Leon Joseph was very polite and efficient. Does well with pets and answered all of my questions to where I could understand. Give that man a raise. He can come back and work on my heater anytime.

This is the 4th or 5th time we’ve used them and every time they’ve been great. From a replacement instant water heater to installing new toilets they’ve been professional, timely, and respectful.

Jim was friendly and professional in servicing our furnace. He explained everything in detail and gave us options on available services.

Tech. came within 2 hours of calling. Was very knowledgeable about the unit. Diagnosed the problem and wrote an estimate for repair before leaving.

Matt explained the service needed and the reason the problem occurred! Recommended the filters on our mini split be cleaned every 1to 3 months. He is scheduled next week to perform the cleaning on the system!

Everything was explained to me in a way I could understand. I was given suggestions on things that could improve my system as well as protecting it from power surges. Also spent time reprogramming my thermostat, which was not done correctly by those who did the initial install. Great experience and service.

Austin came out for our annual furnace check. He was fantastic in his work and assessment of how our units are running. Always nice to know if any future work required. Central Oregon Heating is the best!!
