I called Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical in a last minute bind with guests staying from out of town and the hot water heater completely non-functioning. Fortunately, Travis came out so quickly just to help up diagnose the issue and made some quick repairs just to keep it alive through the night- I can’t tell you how grateful we all were! Because it was such an old unit, I opted to have the entire water heater replaced for future peace of mind and was quoted a very reasonable quote for them to come out the next day and make the change. Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical sent Jorge the following day and he was extremely kind, knowledgeable and fast replacing the old unit with an extremely efficient brand new model, while taking away and disposing of the old unit. I was shocked that the entire process took less than two hours. No mess, no unexpected costs or issues, and Jorge happily took the time to answer any questions I had and to go over the full warranty details ensuring I felt comfortable with it before he left. It was fantastic! I would happily recommend Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical to anyone in need of an efficient and reliable service in the central Oregon area- especially in a last minute emergency situation. I couldn’t be happier and either could my guests! Thanks guys!

He also gave us info for a tankless water heater, which we were very thankfull. We will definitely patronize this business, only for all future needs. COHCPE was called in by our local property manager to do some kitchen wiring and outlet installation. Josh arrived right on time prepared to do just that. When told that the outlet was needed for a new garbage disposal, he graciously agreed to do that installation also. Given local standard hourly rates around here, the price was reasonable. Josh was great.

Leon was very friendly and knowledgeable (even told me great things about Bend because we are new here) and I am very happy with the service provided.

Jesse arrived in a timely manner, was competent, took precautions to keep the bathroom floor clean and prevent damage, thoroughly answered my questions and was a joy to talk to. I could not have been more pleased.

Excellent service with Leon Joseph

Our tecnician, Leon Joseph, was excellent. He performed our semi annual HVAC service and our annual gas fireplace cleaning and maintenance. Leon was thorough, informative and very pleasant. He answered all our questions. Definitely 5 stars for Leon!

Spencer was great. He performed a thorough check on everything and gave us advice on some alternatives regarding issues we have with an aging AC system. We appreciated his advice and suggestions. As Always COHC provided excellent service.

Mike came and explained what he was doing which is important to me as a consumer.

We called for an annual check-up on our furnace and was given an appointment for the next day. The tech was very helpful. We were very satisfied with the service.
