Matthew educated me about specific safety issues with my gas fireplace, why professional maintenance was important and what I was doing incorrectly, pointed out which components were nearing their expiration date. I was careless, overly confident, neglected maintenance, learned a ton just from having him light the pilot. The local gas company is normally who I use, and for 13 years, know better now. Thank you!!! Matthew is coming back for the spring season, offered his 1. estimator to follow up with a Wolf range hood install, with a permitted return air system, the 2. concierge VIP membership discount service, for future service calls to include 15% off 3. installing a supplemental accessory UV filter for whole home air health for fire and pollen season in 2026!

It all started with routine maintenance by Wayne, who discovered a crack in our gas furnace that was potentially leaking bad air into our home. Estimated cost to repair was about half the price of replacing the 30+ year old unit. Wayne was gracious enough to install a new Nest thermostat we had got from Oregon Energy Alliance. It is programmable n we highly recommend one. DJ happened to be in our neighborhood n was able to stop by and go over options and pricing. Discovered in order to replace hot water heater would require removal of the furnace. Since all heating and A/C units were 30+ years old it was decided to bring in the troops n replace them all. Within a week DJ coordinated for Cody and Brian to come and dismantle the furnace so plumbers could change out hot water heater in such a tight small closet at the end of the hallway. So far everything works and is so much quieter to operate and hopefully more efficient when we get out next bill. All men were professional clean efficient and very kind.

As part of my membership, Spencer did the annual inspection on my A/C and heating systems this week. He had replaced the blower motor in it last year, giving me the confidence in this company. This year he found more wear on my 23 year old units so I asked him to have a representative contact me. Yesterday DJ Wilson arrived and spent considerable time and care to evaluate what would be needed. I decided to replace both heating and air conditioning now rather than wait for them to break. The bid was under what I had estimated so we scheduled the work which was completed today. DJ set me at ease and significantly increased my confidence in his company.
Technicians Fred and Jordon were masterful in everything they did to custom fit the new appliances into my home. Both units are exactly what I wanted; it is apparent that Fred and Jordan are true professionals in the way they work, the way they communicate and their ability to attain a professional looking installation. Thank you all at CO Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical for what you have done for me.

I just had my annual inspection and maintenance of my heat pump and air handler. Buddy C was great to deal with. He called to notify me of his approximate arrival time and did a very thorough inspection and cleaning. This was their $99 special for fall maintenance so the price was very fair.

I’ve used Central Oregon Heating for several years now. They remind me when it’s time for maintenance, great customer service, professional and friendly service people, communication is wonderful.

Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, ElectricalElectrical has been coming out to our place in Madras, OR to keep our monitor stove and our heat pump and cooling system running properly. We have been very lucky in having Lyle B. as our technician. He is polite, efficient and personable. Most of all he has kept our equipment running.
We were with a different central Oregon company but that company decided that the rural areas outside of Bend were too much hassle so they started charging astronomical prices. We were relieved to find a company that cared for the small town communities too. Thank you, Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical and thank you Lyle for your honesty and superb service in your trade. You have been the best technician we have had.

We wanted to replace our 21 year old gas furnace and air conditioner. DJ Wilson came out to give us a quote and went above and beyond all expectations. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to talk and work with. He measured, tested and even went up into our attic, and climbed into the crawl space to check out any problems with the old system. He told us what he thought was right for us, then matched a competitors price. I would strongly recommend JD and Central Oregon Heating and Cooling if you need to replace a furnace or air conditioner. Two days later they sent out Austin and William to put the new units in. Both of those two young men did an amazing job of answering any questions and explaining how the new units would work. They were very professional in everything thing they did, and had everything finished in 7 hours. Everything about the experience was 5 STAR.

We called Central OR heating and they were able to come out the next day. Tyce was very good and didn’t try to over sell us. Gave us recommendations for upgrades that we knew we would eventually need. We were very happy with the overall service and timeliness.

Nathan K. and Derek V. were over yesterday and they did a fantastic job fixing our very broken toilet. They rebuilt the entirety of our toilet’s internal mechanisms and replaced our handle and it all works wonderfully now! It was not an easy task. Thanks guys!

COHCP took over attempting to fix ongoing issues since the entire system was installed 18 months ago by another local company. Two of our mini splits don't function correctly. It started just two months after to other company finished the install. They came to the house more than 15 times. Every time someone new showed up, never getting any step closer to resolving even the most pressing issue of the minisplits not heating on demand. I finally gave up (dispite the warranty by the others)and called COHCP. Im so glad I did. Leon came out in March, inspected everything. He listened carfully and was empathetic. He could not find that one definite issue. However his experience and knowledge made for solid suggestions. With us implementing them units work better. Now, summer over and low and behold the heads still have issues. So upon request Leon came back. Again his professionalism, his ability to listen and his desire to have a customer be satisfied is exceptional. He could see the issues for himself. He contacted the manufacturers top rep. who appeared less than concerned since accoding to him "the units are heating". Leon on the hand is an advocate for us. His advice is solid and deeply appreciated. The saga continues, but I feel more optimistic with Leon and COHCP helping to resolve this ongoing problem.

I have used them to replace our furnace add in AC and an air purification system and now just used them to put in zoning for our house so we can control the upstairs temperature better during the extreme temperatures of Central Oregon!

Excellent service! Thank you! I had my precast tub/shower replaced with a walk-in shower, and had a higher toilet installed. David came to the house to talk about it and sent me an estimate. Brian and Cutter did the removal/installation in 2 1/2 days.They did an excellent job -- I love my shower! Brian came back to fix a couple very minor repairs immediately after I called. We had our old HVAC gas furnace replaced with a new 2-stage gas furnace. We love the new way the new filter system works and it is also quieter. Fred our installer was a great guy and did an amazing job.

We like and trust Central Oregon Heating and Cooling so much that we had them here for 3 new installs this year....New Split-AC, a switch from a gas water heater to an electric water heater and now this new HVAC.

I recently did utilized your company for plumbing issues and by telling me that, it reduced my level of embarrassment greatly. Benjamin was just as understanding and gentle with me. Spencer called immediately upon his arrival, was courteous and knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed and resolved our HVAC issue, restoring our A/C during a hot August day.

We are very thankful for Spencer and his company’s efforts and won’t hesitate to use them again. They were great to work with.

Both technicians were friendly knowledgeable. The drain was cleared quickly and they continue to flush the lines to ensure problem was resolved, not just pack up and leave immediately. They also took great care to clean up after themselves.

Fantastic communication to technician Dan, who also performed courtesy call out as requested. Arrived on time with friendly and personable nature. Receiving extra attention as in attendance for my appointment was new to the company but not industry was Buddy. Dan and Buddy introduced themselves and explained what to expect from their visit. I understand how in some "customer service" positions, can be annoying to have a customer stand over them as the work is being done.. not these 2. Welcoming my questions AND answering in a manner that me, a simple homeowner could understand:) I really appreciated that extra energy of just not being their job to answer or even better, no evidence of being annoyed by being asked.
