came to our house today to do the annual inspection on our HVAC system - very pleasant, personable, and efficient guy. Took time to explain everything he was doing and his findings. Felt the inspection was thorough and well done, and I appreciated his excellent service.

Just had Lyle out to service an oil heater and gas fireplace. He was professional and very knowledgeable. Would definitely call and use them again!

Dylan came out today to perform a regular tune up on our heat pump system. He went out of his way to explain what he was doing and was honestly interested in educating me. I learned a lot more about my HVAC system and could tell very quickly that Dylan really understands what he's doing. He was very polite, not rushed, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Fantastic service from a fantastic tech. Central Oregon Heating and Cooling is lucky to have Dylan working for them.

Really happy with the work Jax did for us. We had some pretty modern lights and they were a bit tricky to set up the way we wanted them but Jax did a great job. He was also very punctual and courteous throughout the job. Thanks Jax.

Travis was diligent enough to fund the reason propane stove was not starting via the wall controller. He also did a great job checking the heat pump and cleaning the filters.

Prompt and Professional. I got my fireplace serviced. When the job was done the tech explained what was done and how to keep it in rest condition. Reasonable rate too

Adam came today from Central Oregon Hearing, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical to check out a tub/shower faucet that wasn't turning off completely and dripping. He was very knowledgeable and gave me an estimate on the needed repair parts & labor cost.

We returned home from a vacation trip to no hot water. I contacted Central Oregon Heating... etc. and it had a technician at our house within 2 hours who quickly solved the problem. Thanks to everyone there, particularly Brian and Rusty, for their timely and cost efficient assistance.

My old heat pump went out right during some of the coldest days in January. My tenant was cold and I was frantic. COHCP ran out and quickly gave me the low-down. I appreciated the quick visit, thorough explanation and accurate estimate. DJ is a good communicator throughout. He was extra helpful in running a space heater over to use until the work could be completed.
I'll definitely use these guys again (but hoping not to need them).

Mike D was my tech. He was very helpful in educating me re: my heating problem. Easy to communicate with ( loved his sense of humor). He informed me about a maintenance plan that is going to suit me well and keep my HVAC system in top notch form. What a deal too! He also, let me know that a duct cleaning would probably be in my best interest. Who knew?!?! I learned lot and was very pleased with my appt with him! Thank you Mike D.

Technician Matt was great when my furnace went on the fritz. Communicative, showed up on time, walked me through what he was doing, and back out the door in less than an hour!

I have been trying to load a trailer by myself. At 81 I just can't do what I did a few years ago. After the young men finished the job they came to do and even on their break they helped me and still got to their next job. Thanks so much 💖

Wayne explained how the system works in the winter and how it goes into defrost mode which is the valve sound I’ve heard.
He also suggested to keep it on Heat mode during the winter and Cool mode in the summer. I burn a wood stove, so if the system was in Auto mode, it would try to cool down the room temperature

I have always enjoyed working with this company and once again extremely pleased. There was a bit of a mishap in the guest bathroom where the water supply line and turnoff valve meet and 'Ken' fixed the problem within a few minutes. Thanks to you once again at Central Oregon Heating and Cooling!

Matthew came out to do our service and was amazingly friendly and professional. He is very knowledgeable and loves making sure that I as the customer clearly understood what he was checking and anything I needed to know for maintenance of my system. He identified that the error and issue with the system was simply caused by very dirty filters. He was able to provide great information and helped me with the easy fix of cleaning the filters and reinstalling. Because of Matthew I will definitely be recommending the customers to other people in the local area!! Amazing service!

This is a review of COHCPE’s annual maintenance program. I have been paying for this monthly for over a year. Today two different professionals arrived at different times. First was a plumbing inspection and the second on my electrical system. Wow, am I impressed!! As I said “professionals” and that is an understatement. They checked everything and in ways I did not expect, I am pleased and I highly recommend this service and this company.

A number of years ago, Central Oregon Heating, Cooling installed a new HVAC system in our manufactured home. As I specialize in procrastination, I finally contacted about them about reconfiguring some hard-coded thermostat settings. Trevor was prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable and quickly modified the settings: and without charge I should add.

We enjoyed working with the two guys that installed our new furnace. Thank you for a job we'll don't, the furnace works well! Sincerely Richard McGuire

Last week Leon came to my house to service our furnace and inspect the ductwork, the ductwork was installed poorly. I already knew this as I have a construction background. Leon suggested that Eric come out and give us a quote. Eric was very professional and created a drawing to fully explain why the house wasn't heating properly and how the ductwork should look. Literally the following day Dominic and Harley came out and completed the job in one day. They were also polite and professional laying down mats and tarps to protect the wood flooring. They also made sure that all of the mess and demo materials were cleaned up. We have hired COHC multiple times and each experience has been exceptional.

Clay showed up promptly and was very professional in servicing our heat pump.

We are very happy with our service Tech Richard..he left us with thoughts about our 18 year old heating unit..we have known it’s aging and may need updated in a few years. It is working well now, and we certainly appreciate
what is seen and said aloud. This was a “no charge” service as it came with our summer maintenance on our cooling system .. we paid by chose.

The technicians Austin and William were absolutely the best. Knowledgeable, quick and clean not to mention super personalities. We're very pleased with the work they did.

Brian and Cutter did the removal/installation in 2 1/2 days.They did an excellent job -- I love my shower! Brian came back to fix a couple very minor repairs immediately after I called. These folks are reliable, knowlgeable, and professional. Thank you for everything!

FAST, FRIENDLY, COMPETENT

Buddy C did our Fall HVAC check yesterday. He took several photos of the equipment with his phone and reviewed the photos to show current loads vs normal values, as well as the general condition of components. The results were reassuring and also identified areas to watch in future. He was both thorough and knowledgeable about our systems and greatly helped ensure their reliability. Great guy, very helpful.

There was a loose wire I couldn’t see making my furnace blower lose power. Ben fixed it within a few minutes and it was done. Great service overall.

We had our old HVAC gas furnace replaced with a new 2-stage gas furnace. We love the new way the new filter system works and it is also quieter. Fred our installer was a great guy and did an amazing job.

We like and trust Central Oregon Heating and Cooling so much that we had them here for 3 new installs this year....New Split-AC, a switch from a gas water heater to an electric water heater and now this new HVAC.

Cordial, capable, efficient, on task, and great attention to detail. Our last payment had not been logged and showed we were behind. I found the canceled check, and the technician made the correction. He was very polite, considerate, and listened very intently.

John and his apprentice did an excellent job in replacing our old faucets. They were courteous and professional. They double checked everything and made sure we were satisfied with the work they did. They did an awesome job 👏.
