Very professional

Prompt wonderful and respectful customer service, from quote to install. Nick gave me the quote and was very kind and helpful. Austin and William did the install and did a wonderful job and were sure I understood the new system.. I believe the electricians name was Sage and he also was very kind. I was assured I could call anytime with questions or concerns.

Our air handler in the garage was leaking water out into the garage floor and we were freaking out. Jeremy showed up and diagnosed the problem to be a clogged condensation pipe. He used the shop vac to fix the pipe and shut off the water drained dried out. What a relief and we were so appreciative.

Due to power outage at their call center, my visit didn't happen, and I got no call. But they made it right the next day, so I'm going to treat the experience as an outlier, and continue to use them for maintenance.

We are very pleased with Matt from Central OR Heating and Cooling. Our whole experience with COHC was an educational and enlightening experience.
Sending texts or emails to keep us informed of when a tech would be available to assess our situation. It was offered to have the tech come by that evening as soon as he was available. Matt, their technician called and informed us that it would be after approximately 7pm even though he had been working since early that morning or he offered to come by first thing in the next morning, whatever we wished. We quickly decided that a fresh mind first thing in the morning would be best as the problem we were having would be better evaluated in the morning, plus we believed that he should rest up from a very long day. This was beneficial to all of us as Matt was able to test our cooling system while it was warmer in the morning.
As Matt evaluated each test in the whole system, he reassured us that we have a great system installed and that for one item he found was that I had installed an air filter that was restricting air flow too much and replaced that with our approval, then as he continued through the testing and evaluation he noticed that our refrigerant was not charged enough. So then he tested for leaks and after finding no leaks he explained that upon installation someone must not have calculated the need for additional refrigerant to fill the lines from the condenser to the interior of the house unit, thus the low refrigerant level (2 lbs). So after we approved adding refrigerant, Matt added the 2 lbs of refrigerant bringing the pressure up to the manufacturer recommended level. This solved the problem of the condenser freezing up while trying to cool the house.
We are so pleased with the education and service given to us by Matt and the maintenance program made available to us by COHC, that we signed up to have them help to keep our system running smoothly and stable at a much reduced price of servicing our system for less per month than most television apps charge per month.

The fan on our AC unit had stopped working right at the first big heat wave of the summer. First time going through COHCP&E. The experience calling in to setup an appointment went smoothly- courteous, professional, and concisely helpful with our questions. Our responding technician, Martin, out to us much sooner than expected especially considering the given situation. Martin identified the problem promptly and replaced the malfunctioning part just as quickly, explaining all the how's and why's along the way. After that, he made sure everything in the AC system was operating as it should, made the needed adjustments for it to do so, and had cleaned and packed up long before an hour had passed. Very good experience, we would definitely recommend COHCP&E's services.

Had Central Oregon Heating and Cooling out to replace a thermostat, always excellent service with this company, I don’t use anyone else. Martin was friendly and excellent to work with.

Furnace and AC replacement/ upgrade. Fast and professional service. Came out on a Sunday to inspect and did the work on Tuesday. One of the items had to come from somewhere else or they would have done it on the Monday. Thanks Cody Pearson and Jessy for the good work.

Best HVAC company I've ever worked with, hands down. Our AC system shut off on the hottest day of the year. They had someone come out within 1.5 hours and determined the zone control board had failed. They sourced the part the next day (today) and will have it installed tomorrow. And they figured out a way to get us at least rudimentary cooling with one thermostat in the meantime, which we appreciated because it's still super hot. Highly recommended!

Central Oregon Heating and Cooling was Great. They came out same day I called and got my AC running same day! Fast and efficient and not super expensive.

Martin was clean, friendly, and polite. He fixed up the electrical problem with m heat pump in one trip so the A/C is back up and cooling!

Nathan arrived as scheduled to clear my slow shower drain. He was professional, tidy and accomplished the job very quickly to clear the shower drain. As always Central Oregon Heating and Cooling did another fantastic job. We will not hesitate to call them back in the future for our HVAC and plumbing needs!

