Had an outlet start sparking in the middle of the day and had to shut down my office till it was fixed, and couldn’t get any other company in town out in a timely manner to fix the fire hazard but these guys were able to get out to my place within 2 hours and had the issue fixed in no time! Having one company who does it all has been extremely convenient when looking for work to be done on our duplex. Highly recommend these guys!

Our furnace stopped working so we needed someone out quickly. COHCPE was called in the morning and they had someone to our place before noon. For Plumbing, they have been great every time we have issues, from broken frost-free to replacing shower plumbing to plugged tub...For heating/cooling, they have serviced our heat pump.and mini ducts for years. Always very

We find that this company is truly professional in the way they conduct themselves. From the front desk people, to the field employees they are courteous in the way they conduct themselves. This major installation was no different. The installations went smoothly and was professionally performed! A special shout out for Eric, their Home Solutions Advisor!! He walked us through our options, without the all to often, up- selling that is so common today. He was also able to secure us 24 month interest free financing! A truly professional company, that I highly recommend.

Very impressed with response from Central Oregon Heating and Cooling. From the front desk to the technicians, (Austin, William), installers, electrician, (Jared) and project manager (Alex). All personnel were courteous, professional, dedicated, arrived on time, and thoroughly cleaned work site area. Installing our A/C Heating system took approximately 6-7 hrs to complete. The ladies at the office were helpful with answering our questions, arranging scheduling and returning our calls. Thanks to all that responded.

I love that Central Oregon Heating always is timely. I can call on one day and they are usually in to fix the problem the next day. Nathan arrived to fix my toilet: told me exactly what the issue was, how much it would cost and set to work. All working great now!

Our AC wasn't working well on a 70 degree day, so we called to get it serviced. Jeremy found an issue that he called his supervisor for some additional support in getting it resolved at the lowest cost to us and got us taken care of right away. Jeremy was friendly, had great rapport with my wife and myself, and made sure everything was in place before he left. Martin in HVAC did our annual inspection on September 4th 2024 he was a pleasure to work with if he didn't have the answer to my question he knew someone who might and got a hold of them for me great young man. I worked for Norco in a upper management and customer service for 40 years so I know what a good and a great customer service person is and that is Martin thank you very much hang on to this one.

I had a high pressure leak happen at 4:00 PM. They had someone out to my house before 5:00 PM. Gus did a great job of communicating what was going on. He was friendly and explained everything to me with pictures. He had an amazing attitude even though he had to stay much longer than anticipated. It was a great experience. This is the second time I’ve called Central Oregon Hearing for a plumbing issue and they’ve always been amazing.

Mike was great. Prompt service on a Saturday. He listened to us about the HVAC problem we were having and from that, was able to diagnose and repair it quickly. He offered their annual service package which saves us money in the long run, especially with an older house.

We have had issues with our heat for over a year. I’ve had many techs come out that we’re all good. They fix something they go away and it would come back again. Matthew was here on January 10 and replaced the motherboard that was broken the second time. He was the most gracious Tech ever. It’s now been four days and everything is working perfectly. Kudos to Matthew!!

My thermostat panel shut off and my heat went out. It was a low voltage draw which can be hard to track down. After two unsuccessful attempts by other people Richard came out and figured it out in short order. It has been a month or so now and it's still working good! Thank you Richard for your expertise and kind friendly service!

My water heater wasn't working correctly but these guys fixed it within 15 minutes and were outta here! I had a warranty so no charge....I appreciate Central Oregon Heating,Cooling, Plumbing. 😊

Very professional and courteous experience. We took advantage of a special heater tuneup offer. We realize sometimes with companies they use special offers get them in the door and they try to sell you stuff. The Central Oregon Heating & Cooling & Plumbing team did not try to upsell us. Colin was the service tech. He showed up exactly on time. He did make a call a few minutes ahead so I could put our dogs away. Colin showed me how and where to put in the filters. He checked the thermostat, the inside furnace, and the outside heat pump. He used his blower machine to clean it all up and make sure everything was working ok. He said our equipment is old but working great. He charged my card and emailed me the receipt. Everything went well during this experience. I definitely recommend Central Oregon Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. They are on time, professional, very knowledgeable, and have outstanding customer service. They treat you like family. They care.

Cameron checked out our electrical outlets for outside after us noticing the snow heating cables were not working and kept tripping the plugs. He checked out all of our outside plugs and verified bad cables. Because we subscribed to Central Heating and Cooling yearly we were able to use that for the electrical needs we had. First time using the electrician part of this company Yay. Cameron was efficient and thorough. Thank you Cameron with the cold conditions present we are happy we have a good source to call.

We purchased a new dryer but when it was delivered, we found out the outlet was not the correct plug. We contacted COHPE and the person answering the phone was kind and extremely helpful getting an electrician (Alex) out the same day. Alex arrived at the scheduled time and was efficient, thorough and professional in getting the work done.

Oddly, later that day we noticed the sensors to our garage door did not have any power. Thinking this was related to the new outlet, we called COHPE who sent out another electrician (Leo) who assured us the power outage had nothing to do with the work done earlier. However, he evaluated the issue and promptly corrected the problem. He assisted us above and beyond our expectations.

We HIGHLY recommend this company and we will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you COHPE!
