Founded By A Passion For Providing Quality Service in Bend & Redmond, OR

Drawing from their vast training and rich experience in the HVAC sector, Don and Brian felt compelled to create a venture that prioritized quality service at honest prices. Founded in Redmond, Oregon in August 1993, Central Oregon Heating abbreviated as COHC, began its journey. They swiftly built a sterling reputation by offering dependable and excellent services for both commercial and residential heating and cooling systems, always at fair prices.

Within their inaugural year, COHC shifted to a facility on Highland (presently the A&W location). By 1998, they had relocated to 2516 SW Glacier Place in Redmond, OR, which remains their primary base.

Beginning with the original duo, COHC’s family has expanded significantly. Several team members have shown loyalty for years, while others have recently become a part of our journey. Each member, irrespective of their tenure, is pivotal in upholding our brand’s quality and reputation. Their diverse expertise includes NATE certifications, specialized HVAC trade educations, HVAC college degrees, and training certificates directly from manufacturers — all ensuring they excel in serving our customers.

COHC proudly holds licenses to operate across all Oregon counties, with a primary focus on the Central Oregon regions of Crook, Deschutes, and Jefferson. However, our esteemed clientele stretches statewide. We have established three key locations: our corporate hub in Redmond, Madras, and the latest addition in Bend.
