I called last night after hours and left a message with the answering service about my hot water heater not working. They called me first thing this morning and got someone to my house by noon or so. Norm diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot! I’d give 10 stars if I could!!

He explained everything he did and gave us suggestions on how to make our system better. We recommend both Central Oregon Heating and the tech Leon Joseph to anyone needing service or repairs.

Editing - All of the folks who work here are just great. We just finished a plumbing appointment with John M. Really the nicest person, who got our job done perfectly!

We were startled awake one night by the sounds of "something" running around in our duct work (thanks alarm dogs!) we called COHCP the next day. They came right out and inspected the damage. Luckily we caught it early (and caught the packrat 2 days later). The service guy (Cody P.) came out and repaired the damaged duct work. Quick and clean. I would use them again in a snap. (But hope we don't HAVE to deal with this again). Yikes.

Dustin and Travis were so diligent, intelligent, and hardworking troubleshooting and repairing our air conditioner problem. They took time to explain exactly what was happening and how they fixed our system. I would recommend them without hesitation!

Jeremy and Ben were fabulous. They arrived right away and were able to resolve the rattle in my heat pump unit in 10 minutes. They were quick and personable.

My AC went out and they were very responsive. Found the problem very quickly and then send a representative out to lineup work the next day. Very impressive as to how honest and reliable they were

Central Oregon HVAC did an amazing job! Our house is 25 years old and they’ve been various additions and changes to a furnace and AC unit. The air conditioning did not work and it wasa total mess! Prior contractor had pipes running all over the place and many ducts were blowing air to nowhere. Ducts were crushed and rerouted over the years. Central Oregon redid everything into a much better, cleaner, and efficient system. Fred Jordan in particular was a very thoughtful and dedicated installer. He worked long, strenuous hours and he was always happy to explain what’s going on and take our preferences into consideration. There’s no doubt in my mind that if I ever need more HVAC help, I will go to Central Oregon HVAC. I hope Fred Jordan will still be working there!

Norm was professional, thorough and friendly. Diagnosed the issue with my water heater and left with a fully operational water heater! Great service!

First of all, they showed up same day! They were able to assess the situation and give me a quote immediately after the visit. Other experiences I’ve had with heating and cooling companies in Central Oregon have been horrific. I was charged on multiple occasions by their competition, without any corrective action being performed, charged for 2 long visits. I don’t want to name names, but their name rhymes with Shmountain Spew.

Jim responded quickly and was very thorough in the diagnosis of my air conditioning problem. He was able to fix the problem and explained future issues and resolutions to those issues.

Dan and Blake were great. We called the night before when our AC went out. They were out the next day and got everything running in no time. Have suggestions on cheaper alternative and realistic expectations down the road. Awesome service

Central Oregon Heating & Cooling has always been a terrific company to work with! Today, their service man was here for our yearly check up. He was very thorough, polite and educated us on why we need a Co2 monitor. He was very pleasant and made sure I understood everything he explained. That’s why we’ve used them for almost 20 years!

From start to finish, Central Oregon Heating was amazing. Everyone I came in contact with was professional, patient, and kind (Cody and Brian and others). They worked efficiently and communicated with me throughout the entire process. The best part, they cleaned up after themselves before they left. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with their AC unit.

I needed a new HVAC system, since my 30+ year old Carrier was finally getting tired. I got estimates from four different HVAC outfits in the local area and C.O.H.C. was the best. They offered 4 options that would suit my house and clearly explained and covered all the details with me so I could make an informed decision. They were definitely not the least expensive of the different companies nor the cheapest. Their installers, Austin and Jessie were friendly, knowledgeable, polite and respectful. My awesome new Carrier system is more efficient and cost efficient than my last one and hopefully will be just as reliable. C.O.H.C. was wonderful to work and told me if I need any help in the future to just give them a call.

Very prompt and thorough. They were able to get out to see us next-day (called the afternoon before) and did a thorough assessment of our issue (sedimentation in the hot water lines). We will absolutely call again for future needs!

Nathan came out for a clogged main kitchen sink. We talked through the issues and decided on a solution together. Was also helpful in some other plumbing questions I had about a trickling sound behind my washer and getting hot water to my upstairs shower better. Very happy with the service, the time spent,the questions answered, and the price.

We had an electrician doing work under our house yesterday. When he was leaving he told me there were a couple sections of our forced air heating duct work that need repairing. I contacted Central Oregon Heating and Cooling because they have worked on our system before. Martin arrived almost exactly when he said he would in his call to me this morning. After I explained what the electrician had told me, he got his equipment and went under our house. When he finished, he explained what he had repaired and showed me before and after pictures of the repairs he had made. We could not be happier with his service. It’s really nice being able to conduct business with a company that has repeatedly provided courteous, timely and accurate service. And no, they have not paid me to write them a good review. They deserve it.

The technician, Mike, arrived on time as scheduled, was very professional, knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. Also, Mike had good customer interface/interaction skills.

