I called Central Oregon Heating Cooling Plumbing and Electric after discovering a plumbing leak. They had someone out to us in less than 24 hours. We appreciate their speed and efficiency.

Richard was very thorough in checking out our HVAC system, taking pictures of potential problem areas and explaining what might need attention going forward. We were very satisfied with the service we received and would highly recommend Richard and C.O. Heating and Cooling.

Blayke performed scheduled maintenance on our furnace and then diagnosed and fixed a problem with our fireplace starting. He was courteous, thorough, and did a terrific job. We are very pleased with this service technician.

Spencer was friendly and professional, he even helped set up another repair we needed.

Cameron was very thorough. He answered all of our questions so we could understand.

He clearly explained the problems. He made sure I had a complete list of items I need to get so I can complete my wife’s honey do list.

Electricians Jax and Josh came out and ran wiring to give us the ability to turn our garage lights on from either end of both garages. No more stumbling through in the dark. They were experienced, professional and friendly! The work was done with accuracy and care. We had our heat go out right as the weather turned cold and the team from COHC came to the rescue. From the very beginning when Mike came to do the diagnostics on the old system our experience was stellar.

Mike made solid recommendations after a thorough inspection and connected us with our project manager DJ right away. DJ came out the same day and worked quickly to help us come up with the best path forward for us to get our heat back on and our HVAC system replaced quickly.

Austin and William were out the very next day and did an absolutely incredible job on installation of our new HVAC system and we had a toasty warm home that very evening.

Every single person involved went above and beyond. My 77 year old dad worked with HVAC systems for most of his career and they showed him so much kindness and left him really impressed - and that’s saying something!

This team was an 11 out of 10 and really showed up when it mattered.

We had a furnace and heat pump go out in January and Central Oregon heating and cooling help troubleshoot it and replace them in a very quick turnaround. The pricing options, recommendation and work were all top notch. Fred and Manny, who did the install we great, professional, walked us through everything and kept us updated on the progress. Would highly recommend using Central Oregon Heating and Cooling.

Dylan was very conscientious. He cleaned the inner fan wheel filter. It was full of lint, grease, build up! I am sure it was like that for the last several cleanings.

I was afraid of the cost because of other services from them but called because the furnace was out. Same day service, reasonable rate, customer education for the future

We have been very happy with our Installation and the Yearly Maintenance Program. Lyle B was our Technician this year, polite, informative and professional.

We had three families with six kids ages 7 and younger staying at the house for ski week. The heater abruptly stopped working with temperatures below freezing. Central Oregon Heating sent Nicolas out for an emergency same day call. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He checked out everything thoroughly and was so nice!! Excellent service!!!

Tyce & Ryan came out to diagnose why my new HVAC unit wasn't heating. They arrived after 6pm, which was the plan, checked the furnace thoroughly & had it running in short order. Tyce doubled checked the thermostat, found it wasn't wired correctly, snipped the old brittle wires back & rewired it. Ryan, as a trainee, did a great job seamlessly working with Tyce doing automatically what Tyce wanted. Great teamwork! It's been working great & it's nice & warm, with less effort! Thanks guys!

We had a really positive experience with Gus from Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical. Finding water where it’s not supposed to be in your house is scary and frustrating but Gus was able to come out reasonably quickly and he was kind, professional, and helpful. He communicated well and made some stellar recommendations to help us get the ball moving on restoration and repairs. We can’t thank him enough.

Heater shut down over night….Brrrr! Called Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Electrical & Plumbing in the morning and they had someone over within a few hours. We have been using Central Oregon Heating and Cooling for our home and vacation rental for several years. So when it became clear that we need a new furnace in our home, we called them first. They helped us get a new hot water heater on a cold holiday evening a few years ago and we know their customer service is amazing. On the new furnace, we give lots of credit to Eric (who laid out great option for us) and Brian, Clay and Lance for the install. Clay and Eric came back after to check on everything and help us with the smart thermostat set up. They are all wonderful! Price is very reasonable and customer service is ‘over the top’!

Clay was very thorough testing both the furnace and air conditioning systems. Friendly and shared a lot of good information about my units.

Excellent experience with Central Oregon Heating and Cooling since we had our equipment replaced. We recently had an issue and technician Leon Joseph came out. He did a thorough evaluation and discovered that an internal connection on the thermostat was the issue. Leon did an excellent job explaining and demonstrating the problem. He offered several options and left information for us to discuss and make a decision for moving forward.
We would highly recommend Central Oregon Heating and Cooling and if possible, requesting Leon for any service needs.

Blayke did the annual maintenance on our furnace today, and it was a positive experience from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, clear, kind, and professional.

After he inspected the furnace, he explained the results to me. He shared photos of the inside of the furnace so I understood his observations and advice on our 20-year-old unit and what to expect in the future. He also gave us the completed tune-up checklist and notes on everything he inspected. Our furnace had no immediate issues, so Blayke shared advice and options, including a maintenance membership that we can opt into at any time.

There was no pressure to spend money beyond the cost I’d anticipated for the annual maintenance, and I appreciate the printed checklist and maintenance membership info he gave us. I also appreciate that the technicians (who focus on repairs) are separate from the sales team (who’d focus on replacement), which allows us to focus on the reason for the visit and increases trust because the technician’s job is not upselling.

We trust Blayke and Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical to give us the best service, repair, and (eventually) replacement of the systems that are important to the comfort of our home.

COHC has been my go to for heating, cooling, and now plumbing. Kion diagnosed quickly and addressed the issue in barely 20 minutes. Great service, as usual.

Travis was diligent enough to fund the reason propane stove was not starting via the wall controller. He also did a great job checking the heat pump and cleaning the filters.

A number of years ago, Central Oregon Heating, Cooling installed a new HVAC system in our manufactured home. As I specialize in procrastination, I finally contacted about them about reconfiguring some hard-coded thermostat settings. Trevor was prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable and quickly modified the settings: and without charge I should add.

Last week Leon came to my house to service our furnace and inspect the ductwork, the ductwork was installed poorly. I already knew this as I have a construction background. Leon suggested that Eric come out and give us a quote. Eric was very professional and created a drawing to fully explain why the house wasn't heating properly and how the ductwork should look. Literally the following day Dominic and Harley came out and completed the job in one day. They were also polite and professional laying down mats and tarps to protect the wood flooring. They also made sure that all of the mess and demo materials were cleaned up. We have hired COHC multiple times and each experience has been exceptional.

Clay showed up promptly and was very professional in servicing our heat pump.

Brian and Cutter did the removal/installation in 2 1/2 days.They did an excellent job -- I love my shower! Brian came back to fix a couple very minor repairs immediately after I called. FAST, FRIENDLY, COMPETENT

Buddy C did our Fall HVAC check yesterday. He took several photos of the equipment with his phone and reviewed the photos to show current loads vs normal values, as well as the general condition of components. The results were reassuring and also identified areas to watch in future. He was both thorough and knowledgeable about our systems and greatly helped ensure their reliability. We had our old HVAC gas furnace replaced with a new 2-stage gas furnace. We love the new way the new filter system works and it is also quieter. Fred our installer was a great guy and did an amazing job.

John and his apprentice did an excellent job in replacing our old faucets. They were courteous and professional. They double checked everything and made sure we were satisfied with the work they did. They did an awesome job 👏.