Fred and Jordan installed a new furnace at our house yesterday. They must have run into a few problems with our old system because they were here all day—9-6pm. If they took a break, I never saw it. They work well together as a team. They did a great job. They were polite, professional, and quiet. They’re welcome here anytime. Our compliments.

First of all I am very grateful that Central Oregon Heating an Cooling was able to get me on their schedule so quickly during a heat wave. The technician, Mike, was both professional and personable and quickly solved my AC problem, which was completely my fault as I hadn't changed the filter in a much too long time. Mike was very nice about it and didn't make me feel any more foolish than I already did. I happily signed up for their maintenance plan so this will not happen in the future!

Jeremy G. was fantastic. Upon calling about my A/C going out, he was able to come out quickly on a Friday evening to save the day. He was incredibly knowledgeable, willing to answer any / all questions, and quickly diagnosed and solved the issue at hand. Not to mention he saved me a ton of money. I cannot recommend or thank Jeremy with CO Heating and Cooling enough!

Our technician was Leon Joseph. We live in California and have a second home in Sunriver managed by the resort. During the winter Central Oregon heating and Cooling replaced a furnace and installed a new air conditioning system. The work was done seamlessly in our absence. Initially a technician had gone over the basics with the management personnel.
on our arrival six months after the installation, I called and asked if someone could come out and go over the ins and outs of the system, including the thermostat, etc., with my wife and I.

The company sent Leon to our aid. He did a great job being patient with us, answering our questions and going over the system's Details.
We are considering signing onto the companies maintenance program, which for absentee owners might be a real Plus.

We had to replace our old HVAC, the new was installed by Austin and William. They were awesome, very nice, polite, friendly, went above and beyond and did a great job. They left everything clean and helped put the heavy items we had to move back in the garage and set up and Instructed us on new thermostat. The electrician whose name I'm not sure of also did a great job. From repairs of old system through choosing new system Austin, William, Leon, Clay, Jeff and also the electrician as well as every phone contact were consistently polite and helpful. We highly recommend them.

Just had my AC system inspected. Technician was on time and completed the task efficiently. Good discussion and explanations. I've been using COHC for maintenance services for the past few years and they always deliver...good people, knowledgeable technicians, and reasonable costs. I highly recommend COHC.

COHCP&E answered my call in a timely manner and sent this perfect duo to evaluate/correct original (existing) issues noted in a Pre-Listing Home Inspection. Andre, thank you for correcting one of those issues and clean-up in a cramped crawl space, and for providing a photo of your work!

Clay came out this week to perform my 6-month maintenance and filter change on my heating unit and also checked on my air conditioner. Both were replaced/installed 2 summers ago. I have been happy ever since. both units do their job with quiet efficiency (I didn't know every corner of my house could have the same temp - summer and winter!). Clay called when he was 20 minutes en-route and was as professional as any of the staff from C.O. Heating who have kept the house toasty in the winter and cool on the hot summer days. That's all I need!

Nathan was prompt,, efficient, and professional while assessing and fixing our plumbing problem. We had some clogged pipes and flooding of the back bathroom. He went above and beyond to clear the problems. I highly recommend him…and Central Oregon Heating and Cooling.

Had an outlet start sparking in the middle of the day and had to shut down my office till it was fixed, and couldn’t get any other company in town out in a timely manner to fix the fire hazard but these guys were able to get out to my place within 2 hours and had the issue fixed in no time! Having one company who does it all has been extremely convenient when looking for work to be done on our duplex. Highly recommend these guys!

DJ Wilson came to our home today to talk to us about replacing our heating and cooling system. First of all he was right on time! Very impressed with response from Central Oregon Heating and Cooling. From the front desk to the technicians, (Austin, William), installers, electrician, (Jared) and project manager (Alex). All personnel were courteous, professional, dedicated, arrived on time, and thoroughly cleaned work site area. Installing our A/C Heating system took approximately 6-7 hrs to complete. The ladies at the office were helpful with answering our questions, arranging scheduling and returning our calls. Thanks to all that responded.