Our HVAC went out in the middle of summer and once I came to the realization that the repair was beyond my skillset, I made an appointment with the HVAC company we use to service our system. However they couldn’t fit us in for over a week. So on the recommendation of my neighbor, I gave Central Oregon a call. They were able to send a technician out that same day! Dan H. showed up, was super friendly, very knowledgeable, professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He got our AC back up and running in no time and gave us some recommendations on what to keep an eye on going forward. Needless to say, we’ll be switching to Central Oregon for our annual servicing and any future repairs!

I stopped by CO Heating today and they immediately accommodated my requests. Blayke was the representative. He was very much a gentleman and professional. I am very pleased with how this went.

Great service! Came out the same day (very hot day! ). Had a crazy issue with the A/C, their tech Leon Joseph was great, found the issue and corrected it. Only charge the minimal service charge. This is the go to company.

Richard G. came out the same day I called. He worked on our heat pump for 3 hours in the blazing sun. No shade, no breeze and not one complaint. I was so thankful he was able to repair our AC during this heat wave.

Central Oregon Heating has been my go-to HVAC company for a couple of years. Heater repair and inspection and a water heater and now a new thermostat. Jeremy is the best! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. When my 9 year old thermostat gave up on a day with Temps over 90 degrees, Jeremy came to my rescue and now I have a new space-age thermostat!

Matthew and Benjamin arrived just when they said they would when they called to say they were about 40 minutes away. They were polite, explained things thoroughly, and were respectful of property, as well as tidy. We had an HVAC tune-up performed. I usually don't publicly post reviews but I was so impressed with Central Oregon that I couldn't resist. They were top notch, quick and genuinely caring for our needs and not trying to make a quick sale. We replaced our old gas water heater with an electric one and we also had them install a Daikin Mini Split AC in our upstairs bedroom because it never cooled down well with the rest of the house. I LOVE how QUIET and efficient the Daikin AC is! Thank you Alex, Ben, Jason, Brian, Dominic, Sage, Jax and Spencer for all your hard work.

I had a fantastic experience with this HVAC company during my recent annual maintenance service. Lyle B. was the technician who came out, and he was absolutely wonderful—kind, friendly, and extremely professional.

Lyle took the time to thoroughly clean and inspect the entire HVAC system, making sure everything was running efficiently. He explained each step of the process clearly and answered all of my questions with patience. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing top-quality service.

It’s not every day you come across someone so courteous and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be requesting Lyle B. again for future maintenance, and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for honest and reliable HVAC service!

Best HVAC company I've ever worked with, hands down. Our AC system shut off on the hottest day of the year. They had someone come out within 1.5 hours and determined the zone control board had failed. They sourced the part the next day (today) and will have it installed tomorrow. And they figured out a way to get us at least rudimentary cooling with one thermostat in the meantime, which we appreciated because it's still super hot. Highly recommended!

Leon Joseph called before arriving, got right to work, explained the cleaning, and clearly explained the Greenshield Program to which we subscribed. Mr Joseph thoroughly cleaned the A/C unit and left everything clean. Happy he visited and look forward to seeing him this fall. Highly recommended !!

Just had my AC system inspected. Technician was on time and completed the task efficiently. Good discussion and explanations. I've been using COHC for maintenance services for the past few years and they always deliver...good people, knowledgeable technicians, and reasonable costs. I highly recommend COHC.

Cordial, capable, efficient, on task, and great attention to detail. Our last payment had not been logged and showed we were behind. I found the canceled check, and the technician made the correction. He was very polite, considerate, and listened very intently.

COHCP&E answered my call in a timely manner and sent this perfect duo to evaluate/correct original (existing) issues noted in a Pre-Listing Home Inspection. Andre, thank you for correcting one of those issues and clean-up in a cramped crawl space, and for providing a photo of your work!

Clay came out this week to perform my 6-month maintenance and filter change on my heating unit and also checked on my air conditioner. Both were replaced/installed 2 summers ago. I have been happy ever since. both units do their job with quiet efficiency (I didn't know every corner of my house could have the same temp - summer and winter!). Clay called when he was 20 minutes en-route and was as professional as any of the staff from C.O. Heating who have kept the house toasty in the winter and cool on the hot summer days. That's all I need!

Nathan was prompt,, efficient, and professional while assessing and fixing our plumbing problem. We had some clogged pipes and flooding of the back bathroom. He went above and beyond to clear the problems. I highly recommend him…and Central Oregon Heating and Cooling.

Had an outlet start sparking in the middle of the day and had to shut down my office till it was fixed, and couldn’t get any other company in town out in a timely manner to fix the fire hazard but these guys were able to get out to my place within 2 hours and had the issue fixed in no time! Having one company who does it all has been extremely convenient when looking for work to be done on our duplex. Highly recommend these guys!

DJ Wilson came to our home today to talk to us about replacing our heating and cooling system. First of all he was right on time! Very impressed with response from Central Oregon Heating and Cooling. From the front desk to the technicians, (Austin, William), installers, electrician, (Jared) and project manager (Alex). All personnel were courteous, professional, dedicated, arrived on time, and thoroughly cleaned work site area. Installing our A/C Heating system took approximately 6-7 hrs to complete. The ladies at the office were helpful with answering our questions, arranging scheduling and returning our calls. Thanks to all that responded.
